• Andrea (9/5): Sono andato con la mia famiglia e siamo stati molto bene e comodi, sia per sistemazione che location - Devo dire che l'appartamento era molto carino e in una posizione davvero strategica, in 10/20 minuti da posto si arriva ovunque in città. E' a un minuto dal ponte di Rialto, comodo quindi per arrivare agilmente a sud. Le camere erano molto belle, tutte fornite di AC così come la sala, molto carina e con un bel tavolo che ti permette di mangiare comodamente in almeno 6/8 persone. Cucina comoda e funzionante anche se non l'abbiamo utilizzata. Bagna fatto bene con una bella doccia. Nonostante si affacci su una piazza, non c'è casino e quindi si può dormire bene e in serenità. Nel complesso è stato un ottimo alloggio, perfetto per due coppie o per una famiglia da 6 (anche se è presente un solo bagno). Un bel soggiorno. L'unica cosa che forse non ho grafito pienamente, a differenza delle camere che avevano letti e cuscini comodossimi, era il divano letto, che se pure molto spazioso non era propriamente comodissimo, ma passabile.

• Cristina (8/5): Buena opción en pleno centro - La ubicación, en una calle paralela al puente de Rialto. Al mismo salir del portal, girando q mano izquierda estás en el canal. Instalaciones bastante nuevas para lo que hay en Venecia. La cama y cabeceras comodísimas. El sofá cama está bien para una persona. Éramos 5 personas y aunque un solo baño es poco para todos, para una estancia de 4 días nos pudimos apañar. Tiene calefacción, por lo que al llegar por la noche todas las estancias están a una temperatura muy agradable. La chica que nos hizo la recepción muy simpática. El apartamento estaba bastante limpio y con un olor muy agradable. Es exactamente como en las fotos. El método de check in y check out. Para el check in tuvimos que esperar un buen rato a que vinieran a darnos las llaves. El día de salida no nos dieron opción de dejar el equipaje en ningún sitio. Pregunté por WhatsApp donde me aconsejaban dejar el equipaje hasta que saliera nuestro vuelo y todavía sigo sin respuesta. El edificio es bastante antiguo. Al llegar y ver la fachada y el estado de la escalera y zonas comunes da algo de yuyu. Aún así, no tuvimos ningún problema de ruidos ni nos cruzamos con ningún vecino. Aunque para nosotros no supuso un problema, hay que tener en cuenta que es un 2° sin ascensor. Las escaleras desgastadas, resbalaban un poco. El precio, como todo lo que hay en Venecia, súper inflado. Aún así el alojamiento está súper bien. Si vuelvo a Venecia me plantearía volver al mismo, sobre todo por la ubicación.

• Elisabeth (9/5): - Emplacement exceptionnel Appartement très bien équipé et joliment meublé. Accueil au logement Propre et très lumineux , donnant sur une place intérieure. Des voisins à l étage au dessus, très très bruyants. Musique en boucle dans la xhambre , radio, bruit et course dans l appartement des qu ils rentrent. . Aucun respect du voisinage. Heureusement ils partent le matin et rentrent le soir 🙂 Ça laisse du temps pour profiter du merveilleux appartement, très bien je mets 9

• Krzysztof (6/5): Smrodliwie, acz przestronnie - Dobra lokalizacja, sporo przestrzeni w mieszkaniu, czysta łazienka i kuchnia, czysta posciel. Przerażający zapach z kanalizacji wypełniający mieszkanie przy zamkniętych oknach. A te musiały pozostać raczej zamknięte, bo listopad a ogrzewanie jak to we Włoszech raczej symboliczne. Łóżka wygodne, sofa w pokoju głównym w stanie skandalicznym, uniemożliwiająca spanie. Generalnie rozczarowanie w stosunku do oczekiwanego poziomu 9.5 i całkiem wysokiej ceny pobytu. Ten zapach zostanie ze mna na długo niestety...
• Yashana (10/5): - Wonderful host, excellent location. Facilities all worked and was clean, Airy and comfortable. We cooked as groceries store was sooo close and markets... Short alley walk to Rialto... Sunset was always amazing. Amazing spice store nearby great gifts of true Italian spice mixes. A little note they do take a physical copy of your entire credit card details on arrival ( that is part of the T/CS before you book.) I found travelling 3 weeks in Italy this was the only accommodation that required this and this is an unnecessary worry of what will they do with my details.

• Silvana (7/5): Moderne zentrale Wohnung - könnte besser sein für den Preis - - Größe und Helligkeit der Unterkunft - moderne Einrichtung (alles wie auf den Bildern) - Lage, sehr zentral - sehr hellhörig, man hörte die Nachbarn sowie alles von draußen - Wohnung war Check-in nicht sauber (zB Boden voller Haare, ein altes Handtuch hing noch im Schlafzimmer) - Ausstattung in der Küche könnte besser sein - muffiger Geruch in der Wohnung - das Bad ist zwar neu renoviert, aber der Wasserhahn und der Duschkopf sind schlecht installiert, sodass Wasser auch seitlich austritt und alles nass wird
• Pisani-Loth (9/5): point de chute parfait pour découvrir Venise ! - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé, à deux pas du Rialto et du départ en bateau 🚤. Le logement est spacieux, moderne, très bien équipé et parfaitement adapté pour visiter Venise à pied ou en vaporetto. L’emplacement est vraiment pratique pour découvrir la ville tout en profitant d’un confort agréable. Nous recommandons vivement !

• Αχιλλέας (7/5): - Nice decorated, spacious living room and normal bathroom size. Apartment was at the second floor which was difficult with the bags. Even without the bags the stairs are dangerous and slippery. At check-out the cleaning lady was 5 minutes earlier than check out time (10:00), we informed politely that we needed another 5 minutes to be out of the apartment and then after 5 minutes she started ringing the bell. We were ready to depart at the time but this made a very negative impression. The rooms fit the beds but no space for the luggage. Generally the apartment was overvalued.
• Gjokica (9/5): 100% recomended! - The was very spacious , clean and with modern interior. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances that you need. The beds were very big and comfy. There is no noice in the evenings so you can sleep well. /

She was in communication with us the entire time and met us at the property to go over the information which is very helpful. I was nervous about how to get to the property from the airport. I messaged the property through the Booking.com app and they did a GREAT job of providing directions to us and it was very easy to navigate. The apartment was very spacious and clean! We had everything we needed and it was a very good location, close to the Rialto Bridge and a walking tour we had booked. Must try the gelato at Gallenetto’s! AMAZING!!! We had it 3 times😂 Also had lunch at the Vino Vino, beautiful back garden with delicious food. Our son slept on the pull out in the living room. He said it was noisy during the night and also the curtains were very sheer so it kept it too light for sleeping. The bedrooms were not a problem.

• Peter (9/5): Fantastic, modern apartment in a centralized location perfect for exploring Venice - Great location. Everything is no more than a 15 min walk. Beautiful and well appointed apartment. Felt great to come back to after a day of exploring. Fit our family of 5 well. One of the kids had the pull out couch. If you stay here you have to check out the Rialto fish and produce market right around the corner that opens first thing in the morning. The Rialto is a high traffic tourist area but the location of the apartment is located in the a square (campi) just off the main area. For the most part was very quiet but there was a little nighttime noise, but not enough to really bother anyone.

• Jessica (9/5): Great location, lovely apartment, would stay here again - This was a lovely apartment in a phenomenal location, central to Venice! The only downside was that we overloaded the electric circuit without having really anything plugged in, just via our use of the A/C so be super careful about your energy use! It only happened once, so definitely not a consistent problem.
• Gordon (10/5): Quiet apartment in quiet courtyard near Rialto bridge - Because Venice has lots of crowds during peak season, this apartment is better accessed via the Rialto Mercato vaporetto ferry station - take ferry #1 from train station, pier 'E'. It is located in a quiet courtyard where there is a restaurant that is popular but never busy. You can always walk out to join the crowds but most tourists just pass this area by. Well equipped apartment, new AC units Could use some maintenance of the shower cubicle drainage. Some confusion on where the plates are kept.

• Charlie (8/5): Location location location - Location was excellent. Close to attractions and restaurants. Good quite aircon in all rooms. Crossing the Rialto bridge with travel luggage was challenging. The ferry stops on the other side of the Grand Canal so it is 57 steps (small steps) up and 55 down with your bags. Make sure your baggage wheels are sturdy. The unit has a very small sign on the outside so can be difficult to find.

• Judith (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location next to the Rialto Bridge and water transportation. Being so close to the bridge is helpful because there are numerous signs directing you there (and out of the maze of tunnels and streets). And there’s a convenient water bus to and from the airport and train station.

Thank you Flavia! location is very good also, apartment clean and spacious. No problem with the stairs and this coming from a family of five with a stroller. Could have better insulation with double windscreens to avoid noises from the alley as you can hear everything they say. Upstairs neighbors wake up early at 07:00 listening to music and running around. If you re an early bird no problem but if you enjoy a bit of snoozing during holiday it’s a slight discomfort. All in all a good choice though…

The only downside is the beds are very old and uncomfortable. I rarely complain - but springs in the back was a bit tough. they need replacing!
