- Nathan (4/5): Disappointing - The room was good The building was so dirty, old, no reception counter , very very very Bad location, there no good vibes , there no other facilities shops, there is no Welcoming guests, so narrow, very very very lonely location, the welcoming door is locked from inside 😔😔😔, even we didn't stay in the hotel, we didn't check in because my wife didn't like to stay. Is Not safe for family, sorry to say this, it's like staying in Red zone ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Customers are deceived by the pictures on the website. Not fair for customers.

Need to climb the stairs too high for old folks. 3. Facilities - Tv totally not function. - Hot drinks only at groundfloor - No wifi - Towel dirty - water heater leaking can cause death - No Receptionist during operation. Just wait for check in. - Bathroom door broken. Cant closed properly. - Room was smelly. 4. Receptionist annoyed. Keep asking when to check in. Eventhough already told to check in what time, then keep asking what time to came.
