- MELPOMENI (1/5): Disappointing behaviour - The hotel sent us a message the previous night before our arrival telling us that there was a heating problem and that they had to close the property for three days to repair it..We only saw the message the morning on our way to the city.When we arrived the manager-owner? told us the same and advised us to cancel the reservation and he would refund us for free..He didn’t even apologised nor he asked us where we would stay..The last minute we had to look for another hotel and we spent half of our day to find another decent accommodation..The same night we passed again outside of the hotel and we saw lights in many rooms and in booking app there was availability.,,Booking charged us the insurance (9.70euro for the cancellation despite it was not our responsibility 🤨😡

- Илия (7/5): Добър - Късно пристигнах и рано сутринта напуснах. На терасата имаше умрял гълъб. Паркомястото е 1 пред входа на рецепцията. Поискаха ми пари за паркомястото и някакъв местен данък.

- BORIS (10/5): Svako dobro želim svima u Garni hotelu , posebno menadzerskom osoblju koji brine o svemu ! - Doručak jako bogat i raznovrstan , freško i ukusno a posebno slatki kutak za svaki trenutak ! Da smo ostali duže što će se desiti prvom sledećom prilikom !

- Tuğçe (8/5): Good value for the money - The bed and the pillows were verg comfy. Bathroom was really good. No elevator but not a big problem.
- Jana (4/5): - Hotel je na rušné ulici. Shodou okolností ji zrovna opravovali, tudíž spousta hluku ze stavebních strojů. Měli jsme hotelem odsouhlasený check-in mezi 8-9 ráno. Po příjezdu nám bylo řečeno, ze nejdříve ve 12h. Dostali jsme náhradní pokoje, možná jsme udělali chybu. V pokoji neodtékala voda ve sprše. Pokoj měl jednu stěnu prosklenou. Ta však nešla zcela zatemnit. Záclony nikdo nepral hodně dlouho a okna nebyla mytí též. Jinak koupelna byla čistá, zrekonstruovaná. Pokoj uz tu péči nedostal. Na posteli se loupala koženka, matrace už mírně proleželé. Jinak strategické místo kousek do centra i na letiště.

- David (7/5): Great potential, but our room needs some work. - Great location, reasonably priced, modern, clean room, exactly as per pictures. Comfy bed & tasty breakfast (note everyone smokes inside here, so you will be eating breakfast in a smokey cafe). Air conditioning only warmed, cooling did not work (the room was too hot). The curtains were to narrow to cover the entire windows so light came inside. The emergency light in the room appeared broken and unlike in the stairwell & other areas, the light was on permanently, meaning in the middle of the night, the room was still lit up like day time (making sleep difficult). All of the above are specific to our room only, and would be a simple/cheap fix for the hotel.

- Virdjini J (10/5): Extraordinary Lotos - The apartment was clean, nice, modern and well equipped. The staff was pleasant and nice. There's a cake shop as part of the hotel The breakfast was excellent with a choice from 8 meals. We had a nice time enjoying the coffee, cakes and the whole stay. I will stay again in the Garni Hotel Lotos on the next Nis visit.

- Miroslav (7/5): Nov objekat, ali se vodi računa zbog čega je ispod očekivanog. - Nov objekat. Doručak ukusan. Krevet uduban. Tv prisutan ali daljinski ne radi, a i kad ga upališ nema kanala. Balkon prljav od golubova. Na izboru označio bračni krevet a dobio sobu sa dva mala.

- Filepp (6/5): - Finom bőséges reggeli A parkolás egy katasztrófa volt legalább is az én esetemben, három különböző helyre küldtek volna...mig végül a hotel elé parkoltam a járdára, WiFi jelszó volt internet elérhetőség nem, az áram csatlakoztato lógott a falból, hiába a szép puccos szoba ezek az események nagyon be árnyékolták az ott tartózkodásunkat...

- Dijana (5/5): - Локацијата беше одлична Прво наместо комфорна соба како што беше наведено во описот добивме пре мала и претесна соба за 4 возрасни лица со брачен кревет и фотељи кои се отвораат и не беа воопшто пријатни за спиење. Побаравме друга соба, која само за некој квадрат беше поголема од претходната. Второ појадокот беше толку оскуден и сиромашен и ако не побаравме надополнување не носеа.( buffet ) Кафето што требаше да следи со појадокот( како што напишале на booking) ни го наплатија,800 српски динари за 4 кафиња. Ни наплатија и паркинг по 10 евра на ден,а пишува 5 евра(паркингот беше на тротоар). Прописна рецепција не постоеше се беше хаотично,ама кога требаше да се плати туристичка такса и за паркингот девојчето (што не знам во која функција беше таму ) инсистираше да и платиме веднаш Иако и реков само дај ми 10 - 15 мин. време да одморам од 7 саати возење во еден правец. Во јули кога резервирав имаше оцена над 9 на booking сега е падната на 7.5 Со престојот таму увидов зошто е тоа така. Со среќа понатаму во работата.

- Jovan (8/5): Ok if you are without car and one night stand… - Good location near the Delta City Mall, clean room and toilet. The terrace was full of pigeons and their poop. Not cleaned at all, smelling on pigeon poop. Parking is available with paying, but parking is on the street, that is not safe enough for the car. TV was not working in the room There was “breakfast” included, but when we went to get it was really poor.
- Dan (3/5): I will never go back to this hotel! - We had to change the room because it was claustrofobic, extremely small and you couldn'"t walk in the room. Bathroom was updated but small. The new room had no door at the shower, the balcony was dirty, the internet connection NOT WORKING AT ALL!!! Reception area was a not functional and we had to chase the staff to get help.
