Guest Reviews
- Brolin (10/5): - Love this place! Definitely my favourite place I stayed at on the trip! So unique, welcoming and well kept. The staff were all super friendly, the owner was welcoming and available to answer questions. It was such a nice and relaxing place that it was a great stop to end our trip to unwind. I would like to run away from home and live here full time, please!
Also, the town itself was quite charming with so many alleyways filled with beautiful murals.
- Syauzab (10/5): - Staff friendly.
- Anas (10/5): - The facilities offer just good enough for family short stay in the nature. The 24 hours shared kitchen and dining place were great. My kids loved the swimming pool. The place surrounded by trees, the refreshing air and the sound of nearby stream had made my short stay worth.
The owner and the staffs were very helpful during my stay there. The owner himself and his wife personally waited for us until almost 1.00 am for late check in.
My car broke down and the Sarang team helped me by finding a mechanic and also pushing the car together into a position so that it can be towed. The group who stayed there also was very helpful.
The only complaint, the sofa bed not so sturdy. Have to be careful a bit.
Definitely I recommend this place.
- Diana (10/5): - Simple but suitable place to healing
- Suhailah (10/5): A cosy place with full facilities - The stay was pleasant for a small family. The owner is also very considerate in giving us 4 breakfast even we book for 2 pax . The space is enough for our small family. Easy to find restaurant. The room is well maintained, aircond is cool , shower working properly and very quiet place . Suitable for those who wants a peaceful stay
- Su Vin (10/5): - The stay was great overall, good place to relax and immerse in mother nature. The downside is it can be quite noisy when there are kids playing around the swimming pool and if your container is facing the pool
- Jeganathan (8/5): - Nothing
- Ahmad Nazneen (10/5): - The best to enjoy nature in Kuala Kubu Bharu. It was clean during my visit. Amenities are great with free flow hot water and bread, coffee and tea. Very quiet place during night. Book without doubt.
- Irni md (6/5): - The cabin was hot at day time because the cabin was not filtered with any carbon too avoid the heat from absorbing into the cabin. It is not recommended for parents with children as the hot cabin will make the children feel uncomfortable and throw a tantrum. There is no fan inside the cabin and because the hot temperature you can’t feel the aircond when you on it during daytime. They only provide fan at the balcony so most of the time need to seat outside for cool air. There is moss in the swimming pool too.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great place to stay, very nice and calm..really enjoy the moment
- Verified traveler (10/5): - It’s very quite and calm with the best host.
It’s good for a family or group vacation.
Ask the manager for add on kkb nature experience
- Verified traveler (8/5): Asking pool but dirty rooms - The room needed a good clean. It's very dusty and the bathroom is REALLY smelly. The soap dispensers need replacing. The light in the bed was bronen. The curtains need washing.
Offered nasi lemak for breakfast we don't eat this so bread and jam was provided.....but in the morning at 6.30am it was all gone along with the jam and peanut butter 😭.
What makes all this okay is THE POOL IS AMAZING. Just a little effort and the room would be worth the money and staying a few nights. The condition of the rooms at present are not worth RM 125.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very serene.
It's a highly recommended place for those whose finding peace. Very clean. Staffs are very polite and friendly.
Nice place to chill without phone. They have forest hiking package too. No WiFi.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Good service with a good environment
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Limited parking. When contacted owner prior booking, it was mentioned that dinner will be catered. However upon check-in, staff said that there was no ordering of dinner
- R.Byrne (8/5): - Love the forest surroundings and the uniqueness of the rooms built from shipping containers. The containers need repainting and maintenance - the rust and broken roofing will only get worse. Some inexpensive tiles could make the bathrooms as cosy as the rooms. The cement floors are very stark and slippery when wet. Books in the rooms are a nice touch. My verandah that has a view of the forest is awesome for quiet reading, a coffee or a chat with friends.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice place, silent&calm
- Dhi (10/5): - Bebas dari kesesakan bandar
- Verified traveler (8/5): - is a nice gateway.. quite and peaceful. i got my room facing jungle and could hear waterfalls nearby.. basically we enjoyed the stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I am a nature lover. The greenery, the cool air, the sound of
the brooki, its isolation from other dwellings.....these are the
factors that appealed to me.
