The river view is beautiful, the common area is nice to relax and read a book. The staff are so nice and welcoming. The locals are just as beautiful too. No warm shower was the only downfall

- Glass (10/5): Nui Tuong opened its heart to us, a very beautiful 4 days - We liked everything about Nui Tuong Village Stay. More than accommodation (very comfortable clean rooms), it is like staying with a big joyous family. The director Hang and her staff of volunteers are wonderful people, very welcoming and attentive. They work with local and city children teaching English and, more importantly, providing them with experiences that bring them in greater contact and understanding with nature. We went with them on a visit to a local organic cacao farm which included a hike up a hill to feed a banyon tree with earth from the farm. Hang organised all our food (simple and tasty) and 2 trips to the Cat Tien National Park with Tâm, a knowledgeable local guide. Both trips were special: the first was a 10 km hike to Crocodile Lake, watching for langurs and Tâm describing the trees and medicinal plants in the forest. The second trip we went for a 30km bike ride with all the kids and workers from Nui Tuong. The torrential rain just made the experience all that more special. This is a place where you can be part of Vietnam, not just observing, but being included in a community project of great worth. Our thanks to everyone at Nui Tuong Village Stay. We will return. We liked everything, we were warmly received and felt at home.

- Naomi (10/5): A blissful river stay - This stay was exactly what we needed in between two city stays - a gorgeous jungle hut right by the river where we could listen to the cicadas and birdsong. The room itself was exactly as described: simple yet comfortable facilities, and the shared bathroom was to a fantastic standard - very clean and comfortable. The volunteers themselves are SO welcoming and friendly, providing a very smooth check in and getting in contact the day before to make sure we had directions and their contact info in case we needed to get in touch. The location is also just a small drive away from a variety of cafes and restaurants, but you won't want to spend to much time away from the hammock and puppies :) Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
- Alan (9/5): Wonderful eco friendly village stay - Hang and her volunteers were all exceptionally welcoming and helpful. They organised a guide (one of their students) to take us on a hike in the National Park. Our room was large, clean and had two wall fans that kept us cool. The mosquito nets on the windows were very effective. We really enjoyed our time here at this eco friendly village stay where they teach local children English and other skills. I think all of the food and drinks were either grown on site or locally sourced..Our breakfasts and dinners were interesting and very filling. This is not luxury accommodation but we learned lots about life in rural Vietnam and ate food we probably wouldn't have done if we had stayed in a hotel.

- Arianna (8/5): Full immersion in rural Vietnam - The founder and the volunteers working for this environment-friendly school project were amazing. Kind hearted and extremely friendly, they even brought us to the near Cat Tien national park. They have cooked for us delicious dinner and breakfast. We learned about local Vietnamese culture and were fully immersed in the nature. Be prepared to bring your own towels. For long haired: water pressure is low :-)

Host “Name Hair” was lovely and went out her way to get us some Beer give me lots of free jack fruit and directions to take some good photos. Mosquitos at night sat by river but to be expected.. so no fault of property.. just in their domain..
- Thi (9/5): A good place for relaxing, "recharging" your "battery" - I like everything in Nui Tuong Village: fresh air, beautiful view, peace place, nature life style, simple decor, fresh food, local living tours, free education... That the reasons why i comeback many times as well as recommended and took my friend come there for their holyday and vacation. This time (the 4th) i jointed an interesting class in English hold by an American Volunteer. The lesson helps me understand some ways my brain works when i decide, discuss, argue, choose... in my daily life. It rains so much on rainy season. I must changed my schedule every day.
- Stéphane (9/5): A place to enjoy 10 times - Amazing place, perfect to cut ties with the city vibe and get a break. We just loved the facilities, it's all green, we felt connected to nature. We have been welcome the best way, the staff including volunteers were amazing and we got lucky enough to enjoy a bbq night with them. I highly recommend this place, one of the best places I've stayed in all Vietnam! It's not proper to the place itself but, it's a bit noisy with the hens around and the speakers announcing vietnamese news in the early morning haha, we're well aware of this, we didn't mind.
