Breakfast is delicious and Maria is helpful and delightful. At the desk Michelle is just great. I had the opportunity to meet the assistant general manager Randy and the general manager Amy and I can see why everyone is so happy to work here. Everyone made us feel like family and this is now our home away from home. We will be coming back!!!

- Martin_Cresmer (10/5): Quick trip - Stayed at this Residence Inn as we had some business in the area early the next day. Everything clean and in good working order. Staff was friendly, organized, and efficient.
- Sonia Renee (8/5): It was okay. - For the amount of money it took to book the room, it was not of worth. It was very raggedy! The commode seat was damaged and needed to be replaced. The outer room of the suite was hot and muggy. The air condition unit, out there, was missing nobs. We had to call staff up to mess with it, with a tool, to get the air to come on. Only a few minutes after the staff left, it turned off and it was just plain hot! I let it be known that the soap and hair conditioner holders and the item itself was torn up in the bathroom, had come off the wall. It was never fixed. I was just told by the staff receptionist that it would be noted that it was previously in that condition, on our booked paperwork. No one came to try to fix it or anything. So, we had to stay aleart. Because one had already come apare and at the base of the tub, the 2nd one abruptly fell. Therefore, it was uncomfortable in bathing and having to keep a watch to see if the third one would possibly disengage itself and injure us in someway.

- krystalg719 (10/5): Didn’t have one - It’s was an absolute pleasure staying here from the moment we walked in the lobby so beautifully festive decorated for the holidays you can feel the warmth and hospitality from check in. Not to mention the complementary breakfast 10/10
- V3YRkathyc (2/5): Cold and uninviting - Upon entering the room, I was met with a stark contrast: the air was frigid, yet the room exuded an air of cleanliness and freshness. However, subtle signs of wear and age were evident. As a side note..There was an envelope to leave cash in for a tip on the desk. The room temperature was set at a bone-chilling 67 degrees, which was both uncomfortable and uninviting. In response, I promptly turned on the heating system. The following nights were largely consistent, with the exception of a distinct bleach odor and running out of body soap in the pump in the shower. I promptly reported the AC being left at 67 degrees again to the front desk and requested body soap and that housekeeping refrain from adjusting the thermostat. On the final day and evening of our stay, no cleaning was performed, and dishes remained in the sink. I believe this was a direct consequence of my previous suggestion to refrain from touching the thermostat. Consequently, we were charged the full amount of our stay without any credit, and we were informed that our concerns would be investigated.
- Juarez (3/5): You can find better value elsewhere without the bugs - Location Breakfast was terrible! Decided to go to nearby Rodeo Cafe’ instead. Staff was medicocre and I had to ask for a vaccum to clean my own room. The hotel is covered in ants and insects met me on my bed including the infamous kissing bug. I will never pick this hotel again. I was moved three times.

They are a blessing from above — angels in human form, dedicated to their craft with genuine care and excellence. From the very first greeting when Amy and Yessica picked us up in the airport shuttle, we immediately felt a sense of trust, warmth, and true compassion. Their attention to detail and care for every single question was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. We were treated like royalty from the very beginning. Amy made sure we had everything we needed — her service represents the definition of high-class hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. Whoever reads this, please resist the temptation to book anywhere else — you would be doing yourself a disservice! You won’t find this level of kindness, professionalism, and genuine care anywhere else. I’ve been traveling for over 20 years across the U.S. and internationally, and I’ve met many amazing people in the hotel industry — but Amy and Yessica have set a new standard for what true service looks like. Thank you a million times to the amazing, stellar, very professional, proactive, sharp, kind, patient and perpetually smiling and genuine Michelle at the front desk who took such good care of us from the moment we called the hotel inquiring. She exemplifies hard work, with the roll up her sleeves and how can I be of service stance! Furthermore she gets everything done in seconds. Her memory of hotel guests names as she addressed them at check out was absolutely outstanding and rare. She not only made the check in process so easy and relaxing ( 32 hours - 2 flights - flew in from Asia) but ensured we were in a quiet room. She set the tone for this wonderful stay. Her restaurant recommendations were phenomenal - spanning every cuisine type. This is a beautiful and well maintained hotel with a nice and warm entrance, a spacious dining room and a very cool gym. The maintenance staff - the maids - always smile and say hello. Love the cute flower design on the tp. Dulce in the breakfast area was also just so kind and generous. Very hospitable and quick. The breakfast section was constantly looked over and everything restocked and replenished ( egg whites, turkey bacon) in less than a minute. Loved our stay in the one bedroom specious and immaculate suite here. Totally relaxed and truly loving this part of California. This hotel is about 3 minutes north of the I 10 Freeway. Simply awesome!

I could not be more grateful or say "thank you" enough to the patient and accommodating staff. The staff consistently met and exceeded all of my family's needs, going above and beyond duty to make us comfortable and happy in a trying and difficult time for 8 months. As you can imagine we needed to feel somewhat "home" and Residence Inn in Rancho Cucamonga delivered. The hotel is newer, very well layed out property with accomodations to met each family members needs. Spacious gym, pool, entertainment area and basketball court. The hotel is very clean and clearly the maid service & maintenance team are well organized and thoughtful. The Residence Inn in Rancho Cucamonga became our second home. We cannot be more grateful to the generous and patient staff. Thank you all for your support and assistance in everything.

We arrived early and stopped by to see if we could check in early, they we able to accommodate us. The room was very spacious, clean and well maintained. Good location and quiet. Like most hotels we stay at in California you have to pay for parking. Will definitely return.

- Edward (10/5): Move-in day retreat - We wanted a place with extra space and our accommodations had two bedrooms which gave us all space to prepare for our oldest child's move-in day at a nearby college during our stay. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with nice updated, clean rooms and comfortable amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with needed housewares and utensils to prep and serve simple meals. The fitness facility was clean and maintained as well as the pool deck. One reason we chose this place was for the basketball court so my son could practice and shoot some hoops as well. All staff members from front desk to maintenance were friendly, courteous, and smiling at all times.

- Chad (10/5): Perfect place to stay and feel comfortable. - The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was too crowded with unsupervised children.
- Lynn (6/5): - It is good to know that they “sanitize” but the ENTIRE building smells like it was doused in chemical. From the entrance to the hallways. My family and I choked for few days. We had 2 large suites. Ones slightly cleaner than the other. I had to do my part in sanitizing the kitchen and rewashing the cutleries over again. Room temperature was stuck at 80 when the outside temperature was 97. We eventually had to gather our belongings and hop onto another suite. Food was gross but we are glad that they had a space. Front staff were pleasant. So were the maids. This employee just need training. You fix the stench, you don’t cover it up.
- ketkiv2021 (10/5): Great location, beautiful facilities! - Loved the hotel location. Asked for a room with a view of the mountains at check in and one was available! The facilities are clean and inviting. The breakfast area had real plates (no styrofoam!) and stainless steel cutlery. Eating breakfast was a joyful experience with cage free eggs scramble, including egg white only scramble, along with oats, breads, pastries, yogurt and fruits. The Ontario airport is only couple of miles away which turned out to be super helpful as we had a flat tire on our rental and were able to get a new rental right there instead of going to LA airport. All in all, loved our stay there.

- jessica (8/5): Not as good as the reviews claim. - Nice hotel. I didn't like that my room wasn't cleaned even though I was gone hours. I also didn't like that they lied and said they don't clean the rooms the first day you are there. They forgot we had two rooms and one got cleaned and the other didn't so clearly they lied. I also didn't like that you have to ask for the spa to be turned on in the pool area and you only get an hour or so then it turns off.

Helpful friendly staff, spacious room, excellent breakfast with lots of good choices and space to sit indoors and out, kitchen in room--all pluses. Seems new. Nice workout room, pool and patio area. Airport transport available but need car for restaurants, etc. Air conditioning is loud so bring ear plugs or white noise for sleeping.

Parking $10 per night in Rancho Cucamonga?? Rooms where not that clean carpets where dirty bathrooms where a little beat up. All the usb chargers in room not working.

Special shout to Brittany especially though!!!! The staff is professional, polite and give great food establishment advice! That team rocks! Additionally, the pool, fire pit and basketball court were quite welcome after a long day of travel. Lastly, not only did they have a morning coffee station, they had cold brew, which made my adult children very happy! Great job!

Brittany was very friendly when I checked in. Staff were also helpful when I realized (while changing planes) that I'd booked the wrong night and they quickly placed another reservation for me. Brittany and Brianna were welcoming, making the process start off with the right type of energy. I was provided a room that I requested with no issues at all. The room was spotless and set to the perfect temperature to complement the weather outside. Even the housekeepers had creative ways of setting up the room in a cheerful way (happy face sponge for the kitchen) this location is convenient to the main hub for entertainment, food and groceries while also being near the airport. It doesn’t get much better than this for a stay in the IE! Highly recommended.

Also, the other ladies were really awesome and kind at the front desk as well! They were all so helpful. Overall, the room was comfy and it was ADA friendly. They were able to help me get a shower chair I needed. The breakfast was also really great - one of the best for Marriott's for sure. It was a lovely getaway and we would stay again!

The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. They are always accommodating. We were traveling in a family group and they were able to get us rooms nearby. Rooms are the right size and always clean. We will be back.

- Jonathan (2/5): - Really disappointed. Booked my stay 2 months in advance and got a call from Expedia on way to the hotel just for them to tell me that my room is no longer available and they had to change it. Worst booking ever. The hotel also charged my card and I had called for a refund on March 28th and they processed it. It’s April 14th and I still haven’t received my refund from the hotel that I didn’t even stay at.
