We met both the FB Manager, she was great and Fara at the pool bar also, who literally had us having the best pool day ever. She was the best. Honestly we are already looking for a reason to come back to DelRey and stay here again
Gail (8/5): We liked the hotel but felt it was overpriced. - Great location. New and modern. Great lobby area. For the price the rooms were pretty basic. Also we had an issue with the room we booked. It was not the one requested and the front desk person at check in was not helpful. The manager did give us a refund the next day so the issue was resolved.

She made it super easy to get checked in and made sure our stay was everything and more! We spent some time at the lobby bar for happy hour, service was great. Staff were very friendly. Location was perfect. Right by the ave, had no trouble walking to near by restaurants/bars! Will definitely be back!! The room was great! Very comfortable and clean.

Goldengrace33 (8/5): Good but AC needs work - I always stay here whenever I’m in palm beach county visiting family. I like this hotel because it’s not moldy and I’m sensitive to mold. Finding a hotel in Florida that doesn’t hit you with a musty stench when walking in the door is not easy. However I think I might switch to the Courtyard Marriott around the block the next time I’m out here because the temperature and air conditioning in the rooms is just so inconsistent. It’s either too hot or blowing arctic air on you. Some of the rooms have the AC unit right adjacent to one of the beds so it can get really uncomfortably cold but the alternative is waking up in the middle of the night hot. I just really don’t like that. Other than that the beds are comfortable, parking is good, staff are nice. Breakfast is meh but it’s fine for what you pay. It’s a good hotel but they really need to fix their AC system because it just doesn’t do the job.

JudiG157 (10/5): Fantastic Stay! - My wife and I stayed at the Aloft Delray Beach for five nights over New Years Eve. We had an issue with our room (too close to the fitness center) and Mr. Jabbour went out of his way to fix things for us. He is a totally hands on General Manager. The property is wonderful, great pool area, pool bar and Libby bar are very active and fun. We received excellent service from Farrah at both bars. The location is outstanding! We walked everywhere! We are going back at the end of February and we can’t wait. This will be our go to hotel on every trip to Delray Beach!

nicolepU7968ZA (2/5): All Alofts are awful! Stay far away from especially the Delray property. - Stay far away from any Alofts . This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at an Aloft all awful. You can hear your neighbors. We tried to check in early NOPE . So we went to the pool ., we were told if we wait an hour or so we could be upgraded to a suite w our status We are Platinum Elite . We were giving a tiny room ..well at least my flowers were there waiting in this small cramped room . It was our anniversary! To say the least I knew our anniversary was totally ruined . THEN Our dinner was canceled because we showed up late ..due to the waiting of room . The pool was nice but pool bar isn’t opened during the week ! Come on seriously! We wanted lunch but ANOTHER NO. However the staff was nice . It’s just a basic hotel don’t expect anything nice . After Thank you again Marriott they put us in a fairly new Courtyard Marriott down the road the next morning at 10am not 4 pm like Aloft . Gorgeous rooftop pool ! Gorgeous room ! It’s a gorgeous hotel! Marriott thank you for expediting us out of the Aloft !

Room location to pool very convenient. Reception staff Allison was a doll. Very helpful & pleasant. Food was pretty good too. Pool bartender Fara was very sweet & friendly. Felt cold, not warm/homey. To modern for me- Refrigerator broken, replaced w/a dirty moldy one & then replaced again immediately. Security guy who delivered it tried his best to be accommodating. Body lotion lil bottle empty. No iron, steamer sucked. Five plugs in 6 outlet adapter-to many.
819andreay (8/5): Had such a nice little staycation here. Great location! - It’s just a couple of blocks off The Ave and was so convenient. Took a nice walk to the beach, heard some live music, and had a great night out and didn’t need to worry about driving home. The front desk staff was nice and checked us in quickly. The hotel has a nice pool and gym. Happy Hour daily from 4-7. Hotel was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Y5010WGamya (8/5): Satisfactory Stay - Location - This hotel is situated in an ideal location an a one-way main thoroughfare near the entertainment/restaurant row and the beach/downtown of Delray Beach. Both areas were in quick walking distance from the hotel. Condition - The property was fairly clean but is aging and in need of a refresh/upgrading & deep clean. Parking - While I was able to find a parking spot it was a tight fit with a small midsize car. If there were events being held in the hotel it was more difficult to find a spot. This hotel is connected with a condo building and some of the parking area is for the condo. There is signage stating which spot for which business. Room - overlooked the pool & I did hear noise but not unexpected nor bothersome. Bed was comfortable and pillows were adequate but plenty. Wish there were firmer options provided. Bathroom - shower was spacious which I loved. The whirlpool tub was very deep! There was always plenty of hot water and water pressure was good. LACK OF CLOSET - There was no closet to speak of except for a rack with a very high bar with hangers in the living room; I could barely reach to hang clothes up. Would prefer a traditional closet. There were hooks in the bathroom too but high up as well. I used the laundry facilities which were clean. Machines took credit cards. No laundry supplies on site; I had to buy elsewhere. Living Room - The room had a living room area sofa, coffee table, side table with a mini fridge but no microwave. That was down the hall in the same room as the ice machine. Due to inconvenient area I did not utilize the microwave. There were TVs in the living room as well as bedroom. There were placed high up on the wall so inconvenient to hook up a ROKU or other streaming device. THERE IS NO DESK OR OFFICE AREA IN THE ROOM. Food - I utilized the little convenience store area quite a bit. The cookies were delicious! I did have several meals in the hotel and they were actually pretty good. I was surprised at the quality for hotel food. There was a Happy Hour too which always seemed to be well attended. Personnel - The staff I interacted with were always very professional, pleasant, friendly, courteous & knowledgeable. Giving a shout out to Maureen McBean. I interacted with her daily and she was just the best. Jose was good too as well as Omar.

Michael (4/5): - While the staff were very nice on arrival. The bartender and wait staff were very nice. The first night there the alarms went off for three hours straight starting at 10pm. When I spoke with the front desk they apologized for the inconvenience. Also the tape water seemed tainted when I asked for bottles of water they pointed me in the direction of purchasing them normally would not be a big deal but we were staying for 4 days and three nights and the tape water was bad. The Management seemed bothered most of our stay!

April (7/5): Good - The room and lobby were very good. We liked the checkout time. The pool area was nice but there were dirty towels all over and no new towels to use. We brought our electric car and the charger did not work plus we had to pay a steep parking fee for parking in the garage after already paying quite a bit to stay at the hotel.

Our hospitality group recently opened a new concept in town (Good Night John Boy), and the entire process would have been way more chaotic if it weren’t for the absolute legends at Aloft. From coordinating rooms for our entire team to making sure the logistics were flawless, Dustin, Ryan, and Tanya went above and beyond at every turn. Like, above and beyond beyond. These aren’t hotel employees, they’re partners. Problem-solvers. Miracle workers. And a special shoutout to Zach at the front desk, who holds it down during the overnights like an MVP. Cool, calm, professional, and genuinely kind. The kind of guy you want running things when everything hits the fan at 2am. I would love to have somebody like him on our team. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. For hospitality pros, wedding crews, business travelers, or anyone who appreciates service done right.

ReviewerMaryland1 (8/5): Exemplary Staff - We stayed here when in town for a wedding. The hotel is a 2 block walk to Atlantic Ave and a nice, morning walk to the beach and back. We’ve stayed at other ALofts and this one stood out for its lobby with food/bar offerings, large, well-equipped gym, and excellent outdoor pool area with ample lounging options, bar, and food service. By far, the best part of this hotel is its staff: so hardworking, accommodating, and warm. Two absolute standouts were Shanique at the front desk and Fara at the pool bar. We’ve stayed at many high end resorts and either could have served in high hotel management roles. I would have happily rated the hotel a 5, except for the issue with road and event noise. The glass used in the windows is insufficient for the weekend night traffic noise. They also have an event space below guest rooms that allows DJs to play loud music, though it did stop promptly at 11 pm. Those sensitive to noise or traveling with children might want to request rooms away from the street and event venue.

34jmt (10/5): Thoroughly surprised ! - Drove by the ALOFT several times but never spent much time in the area, however, while visiting family I decided to stay the weekend at the ALOFT and give it a try. I am quite surprised that hospitality still has a heartbeat in 2025, from the Front desk, to the bartenders and pool/lobby attendants, everyone had this calm and soothing energy around them that made my stay quite comfortable to say the least. The splash and work out zone are very well kept and inviting as well. The beach burger, the brownies at Re-Fuel station are a must TRY!!!!! This property def. has that "X" factor to me. You will not be dissapointed, thank you once again ALOFT DELRAY :)

There’s a bar on the first floor that’s busy at night and occasional entertainment by the pool. Breakfast available for a $$. Hotel is a 5 minute walk to the main drag, Atlantic Avenue, but there are coffee places closer. Huge shout out to Julien, a professional, courteous and helpful front desk member. Tremendous guy. We’ll be back.
Jennifer (4/5): - Upon arrival the door would barely open and the toilet was clogged. The room was dirty and dingy, almost scary looking. The blinds were dirty and the floor was sticky. The outside pool area needs a major upgrade. The bar was supposed to be open at 12:00 and no one showed up for 20 minutes. The location is good and the staff was very friendly. Would not stay here again and can’t believe this was a Marriott property. Very disappointing.

I always trusted the brand to provide quality service and comfort. After a long day of walking around Delray, we retired to our room to rest up prior to going out for dinner. The king guest room that we had nowhere to simply put up our feet and relax for an hour or two. No chair, no sofa, nothing but a tiny corner uncomfortable triangular nook. I know that minimalist is in style but this is ridiculous
