Location is near Kolhapur railway station so a but noisy if there are trains passing. I am not sure if this is value for money because i had planned to stay during Christmas holidays. I felt its a bit costly then what was offered.

They are shabby and shady. - We booked this hotel through Booking.com This is the only hotel who called us and requested to pay advance else they won't confirm. We paid 50% advance. When we tried to reach the hotel we realized the road of both sides of hotel are blocked due to road construction. This is a Treebo group of hotel. We tried to call them, it was totally automated. We could not reach. Ultimately with the help of police we reached the hotel. We should not call it a hotel. It is like 4 storied apartment. Totally shabby and shady. The lady in the counter informed us there is no lift. Our room is in 2nd floor. We were very clear about the lift. But they didn't disclose. We refused to stay in that kind of shabby lodge. When we requested for refund. We were told Treebo will refund. Yesterday received a mail from Treebo, there is No Show so they won't refund the money. Beware of Treebo Group of Hotels. More disgusted with Booking. Com. They are keeping these kind of shady hotels in their bucket without checking background.
• Shashikant (8/5): - I booked this hotel from 21st November 2025 to 23rd November 2025, the hotel is old but nice, the service is good, the food is ok even though the menu is limited. If you want good service at a low cost, this hotel is good. One drawback I experienced is that the restaurant opens after 07:30 in the morning, due to which bed tea is not available, if you want to leave early in the morning, you will not get tea either, if this is improved, the hotel will be good....

Rooms are good. required lift facility if rooms provided in heigher floors. Reception & Room service staffs are good. Till morning 5 am we didnot get hot water in bath room!. But as per reception it will start from 4am. Receptionist was least bothered when we complain about this in the mornong while check out around 5.15am.

Despite being in the city centre it was still queit. Very courteous staff, cleanliness score 10/10. Breakfast was very nice, home like. Only 1 small issue - I was in room number 102 but was able to hear noises from adjoining room, some defect in wall it seems
