• Goran (10/5): Great stay at DES'OTEL - This was our second stay at this hotel in a year, and it confirmed that it is consistent in its overall high quality. The whole facility was very clean and provided us with everything we needed for an enjoyable accommodation - comfortable room with a cozy bed, cable TV & strong wi-fi, nice balcony and a private parking lot. The location of the hotel is convenient, the staff is very kind and supportive, and if I need to choose one thing to highlight, it would be definitely the breakfast with its big variety of delicious food choices. DES'OTEL will be for sure our choice again next time visiting Tekirdağ.

Our bag were lost on arrival to Istanbul and the lady at the front desk helped us greatly by going above and beyond to even order us necessities from the local courier delivery service. • DANIEL T (10/5): One of my favorite hotels in the entire world!! - Des'Otel has become one of my favorite hotels on the planet!! Their customer service is excellent. The general manager has excellent English and is so kind to our kids and very helpful in recommending the best restaurants and local sites. The rooms are comfortable and pretty much soundproof. The beds are comfortable. The internet is super fast (much faster than at home or my office). The breakfast is fantastic!! The water pressure in the showers is wonderful too. The hotel staff is extra careful wearing masks and gloves during the Covid pandemic. We appreciate that they are being careful to protect their guests. My only recommendation is that you might want to consider searching for another way of booking your hotel besides Hotels.com. We had a 28% service fee added to our room by Hotels.com !!! I originally thought that perhaps Terkirdag had an extremely high tax rate but after talking with the hotel manager, seeing the print out details from the hotel, and later chatting with Hotels.com chat service, I found out that the 28% fee was all from Hotels.com. They are getting around having to crediting our Rewards program by charging it to additional Taxes and Fees instead. So ridiculous!! I'm going to find a different service like Kayak, Expedia or something else that treats their customers with respect.

Located near a warehouse but less than 10 minute walk to the waterfront and a mall. The air conditioner wasn't super cold would only cool the room down to 24 C but it was still comfortable because it takes the humidity out the air.

An der Rezeption wurde für meinen Geschäftspartner eine extra Gebühr und Ausweis verlangt damit er in mein Zimmer kommen kann. Das fand ich sehr unangebracht. Es wurde zwar später sich entschuldigt und wir haben Frühstück aufs Haus bekommen. Einen Faden Beigeschmack hat das Erlebniss trotzdem hinterlassen. Solch einen Vorfall hatte ich vorher noch nie in der Türkei

• Mccracks (10/5): Excellent hotel reasonably priced - We stayed at this hotel for 1 night en route to Istanbul. We can not fault it. The beds are the most comfortable ones we have had on our trip-you just sink into it. The breakfast was delicious and served in a rooftop setting overlooking the sea. There is lots of off street parking and the receptionist very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The room is very good with good amenities , confortable beds .The breakfast was wonderful and the staff very polite ( but some people do not speak english ) . Only one sugestion : Nespresso machine in the room.

• heidotheroad (10/5): Unbelievable value! - This Is a brand new, luxury hotel far above the standard I would usually pay for on holiday, but the rates were unbelievably cheap. Obviously, being new, the rooms are spotless, and they were also spacious and well equipped. The bed was huge and comfortable! Staff were polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a huge choice of hot and cold food. Onsite parking is a bonus, as is the balcony in the rooms. Although there was a wedding on the night we stayed, we weren’t disturbed at all. Can’t fault this hotel at all - a lucky find for us! Be sure to visit the excellent bakery/ cafe across the road.
