Aucun ustensile Deux prises fonctionnent tv et frigo Frigo cassé porte joint HS tout est congeké Lit correct Toutes les portes sont pourries Pas d'eau chaude cuisine Fourmis plein partout Odeur dans salle de bains insoutenable Les différents chauffeurs nous ont dit, ah la résidence toute vieille moche Pas de chaises et table pour manger Bref fuyez, nous n'y avons que dormi. On a mangé dehors table sale, deux chaises cassées Le propriétaire veut que du cash espèces. Un vrai taudis pour conclure.

• Skalitz (4/5): - Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer ist zwar relativ groß aber Renovierungsbedüfrtig. Man fühlt sich nicht wohl. Man fühlt sich sehr unwohl.

• Wieslaw (7/5): Obiekt dobry dla niewymagających - Głównym walorem Residence Tafat jest lokalizacja. Blisko głównych atrakcji Agadiru, jakimi są bez wątpienia plaża i zamek (kazba). W pobliżu jest bardzo dużo lokali gastronomicznych i sklepów, wśród których należy wyróżnić supermarket Marjane Market (tani i dobrze wyposażony). Niedaleko też znajduje się główny przystanek autobusowy. Do starego centrum Agadiru - mediny jest dość daleko (ok. 2,5 km), ale na szczęście działa tam dobrze komunikacja publiczna (autobusy). Jest także mnóstwo tanich (i cieszących się dużą popularnością) taksówek. Kolejnym plusem obiektu jest też obsługa - grzeczna, miła, uprzejma i kompetentna. Chociaż czasami nieobecna, mimo całodobowo działającej recepcji. Sam obiekt jest jednak bardzo wyeksploatowany. Widać, że lata świetności ma już za sobą. Wynajęty przeze mnie Apartament typu studio miał znaczną powierzchnię i składał się z dwóch pomieszczeń głównych (saloniku, częścią którego była kuchnia i sypialni) oraz łazienki. Było czysto, a łóżko było wygodne. Całość znajdowała się na parterze, z wyjściem i oknami na ogród (duży i ładnie utrzymany). Tyle plusy. Zaś minusami był brak klimatyzacji, słabe wyposażenie kuchni, niedostateczne dodatki w łazience. Czyli braki w podstawowym wyposażeniu kuchni (tylko 1 szklanka i mały kieliszek, bez kubków i filiżanek) oraz słabo działająca mała, 1-stanowiskowa kuchenka elektryczna, na której zagotowanie wody na szklankę herbaty zajmowało około 20 minut. W łazience stanowisko prysznicowe nie miało ani ścianek ani zasłon, co powodowało zalewanie posadzki podczas korzystania z niego. Nie było także żadnego żelu i mydła, nie wspominając o szamponie. Jeden ręcznik także był niewystarczający do standardowego korzystania z toalety. Do minusów, utrudniających korzystanie z apartamentu, należy zaliczyć słabe oświetlenie całości, w tym brak lampki nocnej przy łóżku oraz brak oświetlenia nad umywalką w łazience. Nie jest komfortowym także rozmieszczenie gniazdek elektrycznych. W sumie apartament byłby dobry dla 1-2 dniowego pobytu, zaś przy dłuższym tam przebywaniu jest zaledwie znośny. Jednak przy usunięciu braków (co jest nisko-kosztowe) i odnowieniu obiektu chętnie zatrzymanym się tam ponownie, przy następnym pobycie w Agadirze.

• Paula (8/5): Ok - Old hotel but Ok to pass the night. Ok for the money and location. Wifi was not good, only reach in some spots of the room. If windy you hear a lot of noise of doors and windows. If you are 2 ask for a second towel, they just put 1.

• Marie (5/5): Résidence bien pour dépanner, pour dormir et c’est tout - Le personnel est agréable, bien que ce ne soit pas le cas de tous La résidence est bien placée et est surveillée le jour et la nuit, on s’y sent quand même en sécurité Je vais faire sous forme de tirets car il y a eu énormément de choses qui n’ont pas été : - déjà nous arrivons à la résidence, le monsieur qui était à la réception ne savait même pas que nous avions une réservation alors qu’elle avait été faite 5 mois plus tôt. Celui-ci a en plus voulu nous arnaquer de 500 dirhams, il nous a parlé d’une soi-disant « taxe de l’établissement » et quand on lui a demandé un document qui en attestait, il a accepté le prix qui était affiché sur booking (nous avions choisi le règlement sur place) - très peu d’équipements : pas d’éponge pour la vaisselle, une serviette pour deux, pas de shampoing ni de gel douche, pas de liquide vaisselle, mais est mentionné comme un hôtel 3 étoiles ?? - niveau de propreté qui laisse à désirer : cheveux sur l’oreiller, poussière a beaucoup d’endroits… - malheureusement pendant notre séjour il a plu, sauf que les joints de la porte fenêtre étaient très abîmés (voire même absents ??) donc l’eau passait en-dessous et nous avons eu la moitié de la chambre complètement inondée. Le personnel ne nous a pas spécialement donner de quoi essorer et nous avons dû le faire avec les serviettes pour se laver…

Dans la cuisine il manque pas mal d'ustensiles. La plaque de cuisson est mal configurer, trop de temps a chauffer les plats.

• Sarah (10/5): Gute Lage und sehr sauber! - Ein sehr schönes Apartment in idealer Lage! Besonders die Terrasse mit Blick auf den gepflegten Garten hat uns begeistert – perfekt, um sich zu entspannen und die Ruhe zu genießen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, komfortabel und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Der Inhaber ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit, sodass man sich von Anfang an willkommen fühlt. Auch die Lage ist super

Potrzebowaliśmy pokoju na kilka godzin, żeby mieć gdzie poczekać na lot w późnych godzinach nocnych, więc obiekt spełnił swoją rolę. Nocować jednakże tam bym nie chciała. Grzyb na suficie łazienki,i odrapane niechlujne sciany… można byłoby odświeżyć obiekt.

• Bonnie (8/5): Overall a good clean place - The room was very clean and opened up to a nice garden my son could enjoy while I watched from the room. The shower was excellent with lots of hot water and decent water pressure. The pillows were hard and too thick to comfortably fit the neck. The TV did not work for us and it randomly turned itself on. The bedsheets were old and scratchy. The younger man that worked at the front desk was rude. The young boy that appeared to be working at the hotel kept walking past our room looking in at us when we were in the living room.

I Complained to the owner was partially rectified, however bathroom shower was broken my husband asked for a screwdriver snd he would fix it responses from staff were done by have while continuing to check their mobile only interested in selling us a tour, carpet in room had never been vacuumed or cleaned had to ask for a towel and toilet paper continually

• Heldenburg (2/5): avoid. - Only staff: exeptionally nice and friendly . Bathroom- no water at night. I don't know what I paid for, broken glass in the balcony doors, builders without notice in my room, no iron at the reception, stains next to my bed, overall: I feel sorry for the staff- and I don't know what I paid for !!! .
