- MICHAEL (2/5): - After spending 7 nights, we strongly encourage you to avoid this hotel. Detailed review on google: (1) wife often travels with teddy bear that deceased family member (who loved to travel) gave her (perhaps odd but high sentimental value); (2) item goes missing from our room; (3) we tell reception, they promise to check with housekeeping and check laundry room right away; (4) next morning, they hadn’t checked but again promised to do so; (5) eventually checked, said it was not there and said it may have been sent to offsite laundry facility (very frustrating b/c they could have checked hotel right away to avoid it being sent offsite); (6) next day, told us that hotel *emailed* laundry facility (no response) but had not called them; (7) told them they need to take this seriously, to *call* the facility and for management to call us ASAP – they promised to do so and said they would “make it right” if they can’t find item; (8) checked out next morning, told no update but would call us ASAP; (9) 3 days later, no call or email so we emailed hotel; (10) 2 days later, hotel says facility did not have our item, apologized and to let them know if they can do anything to fix this; (11) we asked for discount (offered to repay it if our item was ever found); (12) 10 days later, completely ignoring us and management has never contacted us. Many other issues with room/hotel, but items being taken from our room and hotel not caring and now ignoring us is unacceptable.

The rooms are also very nice and comfortable, and my favorite thing is the Breakfast, normally in Paris breakfast are very simple, which is ok, but here you have a very good selection and the taste is very nice. Also want to add that the are is fantastic and really easy to move around, lots of good restaurants and night life.
- Karen (10/5): Fun stay in cute hotel - This is a lovely boutiques hotel in The Marais, it I es an excellent location right next to an active square with lots of bistros to sit out and close to restaurants, shops and Rue Du Rivoli for more shopping. Walking distance to Notre Dame and old city island. The rooms are bright and have a nitro type charm to them. Staff helpful. Only thing was elevator had some issues but we all managed.

The street has no cars so be prepared to walk a couple blocks with your luggage; also the street is hard to find bc it’s one of those streets that changes names. The gentleman that assisted me with checking in was a delight. Once I got to the room I found it to be very nice, with unique interiors and very comfortable. This is a lovely boutique hotel.

Don’t expect any action at the bar because it is closed most of the time but that really doesn’t matter because there are 4 corners of restaurants right outside the door. Super convenient and easy walk to shopping, restaurants and The Louvre. The room was decorated beautifully and was super quiet. The breakfast (served to your room) was excellent. Staff was very friendly as well.

Large room by Paris standards, modern bathroom, climate controlled, comfortable bed, quiet, everything was great! Friendly and very helpful staff! Great location, nearby restaurants and bars, shopping. We walked to Ste. Chappelle, the Louvre, and into the northern Marais. Would absolutely stay here again!

One thing I would suggest is to have staff at the front desk who can communicate well in either French or English. The woman I dealt with, Nova, could do neither and was difficult to understand causing confusion about luggage storage, credit card authorization and other important matters.

Just a few hundred yards from the entrance to the nearest metro, M1. Clean rooms in good condition - not tiny; very reasonable size. Double room had a nice small couch next to the window for enjoying looking out the window onto the square while sitting down.
- Sheri Lynn (10/5): - The location is walking distance to the louvre, the seine and many restaurants and shops. The staff are very helpful and I would very highly recommend this boutique hotel. Also, the buffet breakfast is a lovely start to each day.
