• Agnieszka (10/5): - Pobyt był na prawdę bardzo udany! Pomocni właściciele z którymi był super kontakt przez cały pobyt. Chętnie udzielali wskazówek co zjeść, co zobaczyć. Pokój przestronny, wszystkie urządzenia sprawne dokładnie jak w opisie . Śniadanka smaczne, opcja z ich dostarczeniem do pokoju rewelacyjna i bardzo wygodna przy maluszku. Pierwsze miejsce do którego czujemy że możemy wrócić na kolejny urlop:)

• Oleksandr (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay here! This was our 1st visit of Croatia. The apartment is just a real 200 meters from the beach, very clean and well-equipped with everything you might need – even dishwashing liquid and cloths. The bed was comfortable and spotless, and everything in the bathroom worked perfectly. Wi-Fi was excellent, which was a big plus. Breakfasts delivered to the room were a highlight – it felt like a special touch of care for guests, and it made our mornings really enjoyable. Comparing with other experience of service we had, here it was really high European service, even in cafes near the beach. There is parking available, and the location is convenient – the Tommy supermarket is about the same short walking distance as the beach (same direction). The host was very kind and responsive. Overall, it’s a quiet and relaxing place, perfect for a holiday. Highly recommended!

• Kamil (8/5): Przyjazne miejsce na kilkudniowy pobyt - Bliskość plaży, balkon, podstawowe wyposażenie w kuchni, przyjazny i gotowy do pomocy personel. Przydałaby się choć jedna pralka na obiekt, z której można by skorzystać jako gość.
• Yannick (7/5): Top Lage, schöne Wohnung und netter Vermieter, aber hellhörig - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut – Strand und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, z. B. nach Trogir, eignet sie sich bestens. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und der Empfang herzlich. Insgesamt größtenteils sauber, und der Balkon ist wirklich schön. Leider sind die Wände sehr hellhörig, sodass man die Nachbarn gut mitbekommt. Außerdem befanden sich bei der Ankunft noch Haare im Bett, was den Sauberkeitseindruck etwas getrübt hat.

• Nenad (10/5): One of the best holidays - Everything was great. A beach and a lots of restaurants and bars very close from accommodation. The beach is very clean and safe for families with kids, there are toilets every a hundred meters and exist sea taxi to Trogir ( excellent service!! ) Local people, food, restaurants, culture amazing.
• Hannu (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Kuzmanic. Adrian was the most polite and helpfull host, really easy to communicate with. Place was as described, well equipped and super tidy. Nice surprise was breakfast served to our apartment at precise time we wished - I had totally forgotten we booked it! Felt almost too good for this fair cost of accommodation, so we were truly happy to fairly tip for it. :) At the end of September the neighborhood, with quite a lot of apartments, was really quiet. More people was only at Trogir old town close by. Short walk from the house to beach full of cafes and restorants, grocery stores and even two bakeries at both ends of the beach, not bad at all! Everything closed around 10pm, so maybe not a place for party people, but really awesome for easy going holiday with Your family or loved one. We recommend to go ahead and see it!

• Christopher (10/5): Beautiful place to stay, has everything we needed and a great base to explore. - Everything was brilliant. Adrian the owner met us on arrival after sending a text that morning to see what time we would be arriving. Even though we were early, the apartment was ready for us. It was a great size for 2 adults and a baby. Lovely open plan living, dining and kitchen area which was well equipped. Very modern as it has recently been refurbished and immaculately clean. The bathroom was a good size with a decent size shower, I'm 6"6 and it was perfect for me. The bedroom was just the right size and included the travel cot we had booked for no extra. It was perfect for our little one and he slept very well in it. There was also a wardrobe and vanity table. The balcony was big with a 4 seater table and had a lovely sea view. There was a car parking space for each apartment which was good for us, right in front of the building. It is only a 3 - 4 minute walk to the beach front where there are lots of lovely bars and restaurants with decent prices and the food is quality. Trogir is only a 5 minute drive away and the airport 10 minutes. There are plenty of local shops for supplies and a lidl next to the airport. This area of Croatia is very central to exploring that stretch of the coast with many stunning places within 1h 30 mins drive in either direction, including KRKA National Park. It wasn't an issue for us but there isn't a lift, so ask for a ground floor apartment. Everything else was perfect.

Adrian is a very nice and helpful host :) Our late arrival (after 22:00) was not a problem and we could take a transfer from the airport. The kitchen is fully equipped (apart from the seasonings-there is only salt). The apartment is clean, good-looking and everything was just as in the description.

If you arrive before check in time, they do not have a place to leave the luggages so they offered to leave our things in the corridor where everyone have access. so we had to wait seated on the stairs with our stuff. In addition they permit people to take pets so our flat had dog smell. the towels to take shower were small like hand towels. It wasn’t possible to stay in the balcony or to leave the window open, as it faced the street and the parking so everyone could see and have access to the apartment, the view to the see it was also limited. The bed linen was humid and smelling humidity. we expected so much more of the flat.
• Anonymous (3/5): Not comfortable at all, strange smell - It was poor lighting, strange smell from towels and bed sheets (almost like in the second hand shop). Air conditioner is old and make a lot of noise, shower towels was small and only one per person. Also there was no water to drink in the apartment. Cough is really uncomfortable for sleeping, and it’s pretty hot in the night time. Really far from the old centre of the city. Price is to high for this quality of accommodation.
• Lavy (9/5): Great Apartment in Trogir - We got the newest apartment with the sea view. So new in fact that some appliances like the kettle were still in the box! The apartment itself is of a decent size with more than enough room for 2 couples. The parking lot was also of a decent size. The beach and grocery stores were a very short walk away. Overall a great place to stay. The bed was a bit firm and the pillows provided were a bit small. The apartment also lacked some essentials - salt, pepper, coffee for the special machine, cooking oil, laundry detergent. This wasn't a huge deal but it would definitely have made the stay more enjoyable. We ended up buying these things and leaving them at the apartment for the next people.
