• Erica (10/5): Would definitely book this condo again!! - The condo was perfect!! It was close to the beach, the boardwalk was phenomenal, the indoor pool and hot tub was amazing, and the owner was so helpful every step of the way!! There was nothing I didn’t like. Everything was perfect!

They loved what they called, the "liminal space," with the pool, gym, track, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and game room. Rain. We were in a drought, with forest fires everywhere, and no rain for almost 2 months, until we got there 😄 The liminal space saved the day

• Jasmine (6/5): Could have been better - The pricing for the days we booked was great. The host provided items we weren't expecting that were appreciated. The communication from the host prior to us arriving was timely and thorough. The villa was quiet and that was great. We also liked having cable TV for the time we spent inside when it was raining. Also, the air conditioner worked great throughout the unit and all ceiling fans worked since it was very hot outside. We felt the cleanliness of the unit could have been better. Air flow vents and ceiling fans were caked in dust. We kept finding hair in places (showers, towels and wash cloths provided, bedding). The doorway leading to the primary bathroom is very narrow and so that was tricky for a member of our family to get through. Additionally, the bed in the primary bedroom was advertised as a queen but it looked and felt more like a full size. It was very narrow for a queen. We ended up leaving a day early due to not being able to comfortably sleep in that bed.

Great boardwalk to the beach and saw the beautiful sunrise. Great for families with Parking passes to get in for better security.
• Rachel (8/5): Affordable rental with great amenities for kids - Overall, affordable, and has all the amenities you need for a family. Great location to shops, etc. Not fancy, but everything you need. The buildings need a bit of a face lift, but our unit was great. We were in building three and it was perfect because we had access to the indoor pool and hot tub. It was great because it was cooler when we were there. The walk to the beach via the boardwalk is a nice stroll. It looks far, but it’s actually not bad at all. And they do offer a shuttle at the end of March. Enjoyed Coco‘s beach bar at the end of the boardwalk. Also enjoyed the deli/bar by the outdoor hotel. Love the access to the storage unit, that was near the boardwalk, to bring things easily to the beach.

• Murray (10/5): It was a wonderful experience. - Steven’s apartment was very nice and clean. A lot of places do not provide towels anymore but he made sure that there were more than enough. We had everything that we needed and there were grocery stores/shopping areas and restaurants across the street. It felt good to be able to sit outside on the terrace without having to worry about bugs. Also, he was very hospitable and easy to communicate with. He responded immediately and was very accommodating. The walk to the beach was less than 10 minutes and he even provided us with easy access to what we needed for the pool and beach. I also loved the fact that we could purchase ice at the gate and that there was more than one pool. There was even a nice indoor pool area. The only real issues were the elevator and the trash cans on the outside, which had nothing to do with the actual place that we stayed in. The trash cans around the property were always full and were overflowing.
• Verified traveler (8/5): It is an ok place - Expensive for what you are getting And the fees are what makes it expensive - frankly doesn’t worth almost additional 500 for those fees.

The condo was nice and comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped. It was very clean. The mattress in the main bedroom was sunk down in the middle and was not very comfortable. The balcony overlooked a small pond that when reserving I mistook for the lagoon. It also looked out onto a parking lot.

Also loved they’re open all the time as opposed to hotel pools. Condo was comfy. Little grill and bar on premises was a nice bonus. Would stay here again. Condo could just use a couple upgrades (ex. broken towel rack in master). Also a little bit of a walk to the beach but the boardwalk is very nice.

It was difficult to navigate where everything is at the resort first, but once you get to know where everything is it is much easier!

We love the beach supplies located in your storage shed (umbrella, chairs, wagon, kid toys, etc and the location to the beach was such a great plus! It's close to dumpsters for trash removal and right by the elevators, so luggage and groceries were a breeze to take up and down. The screened in porch was a great addition to the outside area. Bring your own coals because a grill IS on site! EXCELLENT VALUE FOR LOCATION OF PROPERTY! **We give this property a 4 out of 5 & would DEFINITELY visit again or Recommend to a friend!** Let me just say....ANY problems (if you encounter any), Steve is "Johnny on the Spot"! Very responsive to any call. PROBLEMS *Heat took a min to "heat up"- 1 phone call & Steve guided me through adjustments *Mstr Bdrm bathroom circuit went out- IMMEDIATELY after being informed; the maintenance guy came to address it. MINOR if ANY issues,
• Dennis (3/5): we won’t be back! - the location was perfect it was dirty, had a bad odor, furniture was old and very uncomfortable, door lock unreliable, hvac didn’t function well and all vents were covered with dust, blinds covered with dust, all tvs had two remotes with no instructions on how to work, lights were a confusing maze of wiring so that took a phone call toto figure out, and it looked like everything had been furnished from a yard sale.. huge disappointment .

• Michelle Ann (10/5): - Check in was fast and simple. Condo was clean. Light switches and temperature control labeled. Better condition than what I expected from some of the other reviews. Indoor pool, hot tub and small wading pool for little ones. Indoor track, work out room ice cream vending machine. Beach supplies in closet and in a locker, no need to go buy sandcastle building supplies. Boogie boards, beach chairs and a wagon for transport. Boardwalk to beach over salt marsh is made of the new decking material, no slivers! Deli/ gift shop very reasonable prices. Staff very friendly. Some covered parking areas. Made so you can pull in to unload out of rain and heat. Option to park there or in parking lot. Very enjoyable place. One beach chair broke, prompt email response, with disposal instructions. Pitfalls- signage, entrances to get inside the buildings? map given at check in was circled vaguely during instructions. Signs to different areas only posted at start point and at ending. More along the way would be great. I happened to stumble upon the beach locker area ( while finding my way back from beach). One more reason for signs! TV signal on some channels was bad (not resort’s fault). Remember your log in information for Netflix, Hulu and such.
• Jason (8/5): Hilton Head More Like Myrtle Beach - Our overall stay was good. The beds were not comfortable. The mattresses were severely broken down. The rest of the room was fine. The whole experience was more reminiscent of Myrtle Beach. I have higher expectations for Hilton Head.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - We feel the property was not properly presented. You have no idea where your located until AFTER you pay!!! Location was very disappointing-the condo was very clean but we did not appreciate the view of the fitness facility and the lack of signage fir direction. The color of the buildings are not distinct and finding your way around is very very confusing for a short stay of a week!! Would not return or advise to others!
• Christina (10/5): Great unit- ok resort - It's a beautifully refurbished unit. Everything is new and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. There was a wagon and chairs for the beach. The beds were comfortable. The resort itself is dated. It's also hard to figure out how to get around with stairs leading to nowhere and oddly placed elevators. It's quite a hike to the beach also. Nice that there is a restaurant and restroom out there. The shuttle is hard to catch and only carries 4 people. We loved the pools. The grounds are well maintained.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - A full kitchen equipped with everything you need including spices! The indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, walking track just outside our door! A definite plus! Grocery store so close! A balcony looking outside at a beautiful fountain & a great view of indoor amenities from the front door! A definite place to stay on Hilton Head Island & WE ARE RETURNING NEXT YEAR!
• Jordan (10/5): - We had the best experience. The owners of the condo left us everything, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing! We would absolutely stay again!
• Daniel (6/5): Needs some TLC... - The condo could have used a little TLC. The balcony door was broken, AC wasn't working in the front bedroom, one of the TV remotes were missing, and the cart was broken. We also experienced water leaking in the kithen and couldn't figure out where it came from. Our baby would crawl in the floor and her clothes would be black after a few minutes, there was built-up dirt on the corners, and behind the doors. Although we know sand can be pretty messy, a commercial cleaning company should have done a better job at making sure the place was clean, especially during a pandemic. We took Clorox wipes to clean up as a precaution, needless to say, we definitely used them up!

• Jeannie (8/5): Old but clean - The condo was clean and spacious. The complex was old and didn’t feel clean. There are no ocean views and the only windows looking out are in the bedrooms & small. Long walk to the beach but not too bad.
• Chrystin (8/5): Overall a great resort to stay at for a good price - Overall, it was a really nice place to stay. There are 4 buildings, 3 which open to the outside and have an outdoor space. Our building did not, which I didn't realize when we booked it. The perk of that was that our building had the indoor pool in it, which was closed for the last 2 days of our stay. The room was good. The master bed was a little soft for my preference, but that is not a real issue. We did rent DVD's that we couldn't watch in our room as there was no remote for either dvd player. Again, not a huge deal, but I wouldn't have spent the money on the dvd rentals had I realized. Overall, the resort was a very good place to stay and I would definitely stay there again. Now that I know how the building number, floor and room numbers work, that will help out in the future. For the price, this place really did have everything.
