Personel güler yüzlü, yardımcı ve profesyoneldi. Kahvaltı çeşitli ve lezzetliydi, herkes için uygun seçenekler vardı. Konum da oldukça iyiydi — hem sakin, hem de her yere yakın. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz harika bir otel!

- Abduhafiz (10/5): - Came from United States, this hotel was the best for his price, staff, breakfast, and place was great. Parking was free and easy because it’s in the yard of the Hotel.
- Evgeniya (5/5): Мухлюют: отменяют бронь отеля на Booking прямо во время проживания. Неприятно! - Разрешили ранний заезд, но попытались взять за это деньги. Чувство, что находишься на базаре. Парень на ресепшене при чек-ине заставил заплатить городской налог, хотя в условия бронирования было прописано, что все налоги и сборы включены. Также должен был дать небольшую сдачу, но после заселения пропал (вместо него на ресепшене были другие сотрудники) и забыл об этом - мелочь, но неприятно. Уставший номер. За трое суток ни разу не прибрались - даже мусор не выбросили. Довольно грязно. Платить при заселении просят наличными. Завтрак средний и каждый день один и тот же (больше трех дней вряд ли осилишь). Район вокруг хоть и старый город, очень мало привлекательный: идешь как по трущобам. К метро не сильно близко - минут 15 быстрым шагом. В целом цена сильно завышена, а сервис оставляет желать лучшего.

- Katri (2/5): - Breakfast ok. Internet works. Quiet at night. But I don't recommend for anybody! They forced us to pay more than the total of the reservation fee and the city tax. I managed to get the price lowered a bit, but they refused to honor the original booking price. The place is completely corrupt. I also wouldn’t recommend the area for a woman traveling alone, as it’s really scary at night. The hotel is very far from all the main attractions, so it’s difficult to get around and explore the city.
- Daniel (2/5): Es gibt verschiedene Fallen. - Schade, durch dubiose (vielleicht sogar kriminelle) Machenschaften disqualifiziert sich diese Unterkunft. Man versucht mehr zu berechnen als vereinbart, man betrügt booking.com um einen großen Teil seiner Provision und das Hotel ergaunert sich die Zugangsdaten zur Buchung um sich selbst eine gute Bewertung zu geben. Schade, dass sie das nötig haben.
- Daniel (4/5): Hotel eigentlich okay, aber unlauteres Geschäftsgebaren, - An sich ist es als einfaches Hotel okay und auch die Lage passt, da man alles gut erreichen kann. Leider sollten wir Vorort mehr zahlen als bei booking.com angegeben. Zunächst sollten wir 3 % Kreditkartengebühren und später dann neben der City-Tax noch eine weitere erfundene Steuer von insgesamt ca. 18,- EUR bezahlen. Wir haben uns geweigert. Booking.com hat uns bestätigt, dass diese Gebühren nicht berechtigt sind. Nach unserer Abreise hat das Hotel bei booking.com den Preis unserer Buchung reduziert, damit betrügt die Unterkunft booking.com um Gebühren zu sparen. Das ist insgesamt kein angenehmes Geschäftsgebaren. Vorsicht.
- Daniel (1/5): Vorsicht vor Scam - Vorsicht, man will beim Check-in ein Foto von der booking.com-Reservierung machen. Damit hat das Hotel dann die Zugangsdaten (inkl. PIN) für die Buchung. Diese benutzt das Hotel dann um im Namen des Gastes eine hervorragende Bewertung abzugeben. D.h. die positive Bewertung der Unterkunft ist durch Betrug entstanden. Booking.com müsste hier handeln.

The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I immediately felt at home. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the modern amenities I could need. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. Housekeeping did an amazing job of keeping everything clean and tidy throughout my stay. The hotel’s facilities were outstanding — the restaurant served delicious food with plenty of options, and the breakfast buffet was simply fantastic. I also enjoyed spending time at the pool and spa, which were both well-maintained and relaxing. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. Despite being so central, the hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Мы заранее бронировали 2 отдельных номера на троих, но при заезде нам пытались навязать один трёхместный номер с общим душем и туалетом в коридоре. Только после переписки они подтвердили, что всё-таки два номера. Приехали в 5 утра уставшие после перелёта, а нам сказали, что нет полотенец и «привезут через 20 минут». В итоге даже к моменту выезда (12:00 дня) полотенец так и не было! Внутри номеров нет ни шампуня, ни геля для душа — только голые стены. Постельное бельё выглядело так, будто его давно не меняли, создаётся ощущение, что оно не свежее. Очень неприятно, что на Booking заявляют одни условия, а на месте всё совершенно другое. Le personnel était très chaleureux, toujours prêt à aider avec le sourire. L’atmosphère de l’hôtel est paisible, idéale pour se détendre en couple. Nous recommandons cet endroit sans hésitation.

The breakfast was the same every morning with a few things. The room was at the street level, looking at the garden and the street where people were passing by.

The receptionist demanded that I pay cash even though I said I could pay by credit card. The property is unsafe. There was a screw sticking out on the main door frame. My son cut his hand. The receptionist did not help my son who was bleeding and instead complained to me. There were toenail clippings on the floor and hairs in the bed. Revolting.

- Nimra (10/5): Exceptional - It was my first stay in Baku. We were very pleased. Good welcome, nice people. Generally the hotel is in a great location. There are 24-hour restaurants, markets and many other facilities. The beds are very comfortable. I usually rate it highly :)

The breakfast lady was polite and hospitable and young man on reception was generous! Thank you. Here are some tips those might help future travelers: 1. Breakfast is exactly what you need in the morning , not heavy , so right after you can go for a walk and enjoy the city. 2. WiFi signal and speed are perfect 3. Disposable toiletries are all set. 3. The bedding was freshly washed. 4. One minute walking distance there is a guy doing barbecue for 2$ . 5. Two minutes walking distance is a grocery store 6. When traveling to Baku, it's recommended to have a cash

- Aqib (9/5): Superb - Hotel was neat and clean and best thing is it lies in city center and most of the common places are on walking distance. Especially the receptionist was very cooperative. During my whole stay the difficulty I faced was language barrier, difficult to communicate in English.

- Jovana (9/5): Cute hotel, recommend - The room was exceptional, really well equipped. You have toothbrushes, slippers, shampoo... Everything that you need. It looks modern. We liked that you can park inside and you don't need to think about your car. The breakfast could be a little better (maybe I had higher expectations because I really was impressed with room). We didn't like just that our room was near the street and we could hear some workers, but that is something you cannot affect.

- Ash (9/5): Superb - Location is decent, not too far from the metro. It's a wonderfully quiet place with easy access to amenities from the shop down the road. Staff are friendly and speak English. Room was spotless with shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap provided. I'll definitely come back! The double beds are two mattresses pushed together which can be quite uncomfortable, and the hot water takes a few minutes to come on if you turn on the shower.

Nothing much to say about it, it was decent. Photos may be slightly deceiving as its in a ground floor of an old building, but stay was comfortable.

We had access to tea and coffee anytime. It is well located with a supermarket and fruit shop very close by. The metro is only a 5 minute walk away.

- Extop (9/5): Superb - Great location: 5 minutes to Nizami metro station, 30-40 minutes on foot to Old Town and Formula 1 (if you are here for it), supermarket in the next house, restaraunts in 5-10 minutes. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Kind and friendly staff. Simple, but nutritious breakfast. Excellent price-quality ratio. Sometimes you need to wait to have hot water, and you can hear quite annoying buzzing from air conditioner from next room(if they using it), but it is ok, because hotel has a lot of advantages! Thank you very much for great time in Baku.

- Dan (10/5): Friendliest staff EVER - So we booked a one night stay in Baku for the Europa League final with my son. The hotel on arrival looked fine. On entering the hotel the rooms were all modern, brand new and recently refurbished. The staff could not do enough for us. The reception was manned 24 hours, and from check in to check out, I could not fault it The staff were over helpful, ordering taxis and just generally there for our every need. Highly recommended 5*’s
