• Lászlóné (10/5): Párosan szép az élet! - A szoba esztétikus berendezése, a bekészírett tea, vizforraló, a kényemes matrac, a finom reggeli,mindenki kedvessége, átjárás a fürdőbe korlátlan számban! A nap közben elfogyasztott kávé isteni volt! A szállódával szembeni cukrászdában pedig a fagylalt volt nagyon finom! A Négy hordóban ebédeltünk minden nap, egyéni kérést is teljesítették! Összességében istenien éreztük magunkat az 51 évfordulonkon! Minden tetszett!

• Kristina (9/5): It was great experience and very easy access to everything. We are looking forward to come back. - The hotel was lovely, family business with a few staff members too. They were all welcoming and very friendly. Breakfast was great, with a wide enough variety, available for 2 hours each day. The coffee machine worth a special mention. The location is excellent. There is a traditional Hungarian restaurant just around the corner, a cake shop across the road. Each room is quiet large, includes a mini fridge and air conditioning. The spa is a few steps away and there many shops just down the road. Parking is very easy, straight outside the hotel. The only downside was the rooms were over heated so we kept the windows open despite being end of October. Of course this is our personal preference and some people probably need the rooms warmer.

• Erzsébet Mária (9/5): Családias, kényelmes, fürdőhöz a legközelebbi barátságos szállás. - A hotel hátsó kijárata közvetlenül a fürdő udvarára nyílik. Ez a hotel van legközelebb a fürdőhöz, ami ebben a mínusz 2-3 fokos időben is lehetővé tette, hogy egy szál fürdőköpenyben mehessünk át úszni, fürdőzni és szaunázni. A hotelben vásárolt fürdőbelépővel naponta többször ki-be lehet járni. Megérkezésünkkor megkérdezték, van-e valamilyen étel-allergiánk, ill. vegetáriánusok vagy vegánok vagyunk-e, és ennek megfelelő volt a reggelinél a választék. Ezt vegánként kifejezetten nagyra értékelem. Még sült tököt és grillezett cukkinit is kaptunk. A vendéglátó házaspár nagyon barátságos és kedves, ez családias hangulatot ad a szállásnak. Csak ajánlani tudom a helyet! Nekem minden megfelelő volt.

• Erzsi (10/5): - Nagyon tetszett a tágas és szépen berendezett szoba. Az ágy kényelmes, a fürdő nagy és mindennel felszerelt. A liftnek is örültünk. A hotel dolgozói kivételes figyelemmel és kedvességgel fogadtak és láttak el bennünket minden információval. A reggeli bőséges és finom volt. Köszönjük a házaspár kedvességét!!! Mindenkinek ajánljuk a hotelt. Nem volt olyan!

• michael (9/5): sehr gut. - Sehr gutes Frühstück; ausgezeichnete Lage zum Thermalbad nebenan; Personal unkompliziert entgegenkommend.
• Jarmila (6/5): Hotel Aqua Komárom - Hotel s přímým vstupem do lázní, pokoj byl dostatečně velký. Hotel vybavením a službami neodpovídá 3*. Koupelna je hodně malá, dveře v koupelně se otvíraly dovnitř tak neprakticky, že se zarazily o záchod, abychom dveře mohli zavřít, museli jsme vlézt do sprchového koutu, protože jinak bychom dveře nezavřeli a k záchodu bychom se nedostali. Trezor by zničený, nešel použít. V pokoji byly různé nesourodé kusy nábytku, ve skříni byly pouze 4 ramínka. Nekonal se žádný úklid pokoje, o vysypání odpadků a doplnění toaletního papíru jsem museli říct pokojské. Snídaně byla poměrně skromná, káva byla pouze překapávaná v termosce, chyběl automatický kávovar a nádobí po snídani jsme si museli sami uklidit, drobky zůstaly do dalšího dne na stole.
• Balogh (10/5): Máskor is megyünk!!! - Reggeli finom és bőséges volt, ha későn mentünk, akkor is volt minden ételből. Udvarias, vendég-barát kiszolgálás, figyelmesség. Nincs olyan, ami nem tetszett.

• Laszlo (8/5): Ideális szálloda egy stradolós pihenéshez - Nagyon szépen kialakított szálloda a komáromi termálfürdőbe való közvetlen bejárással. A szoba kényelmes, a kategóriájánál tágasabb, a fürdőszoba különösen tetszetős volt. Az ár/érték arány kifejezetten jó volt. A falak kissé vékonyak, és ha az ember csak egy kicsit hangosabb szomszédot fog ki, oda a nyugalom. 4 éjszakás tatózkodás során a szobát nem takarították.

Kicsit zajos volt a hűtő. A szálloda előtti parkolót a fürdővendégek is használhatják, így nem mindig van hely.

• szasza1976 (9/5): Komáromi kikapcsolódás - Nagyon közel van a gyógyfürdőhöz, tiszta, erkélyes szoba, tágas fürdőszoba, jó reggeli,.jó internet. Hatalmas, közös, tágas erkély ami a gyógyfürdőre nézett és privát erkély is volt. A személyzet nagyon kedves. A tévé nem volt okos, túl rövid időre foglaltunk szállást. A gyógyfürdő belépő árát a szállás nem tartalmazta.
• Jang (10/5): Exceptional - Our parents stayed at this hotel. Since it is located in downtown Komárom, it was very convenient for accommodation, with cafés, shopping malls, and other places nearby. The staff who explained the check-in process were also very kind. The breakfast was just to our taste and was really delicious.
• Karel (6/5): Pleasant - The great thing was that the hotel is right next to the thermal pools. The accommodation was fine except for the squeaky bed. I was surprised by the breakfasts. The hot buffet was cold and no one replenished the missing assortment. So arriving later meant having next to nothing to eat.
• Sue (9/5): Comfortable hotel with access to thermal spa and pool. - The hotel is right next to a huge outdoor pool and thermal bath, which we really enjoyed using. There was a mix-up with the room, as I’d booked a superior double room with pool view, and the only rooms available were a superior room with street view or a smaller room with pool view. We chose the small room and the hotel receptionist gave us free access to the pools as compensation. We were happy with that. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the young guy who spoke excellent English. Breakfast was adequate, but limited choice.

• Mona (8/5): The location was nice and the staff were excellent, but they have to work on the cleanliness a bit. - I liked the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. The young man at the front desk offered me a ride to the train station, but it didn't go well because of some extra arrangements I made, while the lady served me breakfast before I left the city because I missed the breakfast time. Also, the young lady at the reception offered me a Coca Cola as for free when I asked to buy it. They were so nice. The room was not that clean. The bed sheet had some stain, which I though was blood or something. I felt a bit uncomfortable and had to use my shawl to sleep on it. Also, the cleaning lady didn't wipe the floor very well, which left some hair and food on it.

• 942pelagias (4/5): Do not even try... - Don't even try to stay in this "hotel"... Time stoped there twenty years ago. Rooms and bathrooms dirty and mouldy. Owner only observe how to cheat you, does not speak any human language. I gave two stars only for localisation - twenty metres from thermal pool.
• katecuidado (2/5): Do not stay there! - Spartan, uncomfortable, bathroom so tiny I couldn't dry off in there; food rubbish; owner rude & unhelpful. We had to brush up the broken glass in the car park....he merely shrugged. He was not happy to give a receipt upon payment of bill. He was abusive to his employees. No wifi was forthcoming, even though it was supposed to be free in hotel.
• Agnesuk71 (4/5): OMG - Rooms are very simple but were clean. We had only one bath towel each, no hand towel. Room for 4 is basically 2 rooms together but very tiny, be aware of that. Restaurant was terrible, menu wasn't "updated" for at lest 20 years. There was only one lady in the kitchen for lunch and dinner time, she burnt some used oil straight away as she arrived stinking the whole hotel out, we still could smell that terrible smell the next day! So we've rather gone out for dinner. At breakfast there was one man there only (I think the owner himself) being receptionist and cook in one person. We were 8 of us, serving us were ridiculously slow, and when another family arrived for breakfast, they were told that they have to wait at least half an hour! Ham&eggs was fried eggs with a disgusting looking cold meet(see photo). We were there in low season, don't know if service is any better in the summer, but wouldn't risk trying it.
