- Verified traveler (2/5): - DO NOT STAY HERE!! I NEVER got my $150 deposit back over communicating over a month with the owner. I didn’t even get check in info when I paid the $150 in advance. He also made me wait until I landed in Puerto Rico from NC to even give me the code to get in. I landed and just stood at the airport 30 min waiting on a response of how to get into hotel. Room was not as described. No water faucets or hot water in the “luxury” apartment.

Unwilling to refund our money after walking in and finding COCKROACHES on the fridge, wet floors and dirty bed linen. All while protests and riots were happening nearby with TEAR GAS, pepper spray and rubber bullets, due to the Governor’s scandal.
Our safety was of no concern to them, neither were the cockroaches and cleanliness of the place.
Additionally Expedia reps called them to try and resolve and I was even told by Expedia how unprofessional the property management was.
Expedia also sucked in helping us resolve this, I spent 2 hours on the phone with THREE “managers” who all asked for different things and ended by putting me on hold for 40 MINUTES when I asked for a higher supervisor.
Expedia ruined our trip to Puerto Rico, now that I’m home I still have to deal with this and dispute the charges made EVEN though we sent pictures of the cockroaches, wet floors and dirty linen.

- Disbelief (2/5): - The ONLY thing I liked was the folding beach chair in the closet, outside of that, at first look, the top floor was completely blown out, the structure did not look safe, my son calls it the Tower of Terror. Then upon entering to the elevator once I finally got a hold of the person to get my codes to check in, the elevator seem to stop short so you would trip getting into the elevator not to mention the big clang that it would make when it finally did reach your floor. Once inside the apartment you notice a puddle in the middle of the kitchen area in front of the refrigerator and when you open the door you notice that the whole seal on the door of the refrigerator is not only cracked apart but there are German cockroaches living within the seal of the door, also water was floating around inside the drawers of the refrigerator. I then turned on the hot water, not finding any in the kitchen or shower. Tepid was the best it got after 20 mins. I then noticed the lack of stove that was advertized as being there.(full kitchen)(the reason for the choice of location.) Upon opening the pantry, (more bugs) I found the stove in a box, the small hotplate kind. The shower had no cold water handle, not that one would need to, since there was no hot. The advertized beds were, a queen, a full, and a pull out couch. What was there was, a queen?, a trundle, and a futon, with a one inch pad. Going to the window, there were cracks in and around. I have more but I'm only allowed 1500 characters.
- Rick (2/5): - The property was fine, but the owner has not refunded our deposit, and will not answer messages or return phone calls. The deposit is more than the cost of the room and was charged in addition to a $50 early check in payment. The room is fine, but I would not do business with this owner. This is not a motel. It is an apartment and the individual who owns it is non-communicative. I finally reached him once after hours, but he refused to speak to me after hours and won't answer my calls during business hours.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Dislikes: no hot water, luxury apt not luxury, apt. Had smell to it couldn't get rid of it, the building itself had smell to it, location was abit noisy and was on the 12th floor
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The apartment did not have a queen size bed and unless you have a car or prepared to walk long distances this is not the location to be. A few restaurants nearby. Not easy to get in touch with for check in. We showed up at check in time at 3pm and still had not heard from anyone and does not answer emails or messages. Would not chose this location again.
- Eugene (2/5): turn right, go out the door and down the stairs... - we searched for a place for 6 people... we were in shock, as the place had one king size bed and one sofa... fortunately, the manager was nice enough to wheel in a cot. still not enough room for 6, not enough pillows, dirty sheets (in bags, but with stains on them). they did not have any more cots, or pillows. the place itself was very basic, clean, but hallways very smelly and with posted signs about cockroach exterminators regularly visiting the premises. this was not a good experience!
needless to say, wi-fi password that the manager gave us wasn't working, or rather, we could not find that exact network and password did not work for similarly named ones. how we found the manager is a whole different story. no one in the lobby, doors locked - someone saw us and told us to go to the right, then out the door to the stairs leading to the garage, one flight down, and that's where the office was. of course, they had no clue we reserved the room, nor that we prepaid it! wanted a credit card. luckily, they took my word for it, after I showed them the email (still made a copy of my card, but whatever, didn't charge it). and there were no other rooms available where we could all sleep...

Bring a resodental meant there was only security at a front desk who though polite could not help us since we had no apt #. There w as no place to sit or bathroom available. Not for the over night traveler. Not able to help with luggage storage while we would wait for strict che cv k in time. We went to somewhere else.

- Estefana (4/5): - No era lo que describieron, no era para 6 pesosnas a pesar de que dijeron que sí. No habían toallas ni sábanas suficientes, y el sofá cama estaba muy mal.
- Antonio (2/5): Nightmare - Beware! - The condo is described as sleeping 6 but in actuality it is only a small bed with a trundle underneath and not a "sleeper sofa" but a futon that would barely fit one individual who was under 5'5". We booked for 6 people yet there were only 2 bath towels there and no wash clothes, hand towels or bath mat. There were ants all over the kitchen and when we switched the lights on at night in the bathroom roaches were crawling across the floor. And I won't even go into what a nightmare it was trying to check-in! Hotels.com should be ashamed to offer this placed on their site.
- Shon (4/5): - Ok so this property is in a very central location so you can just about get to anything in 10 minutes or less and when you call customer service they always pick up and TRY to assist you with what you need. That is about the only positives about the apartment. The room wasn't adequate space for myself and my family to say the least. there were ants in the apartment and the shower did not put out any hot water. Literally had to bathe in room temperature water. When I called about a refund so that I could find a bigger place to accomadate me and my family I was told that the owner would have to be contacted to make that decision but he was out of the country and unable to be reached!
- RPsd42 (4/5): - There was only 1 bed. 1 trundle mattress and a very small sofabed in the kitchenette. Air co ditio er in only 1 room. The floors needed a vacuum and defi nitely a wash.
There was no one around during the day for assistance or to answer queries.
No restaurants withi walking distance for breakfasts. Taxi driver did not recommend walking.
- R.A. (2/5): - This place isn't a hotel. On my arrival to check in I had to search for someone to check me in only to be told by a resident of this apartment complex that there isn't a front desk and I'd have to call a number. On calling this number, some hour and a half after I should be checking in, it clear this person answering had no clue what was going on and had to call me back. When he eventually called back he needed 45 minutes to clean the room; now 2 and a half hours after check in time. I called Expedia and requested that they assist me to cancel my reservation and the (supposed) hotel refused to refund me. I'm still shocked that given the circumstances they could refuse to give me a refund so that I could go elsewhere since they weren't ready. That made a bad situation 10 times worse! Do not book this place!
