• Fruzsina (10/5): Spacious apartment next to the train station - The place is right next to the train station, ideal if you want to discover Cinque Terre by train There are several good restaurants and bars nearby on the main shopping street, the port is also 15-20 min on foot. The host couple are friendly, the husband gave us free beer and limoncello shots too The 3 cats are adorable, especially Willy the friendliest who we called Prince William. The lady was a bit late for check in even if we informed her prior arrival and same for the check out. But besides those communication accidents, we really recommend staying here.
• Jeremy (3/5): Would not recommend. - Location Stuffy, stairs, very little natural light, noisy, difficult instructions upon arrival, unable to get car out of parking, pressed button on intercom as instructed and no one answered. Poor communication. Beds were hard. Not good value.

• Yixin (7/5): A good choice for short stay - Good location, nearly 10 minutes from the railway station, 15 minutes from the bus station to Portovenere, Very convenient for parking, two parking lots just right down the building. The suit is simple but everything is available. Adriana gave me a big big help when we found the parking lot was not open at 7am next morning, she quickly responded and opened the door again for us so that we can leave the luggages in and finished our visit to Portovenere. Adriana, thank you so much! The cleaning lady responsible for handing over the keys does not speak English, making it difficult to check in and discuss matters, but she is very kind. Compared to a large kitchen, the bedroom and bathroom are both a little bit small, we had to put one large luggae in the hallway, but for one-night stay, it's acceptable.

• Dianne (9/5): Superb - This apartment was cosy and clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was close to the station to walk with luggage but was very quiet at night. Our friendly host met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment and answered all our questions. Everything suited our needs.
• Linda (7/5): Good - Location Booking.com advertised a washing machine and sitting area. There was no washing machine and only sitting area was in the kitchen with 6 kitchen chairs and a storage chest.
• Charlene (10/5): Exceptional - Very big apartment located near the train station. The house is equipped with excellent heating and we felt cozy and comfortable. The host is also very accommodating to let us check-in early. I definitely recommend staying here if you wish to explore Cinque Terre.
• Bil (8/5): Great short term stay - Location - few steps from the train station, yet the apartment was quiet, couldn't hear outside noise or trains passing. Very comfortable beds. It also has smoking room/space and access to a little "backyard".

• William (8/5): Two bedroom apartment with great facilities and close to railway station - Lovely and large two bedroom apartment with fully equipped Kitchen. Close to train station for travel to Cinque Terra Villages. Also close to shops and supermarket. We were met on arrival by host's friends/family. Mattresses were a bit hard.
• Mengzhu (10/5): Exceptional - Adriana looked after us really well, helped us out with our washing and had small soaps and other toiletries available in the bathroom. The apartment was very spacious and had a variety of cutlery and crockery so we could self cater. It was a 3 min walk from the train station and self check in was really straightforward.

• Tzu (3/5): Poor - Close to the station 1. The house is very dark. Especially in the kitchen, there is only one small light bulb. 2. There will be water accumulation in the bathroom, making it inconvenient to take a bath. 3. Because we are staying for 3 nights, we need a washing machine. Booking website shows that there is a washing machine. In fact, when you arrive, you have to buy laundry detergent yourself. The washing machine is very old and can only wash, not dehydrate. It must be handled manually, which is very inconvenient. 4. I have booked more than 100 nights of accommodation on booking.com . This is the first time I have given bad review. Because the landlord responded poorly to the washing machine issue, she responded as follows: "You do complain for whashing I don't have the obligation to put a disposition whashing maschine It is only a favor for my guests. If you don't like it is not our problem. If you are not content about our apartament can let it tomorrow morning" 6. I personally feel that the landlord is stingy and handles customer issues poorly.

• Laura (9/5): Superb - Easy to get to from the train station. Beds are comfortable and there are air conditioners in the bedrooms. Kitchen has everything thing you need. Clothes iron and washing machine too. Even though it is close to the train station it was not noisy - I heard minimal train sounds during the day and none at night. Nothing really, all good for me.

• Chris (9/5): Ideal location for CinqueTerre visits - The very friendly host Adriana was present on our arrival and always available at end of WhatsApp message or phone when we had a couple of requests. Location was ideal. Just 3 minute walk to La Spezia station; a walk we did 5 or 6 times during our 3 night stay with train journeys into CinqueTerre everyday and some evenings for dinner. Nothing to report

• David (8/5): Convenient location for day visits to the Cinque Terre. - This modest apartment is conveniently located near the train station for day trips to the Cinque Terre. A good restaurant is close by and shopping areas are only a short walk. The picturesque harbour and waterfront are about a 15 minute walk. The apartment does not have a living room and the kitchen is quite small with inadequate lighting. The apartment’s location next to the rail lines is quite noisy.

• Diana (10/5): great place to stay - I liked everything. The location is great, 5 minutes walk from the city center and 6 minutes to the train station from where you can get to the Cinque Terra (only 7 minutes by train). The apartment is large and contains everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also a courtyard where we had a glass of wine after a long day of hiking and had breakfast in the morning. We are happy with our stay and would highly recommend this place to others.
• Douglas (10/5): We had a very pleasant, comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again i - The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well and being that we visited in August, it was much appreciated. The location is an easy walk to shopping, restaurants, and bars.
