It was also close to the metro station, which made getting around easy. We stayed for 4 nights , but unfortunately no one came to clean the apartment during our stay.

- Mark (10/5): Excellent choice for smaller families, great access to food, drink, shopping and transport. - Room was very spacious for a family of 4. Location was great - about a 10 minute walk to Daikokucho station on the Osaka Metro, several grocery stores within walking distance, lots of food + drink options nearby. Host was very responsive. Ground floor had some consumables available for guests to use - including hair ties, slippers and coffee and tea. Bathroom has an exhaust fan that doubles as a clothes dryer, which was very handy. Wall air conditioner was broken, there was a portable unit in the room, however it did not work very well. Check-in process was a little bit complicated with the tablets.

Es war alles ordentlich und sauber, Bad und Toilette sind getrennt was sehr praktisch ist. Die Wohnung war in bisschen dunkel und Bett und Sofa etwas die ungelegen aber noch vollkommen im Rahmen.

We had plenty of space for all four of us. It was quite close to the train station; an easy walk and was central to all the places we wanted to go to in Osaka. - Ellee (9/5): Amazing stay! - Big, spacious room for a family of 4! The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Really good washing machine inside the apartment and laundromat less than a minute walk to dry your clothes! There’s also a dryer function in the bathroom! Really liked the location. Quieter side of Namba with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The water pressure for the bath and shower was too weak.

- See (9/5): An unforgettable experience of convenience - The location is a convenient 6-minute walk to the Daikokucho station on the Midosuji line, one stop away from Namba station. That was perfect for my family’s trip as it made most places on our itinerary easily accessible. A more comfortable sofa with a better backrest would have been ideal.

- Roberta Lia (9/5): A wonderful stay in Osaka! - The house guide was full of information and useful tips. The location was also very good, about a 10-15 minute walk from Namba station and there were many convenience stores nearby for a late night snack! We really appreciated how spacious the room was. Overall the beds were comfy, there were utensils and dishes to use in the kitchenette, a robe to put away clothes, as well as a washing machine. The owners were very considerate about every aspect of our stay. Communication was clear and consistent, making sure we were comfortable and giving us reminders for our check in and check out times. Will definitely stay here again if we ever pass through Osaka again! The rubbish bin labels were a little confusing in terms of what goes where, as they did not match what was in the house guide. The keypad was a little quiet when typing in the code so you couldn't tell if you pressed the number or not. But these are only minor inconveniences.

В номере есть подробная инструкция по работе с техникой и правилами апартаментов. Там чувствуешь себя как дома. Постельное белье аккуратно выглажено, все чисто и аккуратно. Чехлы на подушках были грязные, а через пододеяльник просвечивалось желтое старое одеяло, которое уже пора заменить или постирать. На некоторых стенах есть пятна.

The location is great which has multiple convenience stores and a grocery store close by! It was also very clean and is close to a main subway line which made getting to and from the city very easy and fast! Would definitely come here again!

Looking underneath the sofa, there were a lot of dust accumulated, we found items underneath the furniture that might be from previous guests. It made me doubt on whether the apartment was fully cleaned after being occupied by previous guests.

- Fafa (10/5): A very comfortable stay - The room is very clean, spacious, secure and quiet. It is not far from Namba city & Dotonbori/Shinsaibashi. The washing machine & drying area is a plus. A lot of konbini around which is very convenient. The staff are efficient and answered enquiries fast in English. Easy to go in and out. Nearest train station is just 5 mins away. We really love Sky Living Namba. None

- AZARUL FAZRIL (10/5): Excellent stay in Osaka: Highly recommended. - Location: great location within walking distance from Metro station (Daikokucho Station), Train to KIX (Namba Station-Nankai), JR Osaka Loop Line ( Imamiya and Ashiharabashi). This provided me the flexibility to choose my mode of transport when exploring Osaka and Kansai region (quick to go to Shin-Osaka and Osaka Sation). Nearby are several conbinis as well as groceries stores. Facilities: The place serves my purposes of staying in Osaka. the place has washing machine and dryer function in the bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. When we arrived, we discovered one of the pan are heavily scratch and not safe to be used. A quick communication with host and they replaced then pan with a new one within 1 hour!! There is also free drink dispenser at the lobby for the guest to use. Toilet amenities are also provided. That being said, please be inform that this is a self-service accommodation. This was not a problem for me and my family. Highly recommended. More of a suggestion: additional hangers to be used for hanging our jackets etc as well as drying clothes in the bathroom.

- Kim Cheng (9/5): We had a beautiful stay. The apartment had everything except the house book didn’t explain properly how to use it in Eng - Clean and had everything The air conditioner remote control was in Japanese and the house book didn’t explain very well. The bed was too soft.
- Karen (8/5): Достойное предложение за свои деньги - Отличное месторасположение-рядом магазины Family Mart и 7/11,где можно купить что-то перекусить и необходимые мелочи,также рядом большой Drugstore с косметикой,лекарствами и витаминами.В 15 минутах ходьбы знаменитая оживленная улица Дотонбори. Станция метро тоже рядом. Процесс регистрации хоть и казался сложным,оказался простым и даже позабавил своей необычностью. Номер по японским меркам очень просторный-семье из 4х человек было достаточно места. Санузел раздельный,что очень удобно,когда в одном номере много людей. Все необходимое в номере есть.Очень понравилась функция сушки белья в ванной-постирал,повесил белье на ночь или перед прогулкой в ванную,нажал кнопку и вуаля…белье сухое к твоему пробуждению. Очень слабая вентиляция в ванной комнате-после душа становится так душно,что можно задохнуться. Фен в номере очень маломощный,еле дует(Свой фен включить не получается из-за разницы в напряжении
- Alyosha (6/5): Niet volgens onze norm - Ruim appartement met alle voorzieningen. Inchecken zeer gemakkelijk en vlot, zonder receptie. Supermarkt om de hoek, en veel eetgelegenheden op zeer korte afstand. We zitten dan ook in een grote stad. Alles netjes gepoetst en proper bij check-in. Mss zijn we het te goed gewend thuis, of is dit toch niet voldoende voor deze prijs. Hangt een vervelende geur bij het binnenkomen van het appartement. Wat mij wel enorm stoort: Inchecktijd! Wat gebeurt er tussen 10u - 16u? Je boekt hier dus halve dagen. Enorm storend als je met de vlieger aankomt om 12u in 34 graden.
- Štěpán (10/5): - The location, nice modern TV, for Japanese standards lots of space. Overall very great accommodation. The only thing that was missing was salt and oil for cooking, but thats a minor detail.

- Yusuke (8/5): - スタッフ様の対応が親切。 悩み事を相談した時に、迅速丁寧に対応してくれました。 夜の時間帯にエレベーターが混み合ってすぐ来ないことがありました。仕方ないとは思います。
- Stefan (9/5): Wenn wir wieder in Osaka sein werden, buchen wir wieder hier. - Wir hatten hervorragende 8 Nächte in der Wohnung. Unweit von der nächsten Metro, Konbinis, Supermärkten und Restaurants entfernt. Zugang erfolgt per Code da auch keiner vor Ort ist. Die Wohnung war angenehm groß für 3 Personen.
