Guest Reviews
- Helen (8/5): Nice apartment in a great location. - An excellent location within 10 min walk of the Spanish Steps. 5 minutes from the Metro. Spacious apartment in an old building. Bedrooms very large beds comfy. The road outside is cobbled, so it's noisy. You need to close the windows at night. Wi fi sometimes drops out.
- Shameti (10/5): We enjoyed it and if coming back to rome, we would stay there again. - The place was nice and clean, and the location was perfect.

- MD. Cem Kezer (9/5): - Merkezi konum Wifi bazı yerlerde sinyali zayıf
- Liana (9/5): -
- Clare (5/5): Needs love! - The location was excellent - 4 mins from Spanish steps, 8 mins to Trevi. Walkable to colosseum. Met promptly by young man. Lovely cafe below and opposite that are affordable. There are major building work in The adjoining hotel property. Building and drilling started by 7:30 every morning and was very very loud. Please warn guests! The apartment was clean on surface level but the pillows and duvets were disgusting. Only 3 mugs/ large cups in the property
- Michelle (10/5): Great spot! - Location for us to Villa Borghese was essential. Lovely area.
Short easy walk to Rome Termini station .
Very spacious apartment. Good shower. Some building work going on in the same street was a bit noisy .
- Nawaf (3/5): Poor - The location of the property was its only saving grace The AC was dripping water, the bathroom had black mold, the apartment walls were scuffed and, the furniture was very unstable, all and all would not recommend this property unless you really don’t care about anything but the location.
- Ina (8/5): Spacious apartment in the center of Rome - We liked the location, large rooms (plenty of space for everybody and everything), high healings, kitchen, washing machine, dryer, balcony.
The owner met us at arrival, though we were late because of a plane delay, about which we informed the owner.
We had a late check-out free of charge. We had some ants problems, which were fixed by the owner (with the help of ants traps).
Bathroom accessories are shabby, they need to be refixed.
- Pedro Antonio (10/5): Excelente lugar y ubicación - La ubicación es perfecta, tienes de todo a minutos caminando, a una cuadra y media del metro y llegas caminando a todas partes.
- Liana (7/5): Good for a short trip with the family - The apartment was large, beds were comfortable.
I loved the decoration of the apartment, with vintage posters and paintings. The building was on top of the hill, and as we were traveling with our parents, it was tiring for them to walk.
Wifi was poor, and it was available in the living room only.
The bathroom was tiny and the water pressure was quite low.
Late checkout was an option with an extra fee. However, the host accepted us free of charge for early check-in (thanks).
- Bilyana (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect place, nice price, perfect support from the owner Everything was perfect
- Gail (6/5): - It was well located, there was airconditioning and hot shower. The property was run down and cleaning didn't seem complete. Towel rack broke, mold around window, some things didnt work. The Property manager was responsive and very helpful.
- Rena (6/5): - Great location. Comfortable beds. Property could use more care- coffee maker broken, towel rack off the wall, no place to hang clothes in bedroom…
- Valentina (5/5): Passable - Great location, absolutely unbeatable as right in the centre of town and yet up on a hill, not too busy. The bedrooms were lovely and the beds very comfortable. Good heating in the apartment and throughout the stay. There was no coffee available (1st time ever in a rental in Italy that I had seen that), the bathroom facilities were very poor, a small basin with no shelves, an old shower with no handle. No extra towels available (just 2 given per person for a 3 day stay, a small and a mediium size but after the shower this didn't dry well enough for the next day), no extra toilet paper available. A place with no amenities. Not welcoming at all.
- Peter Edward (8/5): - Great stay, good convenient area to explore Rome by foot, and near a tube stop if you prefer. Great restaurant on the bottom floor next door (the one right outside the door, not the one down the road which wasnt so good)
- Adriene (8/5): We loved the space did not luke our arrival expynor the air conditioner problem. - Large rooms. Lots of space. The cleaning person was cleaning when we arrived on time to check in and we couldn’t sit or unpack or relax.
There was a problem with the air conditioning. It was dripping water along a wall next to our bed. The cleaning person didn’t change the sheets jyst left them wet. The mattress was also wet. The paint was peeling and spelled of humidity. They came to fix it by attaching a long pipe to the air conditioner and putting the pipe in a big vase to collect the water next to our bed. If it filled up we would have to empty it. Lucky us we were there five night yet didn’t have to do it.
- Kathryn (8/5): The location can’t be beat and it was pretty easy to find. - Loads of room with it’s own separate living room. Only one bathroom.
- Karan (9/5): Fantastic location, apartment set up perfect for our family - Location is fantastic, it's a short walk to the Spanish steps, there are loads of restaurants on the doorstep. The apartment layout was perfect for our family, having a double and twin bedroom means the children do not have to share a bed. The lounge is a great area to hang out together in the mornings and evenings. Nothing
- Jennifer (8/5): Very good - The room sizes were larger than expected. The location was great and near a lot of landmarks. The host was kind, though we did have to wait a bit to be let into the apartment. The beds were not comfortable. It felt like there was a layer of plastic on the mattress that trapped heat and made it too hot to sleep. The duvets/blankets in the closet need to be cleaned. The shower was slightly challenging to stand in, as the tub floor was curved and not flat.
- Susan (1/5): Don't stay! - The location was great. Rafael was wonderful! It was not clean, and we couldn't even get more toilet paper. No where in the description was it listed that we just got a welcome supply, and we were responsible for the rest. This is the first place we didn't like at all!
- Brenno (5/5): Passable - Close to central location Extremely weak shower with no hot water. assistance from staff was poor. I had to constantly go outside to make the boiler “work” again. Power goes constantly down so you will have to go downstairs to turn the circuit breaker on again. Stained bedd sheets.
- Malgorzata (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location. Owner is really friendly and helpfull. Flat was clean WiFi was down for half of the trip
Only half reel of toilet paper left for the group
- Roberta (1/5): very short. we asked for a refund and checked out the next day - central location the bathroom is moldy, no insulation, no hot water. no internet connection. the whole flat needs to be renovated urgently. this flat should not be rented out until the issues with the water and the bathroom are resolved.
- Vivian (7/5): Good - location. was great. size. too shower not good cloud not get water to stay warm. one set of keys. fridge so so
- Viktor (4/5): This apartment need to be fixed ASAP. This is business and we are not stay in apartment for free. - We had permanent shower issues-hot water did not have enough presser. Host came and say that we need to open faucet in a think and then regulate water in a shower. Is it help? No!!!!
Hot water going in 30sec and then come to could. Host say that it can be few issues - not enough water pressure in a building or water heater need to be replace.
I think that its not new problem, but they not going to fix it.
And it’s not our problem.
During our stay in Rome it was high temperatures (25-27C) and we was not able to take normal shower.
Very disappointed.
Also, internet connection was not strong enough. We lost connection very often. Host say that he does not know where is a router for reboot and he cannot fix it. He recommended to find better internet spot in apartment and stay there. Wow, great recommendation.
- Zaborskienė (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment location and helpful host, everything suited our needs.
- Anonymous (1/5): Bad - location is good there is no hot water in the apartment.
we had issues with the boiler and during the 2 days we stayed there we were not able to enjoy a hot shower.
