Guest Reviews
- Jamie (10/5): Loved it - Great location, view and super comfortable beds!! The private jacuzzi was amazing. It's a dry hotel but we brought our own champagne to enjoy the bubbles! I wish there was security to feel a little more secure
- Rob (3/5): We left after one day - Not very much It was not close to meeting our expectations.
- Shaun (6/5): Great location to see the stars, helpful staff, rooms need work - Staff tried very hard to accommodate any requests and the hotel was very peaceful when we stayed, which was great. Room was very worn and in need of repairs, especially the bathroom area/shower which was falling apart. If you treat it more like glamping then the experience is alright.
- Steven (10/5): - Very cool and unique property very convenient to Little Petra. Nice place to stay but what really makes this special are the staff. In particular Breed was extremely kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. The chef here also prepares some of the best local Jordanian/Middle Eastern food you'll ever taste. Great experience that we would repeat.
- Lay (1/5): Bad -
- Hisham (7/5): Good -
- Halison (10/5): Lugar de paz - Tudo em paz. Atendimento otimo. Nao vou lembrar o rapaz que cuidava de nosso quarto e de nossa alimentacao. Mas é uma pessoa de uma gentileza incrivel. Fez todos os problemas existentes no hotel serem toleraveis. Excelente profissional
- Gulfem (4/5): It is not as it appears in the pictures. - Bathroom
Food
Unclean Jakuzi
Dusty room
- Ali (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lígia (7/5): Good - Great location with a beautiful sunset view and very nice jacuzzi. Generous and tasty food. The constant noise of the bubble inflation is not so relaxing. It feels like being in an airplane. The rooms need updating.
- Yahia (6/5): Pleasant - Food was very good, the chicken concept of the bubble is nice. The room is very cold. No hot water in the shower many times, broken shower even. Internet in the room is very bad. The hotel doesn’t arrange any trips except ballon
- Ewelina (10/5): Absolutely amazing! - Our bubble room was very comfortable and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and we loved sleeping under the sky roof.
Bathroom Was equipped with nice quality toiletries and shower water was steaming hot. The rooms offered a very nice view of the valley and the mountains. Jacuzzi offered another highlight!
- Panagiotis (10/5): King Abdullah was amazing, staff needs more hire because 1 guy was doing everything - The jacuzzi, the view, the stars, the bed
- Haley (10/5): - We had a great stay at the Petra Bubble hotel. They messaged me just before arrival which was really reassuring. The service was very good. And the location and views were unbeatable. This is a good location to Petra while also being a fun experience.
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - The most spectacular sunset from here!!! The Staff went above and beyond for us..
- Dina (1/5): Worst money spent ever, less than a star stay - The only good thing was the view which they had nothing to do with it, they didn’t even bother having the lights on at night for us to enjoy it Everything from the moment we walked in, no staff at reception, the watchman walked in and stained at screen for 5 mins trying to spot our name in a list of 3 to give us keys,
Bubble was dirty, furniture really worn out and the exterior rusty and outdated.
Bed was extremely uncomfortable and pillows more flat than pancake. Shower was super tight and water spelling outside the shower more than that u get for showering.
We booked half board, but couldn’t even risk eating anything cause walking into food area, we asked for a menu and the same doorman went and called someone from the kitchen to tell us what’s for dinner, when we saw the guy from the kitchen my husband told me “I’m not eating any food if he’s the one cooking”
We ended up grabbing snacks on our drive back after checking out.
It’s really unfortunate when you are promised a 5-stars experience and end up with less than a star.
I booked this as a getaway weekend stay with my husband and I marked the booking with a message to the property saying we are newly weds and traveling for this asking for unforgettable stay… to be honest they really made it unforgettable by all means..
- Afeefa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sharlen (9/5): Superb - The Bubble experience was amazing! The view is great, enjoying your terrace with jaccuzzi is amazing in a middle of a roadtrip, the staff was super nice with us - nothing to say! :) Maybe the music in the restaurant Bubble ;) just a detail! Haha
- Lafragia (10/5): Book it!!!! - Everything was WONDERFUL!! I picked this one because you can see the stars in your bedroom at night. I have never seen so many stars. I was amazed.
The staff was wonderful and accommodating.
The hot tub was perfect after a long day in Petra.
The food was fabulous. My husband is a picky eater. The chef went out of his way to fix my husband some food that he would enjoy.
- Deya (10/5): - ..
- Viktor (8/5): Very pleasant stay for short break - The position of the place is wonderful, surrounded by mountains with the view of the dessert, night view of the sky full of stars from the room, private jacuzzi, excellent food (vegan options on request), the staff was very polite and helpful in sorting any problem The noise from pumps inflating the bubbles is very disturbing, especially during night, the furniture is a bit worn out (for the price of the room), there were some problems with electricity causing jacuzzi not working (and some lights too, but it was sorted out), had to be moved to the next room to use another one.
- Toran (10/5): Unforgettable experience under the stars and a perfect home base for your Petra excursion. - Amazing, unique experience sleeping under the stars in at Petra Bubble Luxotel. Hotel staff were true professionals and could not have been more kind or hospitable. Included breakfast and dinner were filling and delicious. A wonderful stay. Just a quick 15 minute taxi to Petra. If a ride is needed, ask for Abdullah, he will take care of you!
- Feyzullah (8/5): Very good -
- Juan Carlos (10/5): - Great place
- Aleksandra (9/5): Over all we really enjoyed it - I think the staff is so nice. They go extra mile with every little task. To be honest there is no one thing that I could say wrong about the staff. The food was also nice and our food preferences were met.( vegetarian)
The view is also really nice and sun set was out of this world
Very close proximity to small Petra. The bubbles are in need of renovation, also they should look after the plants more. Because it could look so much nicer.
- Franco (7/5): Good -
- Karina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kimberly (10/5): Book bubble Luxotel you’ll never go wrong 🤗🤗 - The property is on a good location , with a nice view on top of the mountain I liked everything about the property , the service is was quite good.We felt safe
- Nadine (10/5): - We love this place. Second time here and it’s just magical. The staff is above and beyond as is the atmosphere and the comfort. We will be back again for sure
- Cristina (10/5): Exceptional -
- E (8/5): Great - for novelty and one night only - The novelty, the hot tub, location, sunset and sunrise Stayed for two nights and all the food which was a set menu was exactly the same.
The bubbles are noisy - a generator keeps them inflated ans this goes on all night
We were and of season and the bubbles were a bit dirty
- Kerim (2/5): Place is good however, if they screw up you invoice, then you need good luck to get your money back - Okey They charged me twice and I am still waiting g for refund. And I have fallow up with them everyday. This is unacceptable
- Ian (9/5): Superb - Position, hot tub, bubble rooms. Uniqueness. -
- Heba (3/5): Not worth it ! - Nothing , just the staff were friendly The location , the tent it’s self , very dirty , no lights at night ?? Not worth to stay there ! Very costly.
- Maxim (10/5): 👍 nice - All nice, nice personal, nice shisha, nice driver
- Zahrah (9/5): Superb -
- Ed (8/5): Very good -
- Mohammad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Novica (5/5): Passable -
- Antoine (7/5): Fun concept, but… - Nice location and view. Fresh and hot water for the spa. The bubbles are air pressured. Fun concept, but comfort not the best. Constant airflow is noisy. The bubbles get super cold at night and super hot during the say…so hot that they cover the clear side during the day (so no view). Fun concept, but not very practical or comfortable. Very $$.
- Savanna (10/5): Exceptional - The location and view was beautiful. It was peaceful, clean, and serene. Staff was very kind and helpful. The food was amazing!
- Klára (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect - food, location, accommodation, service. Stuff was very helpful and kind. The room with the jacuzzi is like out of this world :) The only sad thing is that we were almost alone in the hotel. A place like this should be full of people.
- Boris (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely stunning experience, excellent level of service. Everything was clean and the food was delicious.
- Julian (8/5): Very good -
- Alexandra (10/5): Highly recommend - Fantastic location in Petra… close to Petra itself but in a peaceful location where there’s hundreds of stars in the sky. Amazing food and service. It’s starting to look very tired in the bathrooms , around the balcony and some of the furniture, which given it opened only 3 years means it might need face lifts often
- Luca (10/5): Exceptional - Staying at this place is definitely a highlight of my life. It is worth the price, as sleeping in these bubbles in the middle of the desert, watching the sunset and enjoy the golden hours from the jacuzzi with the spectacular view then laying right under the starts is a truly unique experience.
Safe and secured parking is provided, as well as breakfast and dinner, which is very delicious with a huge variety of food. Although most of the staff was very kind, there was one man, working as a waiter, who was making fun of us and laughing at us for no reason, making our dinner quite awkward for us.
- Nauzer (9/5): Superb - Lovely place and very good staff. The staff were very friendly .
- Nauzer (9/5): Superb -
- Till (9/5): Friendly staff and nice location with a Mountain View, close to Little Petra. In the evening there is live Bedouin Music -
- Raouf (9/5): The staff were very friendly, they have a lot of options for foods. - The staff, the food We were little bit nervous about not opening the two doors at the same time.
- Yara (10/5): Great! recommended - great view, very nice bubbles, the weather was perfect, the staff so kind and nice
the food was great everything was great!
- Andreas (6/5): - THe property is ver run down. It is too pricey for the quality of maintenance they have on the rooms. The wood and floors is damageded everywhere.
- רשא (10/5): Exceptional - A wonderful and very quiet place. We enjoyed the natural scenery and mountains around the hotel, and it was a unique experience. Our room overlooked the mountains, clean and tidy. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi and enjoyed the view of the sunset. The hotel staff treated us with all kindness and politeness. I advise you to get to know Abdullah abu ghreen who is one of the hotel’s employees. A tent where you can get tea and shisha. Abdullah is a respectable and kind person. He helped us with transportation and getting to know the beautiful Wadi Musa area. He hosted us and prepared the Jordanian mansaf for us according to his standards. We received excellent service from him. 👌👌

- Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional - It's definitely an experience, worth its price!
- Ivan (8/5): 2 nights stay - Good location away from crowds, proximity to Petra.
Great views from the room, jacuzzi.
The staff went above and beyond making our stay better.
Included breakfast and dinner were good quality. In many places it is outdated with need of some renovation.
- Anthony (10/5): - Very friendly staff and fantastic scenic views.
- Inese (10/5): Exceptional - Very beatiful place and view around
Staff member Gurwinder was very kind and done exelent servis. None
- Mohammad (10/5): Must to return here - Petra Bubble Luxotel is unparallel - Everything in the property.. location, scenic beauty, facilities are extraordinary. Dinner and breakfast are mouthwatering and delicious. Each and every Staff member offers exemplary supportive services. Specifically, Guruwinder in the dinning and Guri are two staff we like to mention for their friendly support for every need we had. Nothing specific to mention about things to dislike .., we enjoyed our stay in every moment.
- Amites (6/5): Apart from the payment issue all was good - Location food and service Though the payment was pay at site they have deducted from the card was shared with booking.com and I have lost 911 RS which was not at all professional
- Robin (10/5): - The staff was extremely welcoming and the property was fantastic!
- Ibrahim (10/5): Great experience - Very friendly staff. Helped about everything, the room service was great. Very safe and clean rooms. The dinner was exceptional and staff made a little surprise for us on our last night. Hotel location is perfect and it was same like in the pictures, was very exceptional experience to stay in the middle of the desert in a safe and a luxury room Since hotel in the desert there are not much to do in night. There can be some more events for the guests to spend some time during night. A TV in the room would be nice aswel.
- Santie (8/5): Perfectly Located near Little Petra - Perfectly Located near Little Petra
Professional friendly staff Set menu for dinner
- Johnston (8/5): Unique stay in the middle of such a cool area. - Super cool, the view of the stars was a game changer The bubbles make noises due to being blown up constantly which makes it hard to sleep.
- Louise (8/5): Very good - View is great, privavcy is very good, location close to Petra is good Food was ok
- Xing (10/5): - We like this hotel very much. The staff was very nice and helpful. The dinner was very very delicious.
- Ayman (9/5): Superb -
- Gerardo (10/5): - The hotel is in an amazing location looking the valley and just a 17min drive from Petra’s main entrance. The staff as amazing, very friendly and helpful. Our bubble’s amenities were amazing, the jacuzzi after a long day hiking was amazing. Both the breakfast and dinner included were amazing, and they even gave us lunchboxes for our drive on our last day!
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful luxury camp. Hamza in particular was so helpful in assisting us :)
- Megan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shehzaad (4/5): Overpriced hotel and overrated experience - Absolutely awful value-for-money. The rooms are old and badly maintained, with water damaged flooring, wobbly bathroom fixtures and zero working jacuzzi controls. The jacuzzi, though ready when we arrived, had to be 'activated' again on request the next morning. The breakfast was ok but lacked variety and all hot drinks were from a distributor!
The view from the room is beautiful (though a bit obstructed depending on the room you get). I suppose one's experience at the property would have been superb when the hotel was new, but it is now badly in need of renovation.
On a side note, the bubble experience (not just at this hotel) has a catch: the constant noise of the air pumps which maintain the bubble's structure. It was excrutiating for me and hardly had any rest.
- Joanna (7/5): Staff and food made our stay :-) - Location close to Petra
Bubble star gazing experience
Food was unbelievable
Service was fantastic
Entertainment in the tent was great local experience Bathroom was in poor condition. Not 5*. Toilet broken, sink cracked, workmanship poor. Really let the bubble down.
Hot tub was dirty and had scummy water in it. General deck area was dirty including glass balcony
No handrail to room stair. Extremely unsafe and huge H&S concern
- katherine (8/5): Good and not so good. - Like other reviews, I have to say that the hotel has amazing views and is a great experience sleeping under the stars. The food was very good and the service excellent. My husband was ill and they took him tea, soup etc. called him to see if he needed anything. The staff was wonderful
Unfortunately the accommodations could be improved , even with some small fixes. We did have hand or face towels, nor a bath mat for the shower. The robes appeared old and did not have belts making them difficult to wear. Generally the room construction and finishing was shoddy and could be improved. Minor fixes would change a good experience to a wonderful one.
- Alomari (10/5): The perfect stay at petra - View ,location ,stuff, food Nothing
- Ubaydul (8/5): Very good -
- Jeanfrancois (9/5): Superb -
- Stjepan (9/5): Superb - Bubble, jacuzzy, view Facility for dinner very dark. Need less light to be able to sleep more.
- Dewi (8/5): - The hotel location is good, the view are fantastic. They provide the excellent dinner and breakfast buffets. The jacuzzi was good when you relax after long day and watch the sunset.
- Majid (7/5): Good - Views and service from the staff was amazing. Food was also really good as was the entertainment Rooms could do with a bit of a renovation especially the bathrooms.
- Katja (8/5): Very good -
- Emma (8/5): Very good - The staff were amazing. My husband and I were sick when we arrived and the staff were so kind and could not have done more to help us. We are very grateful for their hospitality.
- Dean (8/5): Great stay. Would stay again - Very unique room. Decent breakfast and dinner. Quiet. Rooms, bathrooms and spa were well worn.
- Ilmari (9/5): Very good hotel - Very good breakfast, dinner and staff. Very nice location. The beduin tent expirience was fun and the live music good. Highly recommend. Hotel was clean, but furniture, patio and jacuzzi in room were little bit worn out.
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Gwenhure (10/5): Exceptional - From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warmth and provided informative guidance. The cuisine was delightful, but what truly stood out was the room. Not only was it designed with meticulous attention to detail, but the views were simply exceptional. A memorable stay indeed! Highly recommended.
- Simon (1/5): Very disappointed, the facilities, staff and up keeping needs to be updated and reassessed. - Location, views Staff lied to us, told us that there was no running water because of the government turning it off. We discovered from another hotel this was not the case. Assume it was a money saving technique. The hot tub was not usable because there was no hot water, they even told us it was filled with clean water but this was not the case. The lights or jets didn’t work, we asked someone to look at it but nobody turned up. The experience of the bubble tent would have been incredible if the Perspex wasn’t dirty and so scratched. The food was very poor and the hotel was very dated.
- Teresa (10/5): Wonderful place to stay in Petra, maybe even the best! - I missed dinner as I was not aware that it was included. The room was nice, very comfortable and quiet. There was the tent where we listed to some music, and it was very nice and they provide local tea which it was delicious. The male staff were very kind, attentive but the female staff at check-out was nasty rushing me to give her my credit card and I had to tell her in a firm manner to wait as I was getting it. Highly recommend this place! The woman staff who was not very professional, nor kind
- Peter (8/5): Very good -
- Eon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Monica (10/5): Definitely an experience which it should be tried - The stars in the night it’s quite original too see them while you are in the bed.
The quality of the dinner and breakfast buffet was exceptionally good.
Very warm welcoming. The bubble ventilation system is noisy and brings cold air from different “entries”. It is Not about the air conditioner system which worked very well.
- Melanie (9/5): Stay here for a unique stay near Petra! - Spacious, gorgeous, and friendly staff! Nothing, had an amazing time
- Elaine (9/5): Stunning & unique bubble accommodation in dramatic setting with private jacuzzi on each deck. Fabulous dining in lux - Unique stylish bubble accommodation in beautiful dramatic landscape outside Petra. Luxurious dining hall & reception with fabulous HB buffet dining. In a few areas a little tired, maintenance needed, worn decks, jacuzzi covers & broken indoor wooded edges. Shower attachment unstable. Only 2 towels for 2 people no hand towel or face washer… this is a Lux Hotel.
- Aleksandra (10/5): ✨ - ✨ ✨
- Mustafa (9/5): this is an amazing place with an amazing staff. though the air pressure sound might not be for everyone. - amazing ambience, perfect staff. the continuous sound to blow the bubbles and the cold air filling in
- Mac (10/5): Our favorite - Friendly staff. Great location. Clean rooms. Best food we ate in Jordan! Plus, soaking in jacuzzi when facing the wadi Musa was a whole experience. I strongly recommend this otel. Nothing, everything exceeded our expectations.
- Gabriel Osvaldo (10/5): - Woke up in the middle of the night during my stay to a concert of stars and galaxy dust from the Milky Way. What a great memory!
