• Nicole (7/5): decent stay - was a short walk to the train station, the ac was fantastic (coming from 2 Canadians), and the bed was very comfortable the bed sheets were terrible - they weren’t fitted and barely covered the bed so every-time we moved around the bare bed was exposed and i hated that. the carpet in the hallways were very stained and discoloured.

Remote place, far from the center of Kyoto and far from the JR station, we had to walk a lot and also uphills toward the station. There are 3 floors, no elevator. We were on the 3rd floor so we had to carry up and down the heavy luggages.

• Kataok (8/5): - 清潔で広かったところです。 テレビがないのはやはり寂しいです。その代わり、部屋にレンジやケトルがあるのは便利でした。寝間着と櫛も持参でした。 寝る時に灯りを豆球にできないので（調光もできないので）、入口側の電気をつけて、まぶしすぎるのでタオルで少し遮って寝ました。

• Paulo (10/5): Ótima estadia - Quarto confortável, completo e muito limpo. O sofá no quarto ajuda a descansar após os passeios. A localização não é a melhor de todas mas é muito boa, apenas 400m de uma estação que conecta a diversos lugares.

• Anastasia (8/5): - It was quiet and I loved the location - based in the suburb area and you get to experience the real Japanese suburb. About 7 minutes walk to the nearest train station. There was no staff so we couldn't organize luggage delivery although there was a dairy 3 min away and we organized luggage delivery to the next hotel there as advised by the staff over the phone. When you arrive at the property you need to dial the phone and staff will tell you the door password and the room number which is fine. However, the phone is super quiet and it's hard to hear anything. Also, it was a bit dirty.

• kohei (7/5): - とてもリーズナブルで目的地パルスプラザへのアクセス的に何とか徒歩で行けるので助かりました。ベッド始め部屋は清潔でした。 お風呂の掃除が少々不撤退で人毛が浴槽に残っていました。備え付けの電子レンジはありがたかったのですが壊れかけていたか回転せず。あと１月の宿泊で部屋が非常に寒かったです。エアコンはあったのです1時間近く待たないと暖まらず、もしや壊れているのか？と不安になりました。寝具も薄い掛け布団のみのため暖まらなかったら確実に風邪を引いたなと。一晩中暖房を付けギリギリ助かりました。
• Kaori (8/5): ロケーション、コスパはいいけど、もう少し清潔感があればなぁ - 目的地に近く便利。 駅近で、スーパーもあり利便性◎ レンジ、湯沸ポットは助かるけど、トースターもあれば尚、良いかも。 階段で上がるため、荷物が重いと大変。 階段もあまり幅がない為、スーツケースの運搬は一苦労でした。 ツインの部屋でしたが、片方のベッドの掛け布団シーツと枕カバーが使用後のシワのように見えたので嫌でした。ファブリーズをし、バスタオルを敷いて仕方なく寝ました。

Nous n'avons croisé aucun gérant durant notre séjour, ce qui était un peu dommage. De plus, avoir un peu de thé et café à disposition aurait été vraiment un +....

• 堯 (10/5): 很棒的住宿體驗 - 地點：附近走路2分鐘就有便利商店，但是不是在市區晚上很安靜，距離車站走路6分鐘左右而已，附近還有生鮮超市可以逛逛買買 員工：離開沒注意到有東西沒拿到，員工幫忙找到之後還幫忙處理寄送，因為跟女友資訊沒有同步，所以資訊一直更改，但是員工還是有幫忙處理，真的很感謝他們 無
• Albittta27 (8/5): Habitacion sucia - Habia espacio en la habitacion y eso es ya decir mucho para ser japon. Hya varias estaciones cerca, una a poco tiempo y la otra a unos 15 minutos. La habitacion estaba sucia, nada mas entrar habia una bolsa con papeles en la entrada, te pones a mirar por el sofa y ves que tiene mucho polvo. Que no haya recepción no me gusta, ya que nos costo ubicarnos un poco. Tienen lavadoras pero no para tender, sino secadora y mi ropa no se podia poner en secadora

• Ramírez García (10/5): comfortable, elegant and spacious - The accommodation was very comfortable, very elegant, everything was clean, exceeded my expectations, the extra bed was a little uncomfortable, but it was worth staying there. Is really near from the train station! There's no elevator, so if you're carrying heavy suitcases, it's difficult to climb the stairs. There's no staff at reception. We wanted to send suitcases from hotel to hotel, but that's why it's not possible.

• Quyen (8/5): Great experience, staff are cleaning every few days and they have a washing machine. - The place is clean, very easy to get in and out and good location. They don’t have an elevator so it’s difficult to get baggage up stair. The bed for it’s soft and clean but I have a bad back so it’s kind of uncomfortable for me. The private toilet doesn’t have a switch on exhaust fan or deodorizer so watch out for what you’re going to eat :)).

• Christopher (10/5): Très bon rapport qualité/prix - Hôtel situé à quelques minutes de marche de trois gares ferroviaires. Celle de Keihan, à trois minutes à peine permet de rejoindre Gion et Uji. L’établissement est situé dans un quartier calme. Nous avons été très bien été accueillis par un membre du personnel qui nous a accompagnés vers notre chambre tout en portant nos bagages. Merci ! La chambre, bien équipée, était conforme à la description. La literie est confortable. La salle de bain était propre et grande. Aucun problème au niveau de l’ouverture ou de la fermeture de la porte de la chambre. Il suffit de lire la petite note explicative fournie. Une machine à laver est mise gratuitement à la disposition des clients. La lessive est incluse. Le sèche-linge est payant mais très abordable.

• Lilla (7/5): Nice, great value, but don’t expect anything fancy. If you travel around all that it will be ideal for you. - Great location (close to metro and supermarkets) and great price. It has air conditioning and a microwave which can be handy. A bit small for three people, one of the bed is really really uncomfortable. You can’t open the window, so the tiny room can get smelly. No lift/elevator, you need to keep that in mind.

• Emily (6/5): It was okay - Big bathroom, couch and pretty spacious. Aircon was good. No fitted sheets which meant you had to redo the sheet over the mattress everyday, no elevator, which was fine for us but not for everyone. The “smoking” room was just an ashtray next to the washing machine inside. I found a lot of fingernails in the bathroom which was gross, the carpets definitely needed to be cleaned, you could walk around without shoes on. Also we had a balcony we weren’t allowed to use so that wasn’t great.

• Nichola (7/5): Good - UU Inn was in a great location. The hotel was easy to find and area was quiet. The room however was smaller than expected. We were very cramped with 3 people and 3 suitcases in a room that was supposed to be for 4 people. The beds were comfy and the room was relatively clean. There were no kitchen facilities apart from a kettle and microwave. The staff however were very friendly and replied promptly to our questions. They also stored our luggage for us on the day we checked out so we could explore Kyoto a bit more before leaving later that day to catch our train.

• Rebecca (4/5): Would not recommend - The showers were exceptionally good and beds were reasonably comfortable. The check-in process at this hotel is very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. With bars on the windows, a locked entry door, being required to call staff you can and will never meet in person in order to check in, and strangers hovering behind us waiting for us to navigate the very difficult check-in system so they could enter behind us, it felt unsafe and worrisome enough that immediately after checking in I found other accommodations nearby for all subsequent nights and simply ate the cost. Please note that there was so little room between the wall and the end of the beds that my son couldn't even walk around my bed to get to his own bed, he had to climb over it. There was not actually enough room in the room to accommodate our luggage AND us, so in the end we would have had no choice but to find other accommodations, anyway.

• Juliana (8/5): Very good - Love the location of the Inn, it was a good 10mins walk to 2 stations. Quiet surrounding, quaint little neighbourhood with supermarket and convenience store nearby. The coin laundry near the supermarket was a saver! There's only 1 laundry and dryer on the top floor (4th or 5th I forgot and no lift access) of the Inn. Everytime I climb up with my laundry it's in use🫠 so....
• Carol (8/5): Just good but could be better. - I was familiar with the location, so I really liked that I was able to find a property here, since it has two train stations nearby, some conbini, and a couple of supermarkets, among other stuff. I liked that the toilet and shower were separated. I had no trouble checking in, even if it was a self check-in. They provided me with towels and toilet paper when requested. I had a lot of trouble with the WiFi but they offered a solution that worked during all my stay. The room was just big enough for two people, more than that and it's too small, even if the beds are big. I didn't read that there was no lift on the property when booking, so it was a hassle to move all the luggage to the second floor on those narrow stairs. Better request a room on the first floor if you travel with big heavy luggage. Another reason I did book the property was that it showed it had a fridge. A member of our party needed to keep their medicine refrigerated, unfortunately the fridge didn't even cool, so we had to buy cups of ice to somehow keep the medicine fine. They offered to change the fridge for one on the other rooms, but they were the same. It also made it basically impossible to buy food to keep there without fearing it might spoil. Lots of trouble with the WiFi, none of the devices could connect to any of the available networks. Fortunately, they gave me a portable router to use in the room, so after that all devices were able to connect.

• Matthew (2/5): Last resort only - Hotel is in a good location, and was a reasonable price We found dried bloodstains on the bedsheets. Under the bed we found one used slipper, a boarding pass from a previous tenant from the previous week and a family mart receipt from 2 months earlier. We were booked in for three nights, we left after one. Sent a message to the staff, 4 days later, still no response.

• 珮頤 (6/5): Not good but acceptable - It’s very cheap,and the location is very nice for tourists to commute everywhere.There is a convenience store near this inn(5mins on foot) and there’s a big mall near this location,too(10mins on foot) The space is very small for four people, there are no places to walk in the room,especially with luggages,and there are only two chairs for four people. The bathroom is very dangerous for people to walk,there’s a stair down outside the shower,and it’s very slippery. Me and my grandma slipped and fell and hit our waist and head, my grandma called a ambulance after that. This inn doesn’t reply our messages at all, we don’t have shampoo in the first day till the last day.
