The wine and chocolate on arrival was lovely and the apartment was nicely warm when we arrived. There were no negative aspects, however the designated parking space was very narrow.

Grocery store just around the corner and Speight's pub downstairs Instructions for recycle and rubbish bins not clear - bins not labeled with apt name, only the restaurants downstairs.

- Fiona (9/5): Perfect location, easy wheelchair access, negative is loud music into early hours from nearby hotel. - Door code sent to you prior to arrival, made quick and easy access and you didn't have to worry about losing the keys.
- Ashleigh (8/5): Centre of Queenstown, fantastic location and comfortable apartment. - Chambers was in an amazing location in the centre of Queenstown. So close to the shops and restaurants. A comfortable apartment for 6 adults. A little outdated and could use some freshening up with modern TVs and new decor. Beds were not comfortable, different options for pillows weren't available, Could not use the TV in the main bedroom.

- Robert (10/5): Beautiful luxury penthouse - fully equipped with a spectacular sunset view out over the lake! - This is a fabulous penthouse apartment, centrally located in Queenstown! The kitchen is fully outfitted and there is a fabulous sunset view out over the lake from the balcony, and the entire living area with fireplace. There is an entrance from the lobby of the building into the Speight's Alehouse located on the first floor! It can be noisy at night as there are a number of pubs with live music evenings and weekends! Bring earplugs!
- Graeme (3/5): Be warned if expect to get any sleep look elsewhere. - Great location to everything downtown but it comes at a cost. Noise from nearby nightclub with outdoor speakers until 4 am every nite . Be better informed that you won’t get any sleep until 4 am.

Great stay! Let me preface these small critiques by saying we really did love this place. These are just a few things that could use improvement.
It was difficult to find the building, as there were no numbers on any of the buildings outside, and all of the construction concealed the entrance even further. The apartment entrance is right next to the Green Toad Bike Rentals, down a few stairs. The private parking spot is just past that (under the big green Glenorchy sign)
For such a stunning unit, the couch is pretty tired, and a lot of the kitchen utensils and pans could use some replacing. However, there were several nice, and useful appliances that we appreciated, like the Bullet Blender. It would also be helpful to have some USB ports ;)
The smallest bedroom could use a second nightstand and some way to better block out the light from the elevator entrance at night.
These are all just small things though, as we were very comfortable and perfectly located in town. We would absolutely stay here again, and tell our friends about it.

Light from lounge into bedroom through large frosted glass door. Impossible to make bedroom dark during the day due to lack of curtains in lounge.

Disappointing appearance as building being renovated next door but also impacting on apartment entrance. Not attractive. Overpriced for conditions.

The Property manager was excellent in sorting a problem we encountered on arrival and the Plumber was excellent in fixing the problem so we could enjoy the rest of our stay. I only mention it as things happen - but when you are on holiday you want them sorted right away.. And our problem was sorted promptly
