- BRIAN (8/5): Good location by Mall/restaurants, need taxi for city centre bars/restaurants. - Plenty choice at breakfast, but timing was 6am-9am. Restaurant staff very helpfull, especially the Manageress who made sure we had enough choice available. Maybe a few more sunbeds by the pool, although the way its set up, you don't get any sun after 11am, but pool is nice temperature to chill out.

Самый большой торговый центр в городе напротив. Это четвертая поездка в этот город, вывод не случайный. не было вилок, нормального ножа, сушку для купальников рекомендую сделать на балконе не в виде проволоки, привязанной к оконной раме и кронштейну кондиционера..

Nổi mụn đỏ 2 bên đùi.ko dám xuống tắm nữa. Location was convenient - Lotte Mart was across the road, lots of restaurants and food stands surrounding, the beach was a 10 min stroll away. We had a minor issue with the bathroom emitting a bad smell during the last day of our stay but the staff were quick to resolve the issue for us. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall a nice stay for my family for what you pay. Housekeeping and cleaning could have been better - 4 nights stay and not once our bedsheets were changed. Toiletries were selectively given to us? I used the gym once and never went back during my stay - equipment looks old and dated, carpet looked sadder than the water damaged wall in one of the bedrooms of our booking.

- Hoa (10/5): Easy to deal with and parking is extremely easy and free - The apartment room was all spacious and neat and tidy easy to move around. Staff were extremely friendly with our son. The only downside would be the showers are dirty. Understandable that the cleaner are under the pump as there are many rooms everyday to clean. Still presentable but the more you look the more you see.

- John (9/5): Spent 6 nights in Vung Tao and absolutly loved it. - Great location close to back beach. We had a two bedroom apartment with kitchen. Basic utensils but enough to cook simple meals. Plenty of great cheap restaurants everywhere. 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious with balcony. There was a pool not too big but enough for kids to have a good swim and a splash around. Although hotel wasnt amazing the price for what you got was fantastic. I would definatly stay there again.

- Tze Hong (8/5): - Overall experiences were good. Only 2 points to be addressed. 1. Maintenence needs to be done on the washing machine. The filter is terribly clogged. 2. Gym equipment n weights are rather old but still usable.
- Phuong (9/5): My second home from home - The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the doormen, they always there greet you with a very big smile and offered to help with luggage. The cleaning staff always try to keep the place clean. It is not about the hotel itself but some of the guests. There were 2 rooms on my floor had many people staying in one room. They were cooking, drinking and making noise at night during their stay and put the empty cans and seafood trash in the corridor, making it slippery and stink. In the daytime, they walked back from the pool in wet clothes leaving trails of water from the lift to their doors. I was very impressed with the cleaning staff who could get rid of the horrible smell after the guests were gone. I understand the hotel has a policy of not having strong smelly fruit and not cooking seafood in the apartments. These guests should be fined for not complying.

- Kim (6/5): Overall the stay was decent. - The location was right across from the LOTTE mall which was convenient. The property has quite a lot of paint peeling off and water damage in the rooms and the hallway. Although it was kept clean, the facility needed a lot of up keeping.

- Richard (8/5): Lacking Maintenance - The breakfast buffet wad great, plenty of choice. Rooms were clean. Our 3 bedroom apartment was lacking maintenance. Wall. Paper coming off the wall. Washing machine didn't work( they replaced it), the lounge chair was sagging in the centre but they couldn't fix that problem, asked for more pillows and got 2 and 1 extra doona we got a doona cover(1).. The walkways and halls and lifts didn't have the A/C going but the hotel was full.We have been at DIC 3 times now.

- Phuong (8/5): Very good - This is my second time booking with DIC. The location suits what I need. Everything is what I expected. This is not overly luxury, the bed is comfortable, and clean. the room is spacious. Staff are friendly. If there is some washing up liquid and sponge in the kitchen will be helpful. I saw a washing machine in the balcony but i don't know if it works. With long stay guests it will be very handy to be able to do their own washing. I am already booked my next stay in July and hope these minor things can be improved so we will have a better stay
