• Bonnie (8/5): I would recommend for location to the amazing old town and restaurants. Also comfortable and clean. - Our host was welcoming, very helpful with touring suggestions and made us breakfast. Towels were extremely worn, stained, thin and felt like sandpaper.

• Juan (9/5): - La habitación es muy cómoda y está muy cerca del casco histórico. El anfitrión siempre estuvo a disposición y muy predispuesto. El desayuno se servía a las 8am y como a esa hora teníamos que salir para Bari nos hizo el desayuno 7:30am. Reservé por Booking una habitación cuádruple Deluxe para 2 personas. Cuando llegué a la habitación me encontré con una cama matrimonial y una individual sin preparar. Necesitábamos dormir en camas separadas. Por hacer esa cama individual me cobraron un excedente de 5 euros.

He welcomed us right on time, showed us the apartment, and even shared a map of the old town with useful tips. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better: just a 5-minute walk to the old town and all the main attractions. Everything felt easy and well taken care of. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Matera.

Il parcheggio sotto casa è a pagamento, ma costa pochissimo e di notte non si paga. Unico neo ma facilmente risolvibile.

Great to have use of the kitchen, coffeemaker and patio! The host explained where I could public park for free during my stay. Close to walk to wonderful restaurants, the historic district. Everything was perfect as expected at a budget-friendly accomodation.

Dobra lokalizacja, bardzo blisko przystanku autubusowego, a jednoczesnie jedynie 5 minut piechotą od historycznego centrum Matery. Dobry stosunek ceny do jakosci, polecam kazdemu!

A room with a very small bathroom and a small shower that is not safe. There is no room service, the room is not cleaned or tidied up in the morning and towels are not changed. The breakfast is minimal with no cheese or sausage. One small piece of butter per guest. Very weak coffee not suitable for Italians. The TV is intermittent and not tuned. We were very disappointed even for a BB could be better !!

Letto comodo cuscuni scadenti, asciugamani sembravano raspe, e erano grigie, condizionatore rumoroso. E comunque il pagamento con il bancomat era con il punto interrogativo, mi aveva detto di andare a ritirare la somma fuori a un bancomat, ma io non potevo perché faccio pagamenti con il mio cellulare, dopo che gli ho detto che non potevo ritirare con il cellulare e che non avevo soldi liquidi mi ha fatto pagare con il pos. non va bene le persone cercano di pagare con il bancomat per avere in tasca i soldi per altre comodità.

• Giovanna (10/5): Meraviglioso - Camera piccola ma graziosa e pulita. Vicinissima al centro, perciò molto comoda. Colazione abbondante e buona, il signor Luigi persona molto gentile e premurosa. Ci ritorneremo senz'altro.

Great location (we came with the bus and the bus station is only a few minutes away). Super nice prepared breakfast and even a homemade cake from his wife that was delicious! Very worth the price and the host made it so welcoming! Nothing really, just know that the place is accessible by a staircase. We had a stroller and there was no problem :).

L'emplacement est parfait si on est en voiture, il y a des zones bleues (environ €12 pour 24h) ou zones blanches gratuites. À 1 minute de la grand place. Petit déjeuner parfait. Nous y sommes resté une nuit. On recommande !
