Если вы хотите посещать Будву - доплатите лишнее 30+ евро и снимите что-то ближе к тому городу. Потому что мы экономили на такси и пользовались транспортом. До него нужно было спускаться по склону 15 минут и ждать автобус. - При въезде требуется залог 50 евро. А вдруг мы имеем бюджетное путешествие или у нас отсутствует наличка? Очень странно. - Действует система "штрафов": если не предупредить о выселении после 11.00, то требуют оплату полного дня. Есть перечень действий, когда оставляют себе 20 евро из залога. Другое

- Igor (10/5): - Nous étions logés au dernier étage de l'établissement avec vue sur la mer. La chambre est agréable et confortable et vient d'être refaite à neuf. L'établissement est situé à 5 minutes de la mer, d'une plage tout à fait propre. Le personnel est tout à fait bienveillant et très réactif à nos demandes.

Владельцам повезло с ним-человек на своем месте. Вежливый,коммуникабельный и отзывчивый. Не безразличный уставший от своей работы сотрудник,как бывает во многих отелях. Такое отношение очень подкупает,мотивирует рекомендовать данные апартаменты всем близким,и возвращаться сюда снова, Те,минусы в апартаментах,которые мы увидели,не буду озвучивать даже,так как администрация их без проблем решает. Горничные,с которыми сталкивались,также были очень вежливы и деликатны. В этой ценовой категории,лучшее место по нашему мнению!Рекомендуем!

Apartment und Balkon waren groß und gemütlich.! Der Gastgeber Illia war freundlich, kompetent und immer erreichbar. Eine Markise oder Überdachung für den Balkon wäre als Sonnen- und Regenschutz schön gewesen.

The location near the sea was amazing, and the view was breathtaking. The swimming pool was a perfect bonus, clean, well-maintained, and great for relaxing after the beach. Početno sa administratorom, Illia, koji je stvarno veoma fin i predivan čovek. Uvek se odma javio ako imate pitanja, uvek je bio na pomoći kad je nešto zatrebalo, u totalnom stvarno veoma ljubazna i profesionalna osoba! Apartman je pre lep, ima sve potrebno i bio je super namešten da se odma osećate pozdraveni. Lokacija je top, nije daleko od plaže, možda pet minuta peške i odma ste tu. Ima i market odma 50m dalje za sve potrebnice i blizi ste isto prema drugim radnjama. U totalnu 10/10, bilo nam je predivno i nadam se da će te i vi da uživate. Hvala još jednom za sve!

- Barbara (9/5): - Wygodny apartament, ładne widoki. Bardzo.dobry kontakt z obsługą. Możliwość samodzielnego zameldowania i wymeldowania w wygodny sposób. Do plazy okolo 300 metrow, z powrotem mocno pod górkę:). Tuż obok mały sklep spożywczy. Basen spory, przy pobycie w sierpniu często bylismy na basenie sami. Sejf w pokoju w cenie. Korzystaliśmy z parkingu podziemnego, trzeba się troche nakręcić i uważać przy wjeździe, zeby nie zahaczyć zawieszenia. Możliwość skorzystania z pralki bez dodatkowych opłat (trzeba miec swój proszek), deska do prasowania i zelazko na korytarzu. Słabe wyposażenie kuchni, jest tylko podstawowe wyposazenie, po jednej sztuce różnych naczyn na osobę. Generalnie da sie gotować, ale trzeba sie nagimnastykować (brak durszlaka, po jednej łyżce na osobę itp). Zimna woda w basenie.

- Goran (7/5): Overall good, we were only bothered by the extra charge for the parking. - Good location, relaxing by the pool is enjoyable, the host is friendly. Every additional service is charged extra (even an extra roll of toilet paper, a towel, etc.). I find it unacceptable that daily parking (€10) on their private parking spaces is charged, even though it was already mentioned in the apartment description.
- Olga Volk (9/5): Lovely small hotel with personal touch - A nice and cozy little hotel, perfect for families. They share an online page with very helpful information, including how to reach nearby sights by bus or taxi which we used and appreciated. The stay was very comfortable, and the manager, Ilya, was friendly and welcoming. Thank you! Everything was fine overall. Just keep in mind that the hotel is located on a hill, so if you have health issues or don’t have a car, walking up on foot could be a bit challenging.

До моря 5-10 хв., але назад треба іти вгору. Кого цікавить пляж - він доволі великий з гарним заходом, мілка галька. Платні лекажи десь від 15 до 20 євро за комплект. І меж ними є доволі великі ділянки де можна прийти з своїм зонтом. Ілья менеджер - просто супер, дійсно робить все, щоб допомогти своїм гостям. Однозначно рекомендую. Трохи воняє каналізація у ванній

Допоміг організувати трансфер з аеропорта, навіть при тому, що наш літак запізнився. Також дуже приємно було мати круасани щоранку на рецепції. У душі завжди була гаряча вода, кондиціонер працював. Нам встановили манеж для дитини ще до приїзду, що було дуже приємно. У номері було все необхідне. Варто зауважити, що вілла знаходиться на горуі, тож фітнес гарантовано)
- Anna (8/5): Очаровательное место рядом с оливкой возраста 2000 лет. - Мы путешествовали семьей. Апартаменты хорошие, такой бутик-вариант комнат- все описанное- действительно, есть: стиральная машинка, сушилка, микро-фен, микроволновка, холодильник ( с крутой полочкой под 4 бутылки для вина). Вид с балкона просто изумительный, прекрасная бухта, прекрасный бриз на балконе- мы с удовольствием сидели на балконе вечерами с бутылочкой вина. Комариков, кстати, не было. Зато на балконе есть оливочка в кадке. Хорошо! Рядом просто прекрасный пляж, очень удобный. Рядом много отличных ресторанчиков вдоль береговой линии. Рядом очень уютная, милая церковь св.Фомы. И еще котики, масса котиков и оливок Ну не то, чтобы не понравилось. Но честности ради- парковка платная, и я бы с удовольствием сразу за нее заплатила- если бы знала об этом заранее Апартаменты на горе, что и дает роскошный вид с балкончика. Но идти наверх по жаре можно.... но наверх и по жаре. Лично на мой взгляд, очень компактная ванная комната и сам душ. Очень все миниатюрно. Напор воды с температурой в душе- как много где в Черногории- мог бы быть и получше.

Bazen nije veliki, ali je dovoljno dubok što je odlično za plivanje. Jedina mala zamerka je lokacija – do plaže se spustite za 2 minuta, ali nazad uzbrdo treba oko 10 minuta 😂.

The apartment was very clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. The apartment is not too far up the hill, so you can very quickly get to the beach while still being in a very calm neighborhood. The kitchen had the basics for making simple and quick meals. The pool was a nice bonus.
- Morgane (9/5): - Appartement très spacieux pour 4 personnes. Vue époustouflante sur la mer d'un côté et sur la ville de l'autre. Très calme et reposant. Un petit snack juste en bas de l'immeuble ainsi qu'une petite épicerie très pratique. Terrasse bien agréable malgré le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de parasol donc quasiment inutisable en pleine journée. Coin piscine charmant et cosy. Le gérant est toujours disponible et serviable. Petit conseil: prenez l'option parking à 10 euros par jour sinon très compliqué de se garer aux alentours. Plage à 5 min à pied en descente et 10 min en montée (c'est raide et nombreux escaliers à la plage). Plage et restos très sympas. Animé juste ce qu'il faut, ni trop ni moins. Literie peu confortable, matelas trop fin dans le salon et trop mou dans la chambre. Manque quelques équipements :grille pain, lave vaisselle, parasol, balais.

- Elena (10/5): Было бы здорово в каждом номере к-то минимальный набор - соль/перец/сахар (купить можно, но если я остаюсь на не - Огромный плюс места - вид из окна на море и остров Свети-Стефан, расположение (до пляжа 7 минут пешком, до основных достопримечательностей - 10-15 минут на авто) и собственный чистый бассейн с удобными лежаками. А также наличие всей посуды для приготовления еды. Рядом в 30м магазин и ресторан. Не могу не отметить информационный портал, ссылку на который дают при заселении. Сковорода в нашем номере просила заменить ее на новую еще пару-тройку месяцев назад.

Not that many shops/restaurants near the accomodation, you must walk for about 20 minutes to get some. As acomodation is on the hill, can be a little annoying.

У апартаментах було все необхідне для комфортного проживання, близько до моря, неймовірний вид із балкону. Окреме дякую адміністратору Іллі🥰 Він допоміг з усім, відповів на питання та давав поради. По відчуттях наче вдома була. Апарти були чисті та просторі, басейн теж гарний. Вцілому все як на фото та у описі. Повернемось ще колись! Для когось, можливо, буде тяжкувато з пляжу підійматись під гору. Для мене це плюс - бо є фізична активність :) Та і заради таких видів можна і пройтись
