Breakfast had good variety. I recommend getting the level deluxe room to receive a free afternoon cocktail and canapés which were really good First night the AC was not working and this was not fixed quickly and communicated properly and my sister and mother had a sleepless night
• Rsouthw1 (10/5): Fantastic Hotel! - We stayed at the Melia Vinpearl this week while visiting the Imperial City. It's the tallest building in the city and close walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The rooms and view are fantastic. We were on the 14th floor of 34 and still felt like we had a skyline line view. The breakfast is very expansive with both asian local favorites and classic western options. We also used the fitness center everyday. It's large, modern with all the equipment. The pool is inside/outside on the 8th floor so it is shielded from the intense sun. We used the pool everyday. Lastly, the service was fantastic. The front desk, housekeeping and all other staff couldn't be more helpful. A special thank you to Ms Thao Le who contacted me as I left something and she wanted to help me if I wanted it returned. I will definitely return to the hotel.

• Jordy (7/5): Comfort, maar geen 5 sterren - Ons verblijf bij het Meliá Vinpearl was over het algemeen prettig, mede dankzij de ruime kamer en het heerlijke comfortabele bed met veel kussens. Ook was het erg fijn dat de kamer eerder beschikbaar was bij aankomst, dat werd enorm gewaardeerd na de reis. Wel waren er een aantal punten die helaas niet helemaal aansloten bij de verwachtingen van een 5-sterrenhotel. Op Booking.com stond vermeld dat er mogelijk een upgrade beschikbaar zou zijn bij een bezetting van 60% of lager, maar hierover werd tijdens het inchecken niets benoemd. Daarnaast bleek het genoemde F&B-tegoed van 150.000 VND per persoon bij check-in alleen geldig te zijn voor eten in het all day dining restaurant, en uiteindelijk gold er slechts 250.000 VND totaal voor de kamer. Dat kwam niet overeen met hoe het vooraf gecommuniceerd was. Ook liet de schoonmaak helaas wat steken vallen. Er lag behoorlijk wat stof op hogere oppervlakken en er lagen haren achter de gordijnen. Daarnaast liep de wasbak niet goed door en was er geen turndown service aanwezig, wat wij toch wel opvallend vonden voor een hotel in deze categorie. Omdat ons verblijf kort was hebben we deze punten tijdens het verblijf niet gemeld, maar het zijn wel zaken die eigenlijk niet zouden mogen voorkomen bij een 5-sterrenervaring. Ondanks deze aandachtspunten hebben we dankzij de comfortabele kamer en het vriendelijke verblijf alsnog een fijne tijd gehad.

We spoke to The Level staff & asked if it would be ok to leave our cases & be able to have some afternoon tea as we had missed out the day before…. That was no problem to them & we appreciated that. Would 100% recommend this hotel & their staff nothing was too much bother, it’s also is a great position very walkable.

• Vanessa (10/5): Luxury stay in Hue - It may not have been the most authentic hotel we stayed at in Vietnam, but after 2 weeks travelling the country, a bit of luxury at the end was enjoyable and much appreciated. Our room was spacious, modern, beautifully designed and spotless. Even from the 14th floor, we were able to enjoy lovely views over the city and river. The pool area was also a great place to relax after a long day travelling and the staff were kind and accommodating. We especially appreciated being allowed to use the shower facilities after check-out so we could freshen up before heading to the airport. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The only complaint I have is there were only 2 small bottles of water in the room. I called a few times and they brought more up but they should just have at least 4 large bottles as a standard.

Pool was surprisingly refreshing, as it was mainly indoors I expected it to be stuffy but it wasn't, nice to spend an hour cooling down. Great range of breakfast offerings. Good location. Our room was great, spacious and very clean with views to the Perfume river. We enjoyed the food so much that we ate in house on 3 of the nights. The Skybar was a great place to relax after a day touring the area. Staff always friendly and attentive. Would recommend this hotel.

Je refuse et demande de controler les videos. Bilan ils ont mis la facture d'un autre client sur ma chambre alors que zero deposit. Ils vous font vrt ressentir qu ils n'aiment pas les etrangers. J'avais egalement fait une demande acceptée avance. Evidemment rien de fait. Pour le prix je Deconseille. Se faire traiter comme un voleur a ete une experience choquante

• Mitchell (10/5): - Very good hotel, rooftop bar gives great view of the city. Great beds, comfortable rooms. I enjoyed too much to complain.
