• Dan (8/5): Preis-Leistung top und sehr gut gelegen (Stadion, Sportschule) - Das Frühstück war ganz okay. In dieser Preisklasse absolut top. Die Nähe zur Sportschule Wedau/Stadion war hervorragend, max 10 Gehminuten. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktioniert und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

• Doris (8/5): Bei einem nächsten Stadionbesuch, gerne wieder ! - Tolle Lage zum Stadion, sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstücksraum und das Frühstück, die Möglichkeit Getränke aus einem Kühlschrank zu entnehmen, einfach selbst zu notieren und am nächsten Tag beim Check-Out zahlen zu können. Schöner Service !

• Werner (8/5): Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen - Das Personal war so mega freundlich, familiär und auch freundschaftlich, top top top. Frühstück ausreichend und sehr gut, bester Kaffee den ich in der letzten Zeit getrunken habe 👍👍💪 Die Zimmer Ausstattung ist nicht top Modern, aber erfüllte den Zweck.

• Edwin (10/5): Top hotel! Aanrader - Ideale locatie dicht bij Iron Man event. Heel vriendelijk personeel/eigenaars. Vlotte check in, gratis welkom drankje, cosy lounge en klein tuintje. Ontbijt is beschikbaar maar hebben wij niet genomen, we kregen wel gratis een koffie smorgens dus heel fijne ervaring!

• Albrecht (9/5): Great stay, super friendly host, good breakfast and plenty of parking all for a super fair prize! - Breakfast is great for the prize, Hotel is easily reachable and has a nice front garden where you can sit, relax and have a drink. Rooms are clean and have that typical German style Plenty of parking space ( unsecured ) in front of the hotel or on the other side of the main road Nothing to mention, for this money these rooms are quite comfy , good bathroom even though the sanitary looks a bit outdated, it works!

• Julius (9/5): - Komfortní postele. Proporce a velikost pokoje a jeho jednoduché zařízení - žádné zbytečnosti co překážejí nebo dělají nepořádek. Společná lednice na nápoje v přízemí. Zápach protizápachových prostředků. To je ale problém všech hotelů, ne jenom tohoto.

• Markus (9/5): Empfehlenswert - Gemütliches, familiär geführtes Haus mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für meine Zwecke ideal gelegen, S-Bahnhof fußläufig. Prima Frühstück und mit einem schönen, zur Straße hin geschützten Garten. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder. ---

• James (6/5): Convenient for Messe Dusseldorf - a budget option - This is a budget hotel that sits amidst an 'industrial' landscape. The room decor was tired and the bed was very squeaky. It was as gloomy as it can be on a November day. But, it was convenient for the U-bahn to Dusseldorf, so it was a cheap option for visiting Messe in Dusseldorf.

• michelle (10/5): - Located about 4-5 kilometers from the train station and it is very walkable and easy to find. The owners/staff are incredibly attentive and caring. The room is very clean, comfortable and quiet. Don’t skip out on the breakfast. It’s fresh and delicious, filled with bread, meats and cheeses.
• Michael (8/5): Very good - A couple of miles or so outside of the town, taxi from Duisburg Hbf to the hotel was around 13/14 euros. There is a chinese and also an italian restaurant within walking distance but very little else. Continental breakfast with scrambled egg available and plenty of other options. Good value for money. Nothing really.
• Daniel (10/5): Fabulous stay, in a wonderful location, easily reached! - Great location from the Wedau sport school and events. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Breakfast is great value for buffet, fresh coffee, juices, eggs, sausages, warm bread rolls, greek yoghurt, muesli, flavoured yoghurts, fruit, the list goes on... Bed was comfy, stayed in the single bed loft room, spacious, with private bathroom. Free welcome drink from the fridge, with a chill out area where you can help yourself to different drinks and pay for what you use. Great concept! It was great like I said, they have a good Iron. Now they just need to get an ironing board to make it easier to do shirts :-)

• Ineke (8/5): Excellent value for money if you're not looking for a multi-star experience. - Very cozy and friendly, like staying at a relative's house. What it lacks in comfort is made up by the beautiful front garden where you can relax with a drink from the fridge (you take what you like and keep track yourself - the tab is settled on departure). No elevator, so it's not really accessible for people with difficulties using stairs. It's only 2 stories though, so shouldn't be a problem for most.
• Lou (4/5): - Das Zimmer war auf den ersten Blick soweit ok. Laminatboden (mega gut) fühlte sich wirklich sauber an und das Zimmer an sich war auch ok eingerichtet und sauber. Die Matratze dann allerdings steinhart. Etwas weicher als Holzboden, aber nicht viel. Dann das Bad. Fliesen von 1980, beige mit Blümchen, Sanitär in grün. In der Dusche um die Armatur war alles kaputt und grob geflickt. Das Silikon der Dusche unfassbar fleckig, dreckig und wahrscheinlich schimmelig und der Temperaturunterschied zwischen Zimmer und Bad bestimmt 5 Grad weniger. Es war saukalt. Kein Zahnputzbecher oder Glas, die Seifenablage an der Wand der Dusche lose und wackelig. Man fragt sich wirklich, wie man sowas überhaupt anbieten kann. An der Wand noch ein breiter Streifen geklebte Plastikfliesen, damit es nicht ganz so schlimm aussieht… Das Frühstück war überschaubar, nichts besonderes. Man bekommt eine Thermoskanne Kaffee pro Tisch, keine laktosefreie Milch. Es gibt gewöhnlichen Aufschnitt, Eier, Brötchen… wie Zuhause. Nichts dolles. An sich alles in einem hab ich für 2 Nächte 150€ ( 12€ Frühstück) bezahlt und finde das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis einfach sehr schlecht. Hätte ich im Internet dieses Bad gesehen, ich hätte nicht gebucht. Die Matratze war unterirdisch!! Bei 80€ hätte ich nichts gesagt, aber das war echt ein Reinfall

If you want to be in the city centre then it’s not perfect, but I loved the location right next to Ironman Duisburg.
