• Blain (3/5): Stay elsewhere - Location is within walking distance of a convenience store, AutoZone and a few different restaurants. Room was too small for two beds. Using any outlet in the room other than where the TV was plugged in caused the lights to flicker wildly, obvious fire hazard. Found a tick on one of our towels. No nightstand, loud residents and roaming unleashed dogs.

• Jaime (3/5): Do yourself a favor. Choose somewhere else. - Cheapest place in town which is about all it had going for it. Not clean at all. Dirt and small pieces of trash on floors and in corners. Splatters on mirror. Old toothpaste caked on sink. Sink and shower fixtures all loose … ready to fall off. Construction on site. Ice machine broken. Staff said he would get me ice…never happened. Was okay for me cuz it was cheapest in town but if the wifey was along with me…hell would have been raised.

Restroom was old and not cleaned. Overall it was very BAD. The pictures were nice but when arriving, The rooms were not what the pictures show,

• Amanda (2/5): Will not stay there again - New mattress The toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month and the shower was the same. Sinknlooked like it was about to fall off the wall. There was someone's cup left in the room. Towels smelled bad definitely not like they had been washed. The sheets didn't smell but had black stain spots. Curtains were hanging on by a thread. The dresser was dusty. Other tenant may be a permanent residence was playing loud music until 11 or 11:30

People living there with three dogs on second floor and one of the dogs urinated on walkway and it ran over edge to the ground. Curtain rod in room is a threaded rod. Floor very dirty and nasty. Sheets were clean though.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Bedbugs - This place has bedbugs, cracks in walls, and blood stains left on the bed, floors are also filthy, but the receptionist gave me a refund despite them having a rule that they cannot refund after 15 minutes (probably because it takes longer than that to notice the bedbugs). Somebody from the area spoke to me after I left telling me that I should not stay there and that the bedbugs aren’t even the biggest problem they have. Do not stay here

However, they seem to have long-term tenants there as well, so we were located on a downstairs unit, and the people upstairs were just stomping around at all hours of the night. At one point, a fight broke out between two different upstairs units.

The shower did not look clean. The sheets had a small blood stain. I would not stay there again. It looked nothing like the photos in the advertisement. Part is my fault; the price was cheap. very cheap. Sometimes you get what you pay for
• Anna (4/5): - I knew what I was getting into. The property is pretty run-down. The staff does their best, but the place is pretty ancient. But the room was adequate for hanging out during the day. A/C worked great.

• Terrazas (1/5): Horrible - Do not stay here. The price is cheap for a reason. The rooms are extremely outdated, but that was the least of our concerns. The windows were covered with cardboard. The restroom appeared to have not been cleaned in months. The ceiling in the restroom was falling apart and it was covered in what appeared to be black mold. To top it all off, they have cockroaches and not just the typical cockroaches these cockroaches were huge! Just spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. I don’t even know how this place is still open.

• Yasin (2/5): Super dirty hotel, stay away. - The bed was noticeably soiled and infested with bedbugs. The kitchenette was inhabited by numerous cockroaches and the walls were visibly moldy and cracked. We were unable to remain in such unsanitary conditions and requested a refund within a minute. However, the manager on site declined, despite his personal inspection of the room.

• Shannon (1/5): So bad I left. - Nothing. This hotel was so bad I left and stayed elsewhere. The room was filthy and it looked like someone had been murdered in the bathroom. I asked for a refund shortly after checking in and the man at the front desk said I needed to request the refund through booking.com and then they would email him and he would approve it. He lied, because he denied the refund. Booking said they would investigate, but never got back to me. I have photos showing how dreadful the place is. The man tried to give me a different room, which wasn’t as bad as the first room, but it was still dingy and gross. After seeing the first room they thought was adequate for a human to sleep in, I couldn’t help but wonder how gross the things I couldn’t see were…like mattresses, etc.

The pillows did not have pillowcases and there was no extra toilet paper even though there was just less than half of a roll present. The TV remote did not work well, and the room was not very clean. Other than that, it was fine.

Had a full kitchen and separate sleeping area The mold, the dirt, the ceiling leak in the middle of the night, moving into 3 different rooms in 3 days, the dirty mattress covers, massive holes in the walls so critters can come and go and weak to no WiFi. The place needs TLC and its shows. The photos online are probably from the grand opening
