• Celeste (10/5): We enjoyed this hotel and would stay again. - We liked the location. We needed a place to spend the night near the airport. It's brand new, very clean and the rooms are super nice, and the beds are very comfortable. The pillows were nice too. It was very quiet where we were located. They have a little bar that serves food and alcohol. We didn't participate, but it's nice to have. They served a free breakfast in the morning which was okay. Scrambled eggs could use some help. All in all it was a great hotel. We didn't know how to work the elevator. Might be good to post something in the elevator explaining you have to use your room card to go up. Not everyone knows these things :)

• Gun Myung (3/5): 실망스러운 Hyatt 호텔 - 1. 침대매트리스가 꺼져서 자는 3일동안 허리가 너무 아프고 불편했다. 쇼파의자도 마찬가지로 쿠션이 한쪽으로 주저 앉아 있었다. 2. 타올, 화장지, 티슈를 프론트에 이야기 하고 올라갔는데 2시간 동안 갖다 주지도 않고 프론트에 전화를 2번이나 했는데도 연락이 없어서 결국은 다른방 청소하는걸 보고서 달라고 해서 받았다. 3. TV 밑에 테이블. 침대에선ㅍ 테이블에 얼룩이 있어서 지워달라고 했는데 결국은 지우지 못했다. 그래도, 인지도 있는 호텔이라서 선택했는데 여러면에서 너무나 만족스럽지 못해서 너무나 아쉽다.

• Ljubomir (4/5): Great service, but unbearable room air quality - The staff is extremely attentive and genuinely eager to help. They even managed to find a fan so I could improve the airflow in the room. Breakfast is also very good, with a solid selection and quality. The biggest issue with this hotel is the lack of proper ventilation. The windows cannot be opened, and unlike similar hotels, there is no effective central ventilation system. As a result, there is no real way to get fresh air into the room except from the hallway. I often had to keep the door open, which staff understandably discouraged. The air quality in the room was very poor—stuffy, with a noticeable lack of fresh oxygen. Additionally, the air conditioning dries the air significantly, to the point where I had to purchase a humidifier just to make the stay tolerable. Overall, the ventilation situation made the room quite uncomfortable.

Why are you asking me and not everyone else? my husband said do I look like I drive that truck or something? What makes you think it's mine . I'm not sure why my husband was singled out when there was many people in the room. I felt like he was being accused of something, and I was embarrassed.

She greeted us with a smile and such a positive attitude upon walking in she made us feel very welcomed and comfortable with our stay. I will add we did accidently show up at the Hyatt House property first and I can say the front desk staff were very rude and unwelcoming but once redirected to our correct hotel Cecelia really made us feel at home. This was our first time staying at the Hyatt Place and we will definitely be back! Overall our stay was amazing friendly staff clean hotel and very easy to get around the area.

No nightlight except bathroom light through opaque glass hitting hall mirror so light shining on to bed all night. Bed sank in center. I couldn’t sleep all night. No breakfast. Had to catch early morning flight.

I appreciate the consistency this hotel of - The location is central but quiet & the hotel layout is easy to navigate. Check-in staff (Ray) was wonderful. I called ahead to secure an early check in & everything went smoothly. The hotel room was clean & ample space for our family of 5. My most favorite thing about Hyatt Place is the free breakfast. The variety is always fresh & well-stocked. I absolutely love that they have coffee, but wish they offered it throughout the day & not just at breakfast.

• Laura (8/5): Great stay! - The property is lovely. It's in a good area. The room was fantastic. The sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Most sofa beds are, but this one is clearly a relic from the Spanish Inquisition.
