Duane (6/5): - The bed was too firm. There was no safe to store valuables non-essential items.
Xenia (8/5): - We stayed at this hotel during our travels around Thailand. It was clean and basic. The hotel staff were friendly. However, they charge you if you need an extra towel or even toilet paper. It is easy to walk to many things in the area but a nightmare to order a taxi or transportation to leave the hotel.
Yoshie (10/5): - A clean hotel surrounded by a lot of shops, food vendors, motor cycle taxis. Very strategic.
Maria (10/5): - the property is in the heart of town. Less glamorous but clean enough and convenient.
Cheryl (10/5): - Mango Bedroom is in a good location, walkable to shops, dining and transportation options. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Greta (1/5): Bad - Nice room and shower. Inability to pay by credit card. We arrived after 2 days of travel and even though we booked through Booking.Com, the staff denied credit card payment. The staff did not allow us to have a WiFi connection to search for the nearest bank. In addition, it was impossible to communicate due to the staff's poor knowledge of English. We were not allowed to drop off our luggage to search for a bank. I ended up going to the bank with a motorbike (tuk tu) and my husband waited at the reception. In addition, we were charged fees (in addition to the normal fees), not specified on the website. Too much time for the check out.
