Amplasare excelentă: f.aproape de gară și de autogară, într-un complex rezidențial cu acces restricționat, foarte curat și cochet, la nici 100 m distanță - mall (inclusiv supermarket) și stație de autobuz cu linii spre centru. Reprezentanții firmei cu care am interacționat au fost amabili și plini de solicitudine. Nici că se putea mai bine😊

We are a family of 5 and the space in the apartment was super. Everyone had a proper bed each which was great after full days spent walking around the city! The 2 bathrooms were also a bonus.

- Predrag (8/5): Good location, spacious, but the apartment needs a complete new arrangement and furnishing. - The location was very good, 20 minutes walk to the city center. The apartment was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the courtyard of the building. The building had a reception and each apartment had one parking space in the underground garage. I didn't like that the furniture was very old and in bad condition,
(corner sofa, beds), the kitchen appliances were old, the toaster and kettle were rusty and unusable. I didn't use anything in the kitchen except the refrigerator, so it didn't bother me much.

The property wasn't cleaned properly or seemed to have been cleaned a long time ago.
The key had to be collected from a different location, away from the property, causing inconvenience.
The apartment was not equipped with an electric kettle, despite expectations.
The photos listed on Booking.com did not accurately represent the actual room condition; rooms appeared renovated and fresh online but were outdated in reality.
Washing machine tablets were missing but provided later.
The bathroom cabin door had issues with opening and closing properly.
No toilet paper holder in the bathroom

- Sheila (3/5): Malaga is a beautiful place to spend a holiday but avoid this company as their customer service is appalling - The location, the view from the small balcony and the friendly concierge and security guard. The cleanliness of the gardens and stairways. The fact that the key of the apartment was extremely difficult to use and resulted in us booking into a hostel on our first night as four of us including the security guard were unable to open the apartment door. No one from the property would answer the phone or our messages! They were very unsympathetic and have since refused any compensation. The apartment definitely needs an upgrade and a welcome pack would definitely be a good and inexpensive idea.

It is in a gated residential complex, very beautiful and safe, near the Mall. cituy center is just around kilometer away, and historical centre around 2 km. The apartment has everything you need., 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a nice living room , two balconies ana a kitchen well -equiped. we have a parking slot in a privite garage in the block of flats. The communication with owners was perfect. They gave us very clear instructions.I highly recommended the apartment. It is just a recommendation. Apartment complex is gated, has an underground carpark is mostly used by Spanish professionals and families.
Superb location for exploring Andulucia, the Costa Del Sol and Málaga, either by car or public transport.
Very close to public transport links (6 mins to Tram and main railway hub)
Excellent communications from booking agency.
Excellent cafe immediately next door. Global chain and independent Spanish, Italian, Indian and Chinese restaurants all within 2 - 8 mins walk.
Excellent shopping facilities within 5 mins at two separate malls.
Short and amazingly cheap modern tram ride to centre of Malaga (or a 15 min walk) If traveling with a lot of luggage you will likely need a taxi (short trip) from key collection point to the apartment. We walked but I was traveling with cabin bags only.
