• Eliane (9/5): Fantastische dagen gehad! - Centraal gelegen, in straat van Colosseum en metrostation. We hadden een etage voor 6 personen, met 3 appartementen. Keurig, ruime kamers en aparte ontbijtruimte. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer. Zeker een aanrader om dit appartement te boeken! Het duurde even voordat je warm water had in de douche, maar dan was het ook aangenaam.

• Charel (9/5): Perfect voor een stedentrip! - Super schone kamer. Het werd iedere dag schoongemaakt, het bed mooi opgemaakt en de voorraad werd aangevuld. Het was een hele comfortabele kamer! Het bed lag heerlijk, goed matras. Voor ons was het enige minpuntje dat er geen dekens waren maar dat we sliepen onder een laken. Wij houden hier persoonlijk niet zo van.

• Ilham (10/5): Aufwiedersehen! - Dieses Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Valeria Aurora und dem gesamten Team, die uns so herzlich empfangen haben. Valeria war unglaublich freundlich, humorvoll und äußerst gastfreundlich – man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr, sehr sauber und zudem perfekt gelegen, ganz in der Nähe des Kolosseums. Auch die U-Bahn-Station ist in nur fünf Minuten fußläufig erreichbar und bietet eine direkte Verbindung zur Vatikanstadt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist ebenfalls in etwa zehn bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotz der Lage an einer Straße war das Zimmer hervorragend isoliert, sodass es angenehm ruhig war. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die familiäre Atmosphäre, die den Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht hat. Das Zimmer war optimal geschnitten und sehr komfortabel. Auch der Fahrstuhl funktionierte einwandfrei. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Valeria is so sweet and helpful, she sends me detailed information about check-in and how to collect my key before I reach, gave me the Google map list that she made about best places to eat and visit. She also helps us switch to a superior room for free as someone cancelled it. We had such a wonderful living experience here. Will definitely come here if visit Rome again!! NONE

Now I like a crowd but we were in Rome at Xmas and you actually couldn’t move because the crowds were so thick. This way we got to walk in and walk back to our amazing room. It’s situated in an historical building which is very cool. The bed was very comfortable, room and hot water super warm. I am really glad I stayed here and just to walk out and have the Colosseum at the end of your street! Priceless! Yes stay here it’s great! Nothing

The room was spacious and the air con worked amazingly. The location is so convenient to the main landmarks and getting a bus or walking to other areas in the city was very doable. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Rome

The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the Colosseum, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, and the metro only 5 minutes away. I can't say.
• Natália (9/5): - A localização é excelente! Há ponto de ônibus e também estação de metrô à poucos passos da hospedagem. Virando a esquina há um café muito legal, e alguns restaurantes. Está muito próxima do Coliseu e é uma delícia caminhar de lá até outros pontos importantes da cidade. Os funcionários são excelentes!

Avremmo preferito una camera dalle dimensioni un poco più ampie. Anche un bagno finestrato sarebbe stato un gradito plus.

• William (10/5): Good choice near Colosseum - Wonderful location, easy walking distance to the Colosseum and surrounding attractions. Numerous nearby restaurants and cafes. Room was very clean and comfortable, bathroom was good with excellent shower. Everything functioned very well. And our hosts were wonderful - friendly, helpful and informative! Highly recommend!
• Poincelot (10/5): 1st time in Roma , so lucky to stay at Top Floor Colosseo Guesthouse . - Clean, roomy, and comfortable . The staff were great, helpful and very friendly. Valeria, thank you for breakfast and so much more. Many restaurants nearby, close to the train station and Metro. We actually walked to the Colosseum. I didn't have a problem with anything except having to leave!

• Monika (10/5): It was a wholesome and wonderful stay in rome! - The property was so good! We had everything we need. There is also a small carrefour just outside the property. Everything was so easy in walking distance. The staff was very nice and we had just a wonderful time. We will definetly come back and stay again in this property 🤩 It‘s a bit loud outside of the rooms. You can hear the guests. But it‘s not a big thing at all. I think it‘s just good to know. :)
