• Louis Nathanael (9/5): Amazing - Really nice cabins, very spacious. The room was very clean. I loved the little cats strolling around the house. Breakfast was also good. The host is amazing, he is very nice and funny. They also provided us with a driver The transfer ferry - hotel from the hotel was really expensive. Also, the restaurant has rather high prices, but understandable. The sea is very flat, so it's hard to snorkel there at the beach

• Barbara (8/5): - De villa was ruim, mooi ingericht met een fantastisch uitzicht. De eigenaar hielp je met het regelen van activiteiten, zoals duiken, rondrit en vervoer. Vraag vooraf wel naar de prijs. Ook werd een zwerfkatje van nog geen maand dat we in een plastic tas opgenomen door hem. Daar was ik hem zeer dankbaar voor. Het restaurant. Het eten was over het algemeen niet zo goed. Springrolls waren wel lekker. Ik miste beetje gezelligheid in de avond, dit had je bij andere hotels op het eiland wel.
• Yasmin (9/5): Urlaub im Paradies - Wir haben hier zwei Nächte verbracht und waren super zufrieden. Die Lage ist toll, allerdings sollte man beachten, dass man ohne Roller nicht wirklich viele Möglichkeiten hat dort etwas zu unternehmen. Das war für uns aber kein Problem, denn wir haben uns zwei Tage einen Roller gemietet und können das auch wirklich jedem nur empfehlen!! Der Strand an der Unterkunft ist sehr schön, und es ist alles super ruhig und abgelegen. Das Essen ist sehr lecker (wenn auch etwas teuerer als auf dem Rest der Insel). Die Mitarbeiter sind alle extrem nett und kümmern sich gut um die Katzen die dort leben :), besonders Sandy ist uns sehr in Erinnerungen geblieben mit seiner guten Laune und tollen Art!! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!!🥰🥰 Falls ihr für die Insel einen Fahrer braucht können wir Zulsabang empfehlen: +62 813-7821-1062 Und für Schnorcheltouren Andy (war ganz toll!): +62 852-7644-9599 Es könnte sauberer sein und teilweise etwas renoviert werden. :)
• Abdul Rahman (10/5): RECOMMENDED - The place is very peaceful and secluded, suitable for those who prefer a quiet time and relaxation. The staff was very helpful and always cheerful & smiling..Pak Sandy is very great at his job by bringing joy to his guests with his jokes and happy go lucky demeanour. Overall, it is very recommended and i will come again to this place. Oh, great view of sunset as well! The beach is quite rocky and filled with dead coral, so dont expect to swim here barefooted. There is no fish here either, but that's not a problem since there is plenty on your trip to rubiah island so you can have your fill there.
• margret (8/5): Fijn om er een paar dagen bij te komen. - Lekker eten en altijd wind (geen muggen). Mogelijkheid om te zwemmen was beperkt. Geen/onvoldoende comfortabele stoelen bij het hoteldeel. Hangman meenemen is handig!
• Lu (10/5): Wir haben uns im Pulau Weh Paradise wirklich gefühlt wie im Paradies. - Der Pulau Weh Paradise ist extrem treffend, vorallem wegen des Ausblicks auf das Meer und der schönen Anlage. Neben der Lage mit dem Meer direkt vor dem Zimmer, fanden wir besonders das Personal und den Inhaber herausragend. Sie waren immer sehr sehr freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Der Inhaber spricht gut Englisch und kennt sich sehr auf der Insel aus. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und auch wenn das Wetter nicht gut ist, kann man es sich im Zimmer sehr gemütlich machen. Alles in allem sehr sehr zu empfehlen. Haben auch andere schöne Hotel gesehen, würden uns aber trotzdem wieder für dieses entscheiden.
• Clara (10/5): Paradies - Ein wunderschönes hotel direkt am strand.Etwas außerhalb unf so mit sehr ruhig. Zum schnorcheln braucht man ca 30-45 minuten mit dem roller zur anderen seite der Insel. Die küche war hervorragend.
• Samantha (8/5): Heerlijke plek! - Wij sliepen in de villa aan het strand, dit was werkelijk waar geweldig. Wakker worden met zee geruis en de gordijnen open doen en meteen de knal blauwe zee zien. Snorkelen bij het huisrif is super leuk. Wel flinke golven. Sandy en al het personeel super lief en altijd behulpzaam. We hebben scooters gehuurd om het eiland over te kunnen dit was een super fijne beslissing. Daardoor hebben we het hele eiland gezien. Eten is lekker in het restaurant voor een paar dagen. Wij hadden het na een paar dagen wel gezien en zijn toen meer buiten de deur gaan eten. Voor ons eigenlijk niks. Wel goed om te weten dat je een scooter nodig hebt of een chauffeur om ergens te komen. Maar wij genoten eigenlijk ook juist van de natuur en de rust. Enige jammere is wel dat de creditcard machine stuk is en je alles cash moet betalen. Wat dan wel snel kan oplopen als je gebonden bent aan het restaurant van de accommodatie

• Josef (10/5): Schöne Unterkunft im Grünen, tolles und engagiertes Personal, paradiesisch 😉 - Schöne Bungalows mit toller Aussicht. Super nettes und unkompliziertes Personal, gutes Essen, Rollerverleih unkompliziert und in gutem Zustand. Alles in allem sehr gute Unterkunft, in der man sich sehr wohlfühlt. Sandy ist lustig drauf und macht immer gute Stimmung. Don‘t worry! Kleine Verbesserungen könnten den Eindruck ohne großen Aufwand noch weiter steigern, z.B. Wasserkocher, Kaffeepulver und Tassen auf dem Zimmer oder ein kleiner Kühlschrank zum Kühlen von Getränken. Aber das sind alles Kleinigkeiten.
• Beatrice (7/5): Good - Me and my sister stayed here for two nights. We had a quadruple room which is very basic, but we didn't mind at all. Sandy and his stuff are amazing! They really helped us out with the transportation and in meeting all our needs. They are great. The food as well is special, one of the best we tried on the island! The restaurant is on the beach and the view is absolutely stunning and peaceful. The place itself is great, just keep in mind that is located in the windy part of the island, this make it hard to swim. This isn't a problem at all, just a suggestion: if you are coming here thinking to swim and snorkel this isn't the place.
• Antoinette (10/5): Loved this place - Once you walked through the lobby onto the beach, it took your breath away. The view was simply stunning and I have never seen water that colour before. The rooms were beautiful, designed to a high standard. We loved the size of the window looking out onto the ocean. The staff were super friendly and very attentive, and we loved the 2 girls. We also hired a scooter here, and they arranged the dolphin trip for us. I would recommend the dolphin trip. Lots of dolphin and you were taken to 3 different spots to snorkel, and the lunch was delicious I would highly recommend this place. The water pressure at times could be a little low

The price is reasonable too. The only thing that could be better is the pathway from the restaurant to the rooms, it should be flat so people can easily roll their luggage

It was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I would like to extend a heartfelt shout-out to the amazing staff who were incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our stay. They made sure that our time was always pleasant, and I truly appreciate their dedication. I’m especially grateful for their willingness to prepare meals for my family even during the fasting month of Ramadan. Their kindness and hospitality made our stay extra special. Memorable stay and can’t wait to return 😀

• Megan (10/5): Amazing location and people - Most amazing location and views. It is so private and romantic. Perfect for couples. Best food on the island and Sandy can organise anything you need for your stay. You can also have a running tab and pay for everything at the end of your stay with your credit card, avoiding always having to find cash. All of the staff were the kindest and most amazingly helpful people. We got a driver to take us all around the island, but there are many other tours that can be arranged for you. The room is amazing and I loved that there was a water station in your room so you could refil your water bottle as much as you like. The shower and toilet were clean and western style, with the shower being one of those big rain types. The bathroom is huge. Most of the room details are using naturalistic wood. The couches were modern and very comfy, perfect to sit on in the ac to look at those marvellous beach views. Simply walk down 6 steps and your on the beach. Oh! And there were kittens and they were so cute 😍 I wish we had an extra pillow each on the bed, but we got by with adding a couch cushion. It would have been amazing to have a little fridge, but not many places have that anyway.

Far from snorkeling, 1/2 hour. No water pressure for shower. My room said Seaview, but there was a large rec room between my front window and the sea.
• Neal (10/5): Don't be fooled into staying nearer the city or tourist spots, stay in Paradise! - Super impressed with this hotel. I stayed at other hotel near the tourist spots but moved because was fed up with the mosque/chickens waking me up every morning. Also the locals on the beaches at the other hotel have a different view on trash disposal. There are no random locals on the beach here, only western and Indonesian tourists as they have have a walled off resort with a private beach. Great food and great people

Cleanliness of room is not satisfying, toilet are kind of dirty .It is hard to find restaurant around since the place are quite far from the main tourist attraction ,however might be suitable for those seeking for privacy.
• Lena (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely beach bungalows at calm and a little bit remote beach. The food is very good (one of the best we had in indonesia) and normal price :) do not expect western food even there is spaghetti on the menu. We loved the curries! The view and the owner sandy, everything very nice. They ask you if you want them to clean the room which we agreed once during our stay and you also get fresh towels and everything. What we love is that there is drinking water in the room which is refilled on request for free! Nothing :) just note that renting a scooter or car is a benefit because it is 20-30min from other hotspots on the island. We rented a scooter and it was perfect.

Booked a quadruple room which had 3 sets of bunks as nothing else available as Xmas holidays. Very cheap considering location. Beds fine. No blankets or top sheets .Separate toilets and showers for males and females. Towels and soaps provided. Bungalows looked good. . Cheap and basic but really hot. No airflow dispite ceiling fan and floor fan. Was still.ok but just stuffy.

• Bob (10/5): Peaceful resort with no city noise, best hotel on the island. - This is a beautiful hotel on its own private bay. You can tell the hotel has been recently renovated as everything is clean and bright, I especially like the huge bathrooms with stone floors and walls. There is a new menu and the meals are reasonably priced compared with the other hotel I stayed at the island, just wish I would have stayed here for my whole trip. The staff are lovely and have great English, especially Sandy who is an entertainer and always ready to help with any queries.

• Winnie (4/5): Disappointed and can't recommend. - Firstly I have to say that overall we were disappointed and apart from friendly staff did not enjoy our stay. This accom is on the windy side of the island and you must have transport if you want to avoid having to pay high prices for greasy and frankly badly cooked meals.Watered down fresh juices and slimy spaghetti cooked in bottled ketchup style tomato sauce.Sweet gluey spaghetti was an unpleasant first for me and one I was unable to digest.It was truly horrible.I read a complaint from more than 12 months ago about the poor quality and high prices for the menu to which the owner said they would look into it!!Tick tick time to do something about your promise perhaps?The place is rundown and quite depressing and all the things provided for guests entertainment like table tennis/board games and volley ball net are in a poor state of repair.All the pieces for the board games are missing.We were overcharged by the resort for our taxi to take us back to the port but by this time it came as no surprise after being charged extra for milk for coffee/jam and honey for the overpriced toast ( soggy warm white bread).I do not recommend this place and was so glad to check out.We booked into different accom where the food was fabulous and charged 1/3 price plus 100% juices also served.This place needs to have a good revamp and rethink about the food and taxi fares they charge because it is blatantly taking advantage of the fact that they have got the guests trapped if they have no transport.They also claim to have a machine for bankcards which is also untrue.
• Pau (5/5): Disappointing - Nice place near the beach The food is very expensive compared to quality and quantity. The facilities are not good, very poor conditions of most of the common areas as well as poor cleanliness. Moreover, the staff didn't provide us with solutions when we wanted to take a car because all days were raining. I would not recommend people to stay in this hotel

View was beautiful but when you book a place mainly for the view, it's very disappointing that the windows are too dirty to look through. Room was clean enough but I stayed 6 nights and was not offered any cleaning services, instead I asked for a broom. Service in general was not very enthusiastic. I did like the location and the nearby village life.
• Emma (4/5): Disappointing - Good wifi, large rooms, beachfront, area in general is quite relaxed, nice beach to snorkel in. A lot of the hotel services were quite subpar. - Most of the available facilities are quite old or in poor condition. - Rooms were mostly nice, however, it was quite dirty. Sheets and pillows had stains, and due to the nature of the hotel there were quite a lot of geckos in the room (which is to be expected as it is a tropical island). However, since there is no daily cleaning of the rooms there was a lot of gecko waste all over the room which we had to dispose of ourselves... - Food was not the best and quite expensive for what you get. On top of that, service is extremely slow and with multiple cats on the property constantly entering and exiting the kitchen, hygiene was not the best. - We also used the laundry service and they returned the clothes to us two days later with most of the clothes still damp/wet. - Hotel had not informed us until late in the evening that their card machine was broken(night before checkout), resulting in us having to drive nearly an hour (there and back) to get cash. Hotel management could've informed us in the morning while were leaving to the city.

The bungalow was a welcome slice of comfort with free hot and cold water on tap, couches, lovely bathroom and private balcony. Comfy bed with linen. Would love to come back. Our first night was in the double room upstairs which had 2 fans but still quite warm.. Still worth it for the price.

The bungalows are stunning, you can snorkel right off the beach, Sandy was wonderful and set us up with a very new & affordable scooter for our time there. We extended a night and were still not ready to leave at the end of our stay. Soooo relaxing. We found the meals in the restaurant to be small, but we did hear this as a common complaint around the island.

• CHEONG (6/5): - 1st Room got 1 aircord not functional good, toilet dirty, super crazy hot, walk to reception after change to next door room, got 2 unit aircon, The room also feel hot..but better that 1st unit , the aircon auto sleep mode, unable reset. Far from town take 20 or 30 min (15-20km) or more , if you dont have transport move around is the problems. 300-400 meter always have 1 beach bar.

• Richard (7/5): Great resort with lovely staff - food a little mis matched in terms of pricing - Great location super pretty and great staff. I feel the restaurant could do either one of two things. 1) increase the standard of the food to match the pricing OR 2) match the price to the standard. Food in the restaurant is not bad, it just feels a bit over priced compared to what you can get at other hotels and resorts nearby. It’s totally fine for the area and the soto ayam is very nice - just a little over priced. (We felt)

• Anastasia (10/5): Will definitely come back again!!! - An absolutely amazing place to go if you want to wind down and relax. The beach is so lovely and quiet that I ended up sleeping on my sun bed most of the day! The bungalows are wonderful, spacious rooms with great little Living-room areas and comfy sofas and beds. The balcony faces out to the sea with a hammock if you simply want to lounge all day (which we did!). The roads are surprisingly well maintained so you won't go bouncing around like you'll find in most of Indonesia.
• Debby (10/5): Luxurious bungalows with a view to die for - Gorgeous accommodation and tasty food. We treated ourselves to a few days of luxury and were not disappointed! Luxurious bungalows with a view to die for. If you can ride, hire a motorbike and explore the island. The ride through the jungle to the left of the resort is excellent with a couple of view points and lot of birds, wildlife and absolutely no people around.
• Arnout (9/5): A true paradise - Really beautiful location. Very good place to get a lot of rest. The place feit like a true Paradise. Simple, but very comfortable. The beach houses are big, relaxing chair and bench inside, big shower with hot water (but very low pressure). Two airconditioners in the house could cool down sufficiently. Sandy and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. They arranged two Tours for us (Island Tour and Dolphins+snorkeling Tour) which we enjoyed. You can also see some coral in the sea just in front of the accommodation, quite unique! The reason I do not give 10/10 but 9/10, is because I feel they are taking too much advantage of the distant location of the accommodation. There are no other restaurants in the neighbourhood, you have to take a scooter to eat somewhere else. Consequently, the prices in the restaurant are quite high (and the portions not big - we usually ordered three dishes per meal for the two of us). Also fruit juices are expensive and they taste as if water is added to it. But what I disliked the most, is that on the last day they arranged two cars for transportation to the ferry, one for us, and one for another guest. We needed to go to the exact same location on the exact same time. We could easily fit in one car but this way they could just charge us more. That felt a bit greedy and disrespectful to the guests. I dont like it that our very pleasant time in Pulau Weh Paradise ended this way
• Diandra (10/5): Exceptional - The service was incredible, especially thanks to Sandy, a very cheerful guy who made sure everything we needed was taken care of. The hotel's setup was just right for a relaxing vacation, and my room had the most incredible ocean view. The experience was totally worth it; meeting such fantastic staff and being surrounded by beautiful nature made it unforgettable!
• Kristine (6/5): Pleasant - Location and the view Wifi was not that good, some food was not available and there was a limited selection, power out (at least in the morning), and the majority of the staff didn't speak English (translation app is very handy).

The scenery is just too perfect with breathtaking sea view and great for honeymoon trip. The staff is very friendly and super nice by willingly to fulfill my special request for honeymoon decoration. I could say I’m very satisfied with the services, environment and ambience, very recommended ! All good but I think It’d be great if there’s package with meal for dinner or breakfast

• Sascha (9/5): Superb - The bungalow was amazing: fantastic view and super spacious. Very clean and unlimited drinking water available. Location was also nice, calm and everything needed is reacable by motorcycle which we rented from the hotel. The restaurant was okay but very expensive compared to the rest of Indonesia. The pickup service from and to the harbour was expensive, we were informed about the price afterwards so we were quite surprised. Taking a grab would be 3 times less expensive.

• Jb (10/5): Perfect stay with ocean view and coral for snorkeling in front of your stay! - Superb location with ocean view, we stayed in one of the bungalows with our daughter of 15 years old. Quiet location, very spacious room with good airconditioning. Very beautiful spot with coral and fish in front of the hotel, easily to swim around with high tide. Snorkeling mask available at the reception. Sandy (manager) is great and helps with everything. Organizing taxi and snorkeling / dolphin trip. Restaurant at the location is also offering good food. Also possible to rent scooters at the location, which is easy for getting around the island. The location is very quiet, which we loved. With the scooters you can travel easily to other parts of the island.

• Tommy (9/5): Superb - Very peaceful and beautiful place on weh island. Friendly staff and Sandy speaks good english. Water in the room is very nice and shower works very well. Clean bed and sheets, we love the place and would highly recommend it! A bit remote but solvable by renting a car or a motorbike.

• Rebecca (8/5): Lovely stay - thanks Sandy - Enjoyed our stay in Paradise. Seemed like we were the only people in the hotel. Room had a shared bathroom, it was all basic but clean. Sandy was a lovely host, very accommodating and helpful. We hired a motorbike through him. Chef at the restaurant was also excellent. There is not much around this area but sitting on a nice secluded beach was really nice.

• Rashed (6/5): Pleasant - Staff at the hotel, from Sandy to the cooks and the other staff, were very friendly, helpful and helped with booking the taxis and renting of scooters. Food at the restaurant was good. We stayed in the bungalow at the beach. The room had way too many ants. The toilet seat and other parts of the bathroom were filled with mold (see the picture). This made our stay very uncomfortable. Location is a bit far from the snorkeling sites and restaurants on the island. However, the hotel is right on a beautiful beach (but not for snorkeling).

• Eleonor (5/5): Passable - Quiet location. The person who manages the guesthouse is quite a character. Acting a lot. Making inappropriate jokes with me (I'm solo traveling and a woman). Didn't like the vibe of the place at all. The manager also knocked at my door at 11:20 to let me know I should leave the room while the check out is at 12pm. Not polite. I found the bathroom and floors dirty in general. Plus the staff looks lazy, always smoking cigarettes. No AC in the room, no private bathroom for that price... Room furniture, and the premises look old. Bathroom: shower water pressure is weak. Renting the scooter is pretty expensive there, better to rent it when you arrive at the ferry (70k). The hotel has really not a good value in my opinion. I booked the room at the last minute, I should have checked thoroughly, I regret. I had no fun or pleasure staying there. The restaurant in the guesthouse is also very pricey (60k for Gado Gado that has a worm in it, they just said sorry but they just didn't care) and has nothing special. Better eating at K'ani at the beach near by (the lady is very friendly), Pasir Putih beach. There are some stalls "warung" around as well where you can have standard indonesian food for a way better price.
• Thomas (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful and quiet location, staff were friendly and very helpful, and rooms were lovely.
• Mclean (10/5): Absolute beachfront and serenity - We had stayed at 2 other guest houses on Pulau Weh but this was the best by far. Really clean and spacious rooms with aircon and the restaurant food was superb, with local and western dishes available. There was a large selection of fresh fish including Tuna, dorado and lobster. There is even a large coral reef 50m offshore that is jam packed with tropical fish.
• Andrew (10/5): It literally is paradise on a beautiful island 🏝 - Staying here was the highlight of our trip with huge rooms, fans and aircon, its felt like we were back in civilisation after travelling through Sumatra for 2 weeks. The views across the ocean are fantastic and the sunset is one of the best I have ever experienced. Thank you to Sandy who was the most amazing host and look forward to returning!
• Dennis (10/5): Great host, great location and great accommodation - The location of this accommodation is great. We watched many great sunsets. Sandy is the best host we’ve ever had and also the other people working there were very friendly. Sandy is really enthusiastic and funny, but can also be serious if he needs to. We booked 3 nights initially, but extended this for 3 additional nights. Especially the houses next to the beach are amazing. We really felt like home.

• Michael (9/5): We will definitely be back - and that says a lot for us! - Fantastic location. Very peaceful. The resident comedian (Sandy) kept us entertained. We visited during the rainy season but were very lucky to have excellent weather. Snorkelling straight off the beach is amazing. Could do with some sunloungers but we wouldn’t change anything else.
• Scott (9/5): Relaxing and Remote - Tte property and room was very nice. Hot water , comfy bed and large specious room. nNice to wake up to the sound of the ocean. Dandee was a fabulous host and the other staff were friendly and warm. The food at the restaurant was consistently good. The only real issue I had was that the food was way over priced. Double the price of other resorts on the island. Because of its remote location and not many other options for food nearby, the prices are raised in my opinion unfairly. Small areas of improvement … It woukd be nice to have a few recliner chairs either near the rooms or on the property. people want to lay back and soak in the sun. very hard to do on hard benches.

• Joris (8/5): great view and decorations - the view from the rooms is the best thing about this location. the host Sandy is a really kind man and if you ask something, he will try to help. He is also really kind to the little cats, nice to see. the location is a bit far from other things in the area, as restaurants or diving centers. So you need a scooter or mainly stay at this resort. they have a private beach and there is a map of the coral. but they only have fins and no mask or snorkels. So due to the stinging fish and shallow coral that you like to see before swimming, is it a pitty that it isn’t there.
• Donna (10/5): Amazing beachfront paradise - Everything. I stayed in a bungalow on the beach and it was just beautiful. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed and the view of the ocean was so stunning. I could not fault anything at all. The staff were very helpful and booking was very easy as I upgraded to the bungalow and the property were very quick to reply to let me know it was ok. It rained. But I can hardly hold the hotel responsible for that. I was literally in Paradise and the weather didn't behave.
