- Tom (7/5): - Nice location and the fish pond was really cool. AC was nice, and the shower was also really good. Very small blanket, luckily after asking we got a bigger one but it still was not a very good blanket. Also lots of ants and other insects in the room.

So I think you can stay there, cause it’s perfect especially for a night - Well, hard to say cause I couldn’t enjoy it really cause in the female dorm room where bed bugs BEDBUGS in the female dorm room. Left immediately after discovering them. The stuff were pretty chill about them and one even asked me why I am leaving. Like excuse me? This should be alarming

- Eggert (10/5): - Das Hostel befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Epi Einkaufszentrum. Die Raumkapsel wie man sie nennt ist breit genug mit Vorhang, Steckdose und Licht. Ein großer Aufenthaltsraum ist auch gut, Bad u Toiletten ebenfalls gut. Das Hostel ist empfehlenswert.

- Damien (6/5): - Good for a cheap night stay and it was comfortable enough. The beds in the shared dorm were not that clean when I arrived. They had cobwebs and dust/bugs on them - clearly hadn't been slept in for a while. Once the sheets where change it was all good.

- Angus McColl (10/5): New, comfortable, modern facilities. I would stay here again. - My room was big with a comfortable bed and good wifi. Good hot water. The facilities seem new. There is a nice fish pond on the ground floor with amazing gold fish. A nice touch. Location was away from the city centre but there was a shopping mall within a short walking distance. Hotel is in a laneway so is quiet. No smoking in the rooms.

- Yanxin (8/5): - My friend and me stayed in this beautiful hotel for one night after our Rinjani climb. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, with the concierge manned by polite staff who speaks decent English. Our room was spacious and even had a small balcony furnished with seats and a table. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a great night’s sleep here. A couple of downsides though. First, the Wifi uses a login page and disconnects ever so frequently. The internet speed also slows down after some time. Second, there seems to be no hot water during the night since I switched on the hot tap and waited under the cold shower for more than five minutes to no avail. It’s ironic that there’s a sign asking us to save water when we had to wait quite awhile with the shower running before realising there’s no hot water coming today.

- Rebecca (8/5): - It was cozy, pretty much in the middle of the centrum. Only a 5min walk from the mall. Many (local) restaurants and laundry services nearby. The beds were comfy and we all got our own bathroom stuff. The backpackers room were at the last floor and they didn't had any elevators. You have to carry your bags all the stairs up.

- Hazel (10/5): Perfect for a night - Dorm was super clean and the beds were so spacious and comfortable. The perfect stay if you’re looking for somewhere to be overnight before the Komodo tour!
- Luke (9/5): Amazing location and exceptional cleanliness. - Even though I was in a dormitory there were no other guests so it was excellent in terms of privacy. The hotel had lots of thoughtful touches like a small rack in the capsule for your stuff and fairly large lockers that allowed you to store a large backpack with no trouble. A very nice touch was some soft recessed lighting that illuminated the floor and the capsules when the main light was off. For me the bed was a little soft so I woke up with a sore back. But I'm quite tall and heavy so maybe other travellers won't have the same issue. Just one A/C unit means it takes some time for the room to cool down.

Bed sheets stained. Couldn't lock the room door as no key, and 6 beds, didn't feel safe enough, but very quiet when I was there so ok.

No facilities for hot drinks or any food My husband in hospital and receptionist watched my drag 2 sets of luggage down 2 flights of stairs with no help. I am 64 so a bit of help would have been appreciated.

Its is in the city and quite near the mall. Food menus are available inside you room. you can order easily and they deliver in hotel. its good if you just wanted to spent night as it's not big hotel and you may not get around in the hotel a.c in our room was not working. we were just their for a night and it went a bit bad beacuse of a.c
