The host was very kind offering us advices about good places to eat, how to arrive at different objectives, even helped us with the transfer to airport at an early morning hour. Muy recomendable Para lo espaciosa que es la habitación, echamos de menos un lugar donde sentarse dos personas, sólo dispone de una silla. Pero la verdad es que prácticamente solo utilizamos la habitación para dormir.

La habitación era muy amplia,la cama muy cómoda y todo muy limpio.😍 La ubicación también es punto a favor,de allí se puede llegar andando,15 min, hasta los principales puntos turísticos o coger los autobuses.Conocer Roma es recorrer las calles,vivir el ambiente...una zona segura. No fue placentera la experiencia de quedarse sin agua en medio de la ducha. _______ There is a problem with the water pressure in the building, and twice, I was without water service. I informed Clavdia, and she explained what I needed to do to restore service. The experience was not pleasant.☹☹☹

Good sized room for this city. Very clean place. Close to main rail/metro station and good restaurants. I doubt that you can find a better place at this price point in Rome. I can't think of one.

Nice location near the Termini station but you feel yourself not like near all these "beauty" of the surroundings of train station. A lot of good restaurants, shops, by foot you can reach all the Roma sightseeings. • Anna (10/5): Exceptional - The room was comfy, clean and light-full, big enough for two. Claudia is really unforgettable person. She was highly helpful, very warm and extremely nice to us. During our 5-day stay we received all the necessary treatment: bottled water, towels and toiletry, room cleaning, guidelines and advices on what to see and were to eat. Just in front of the building’s entrance there were 5 bars(restos) serving amazing Italian kitchen. The location was convenient too, as it was 7mins walk from the station (buses, trains, metro).

• Bozhena (10/5): Exceptional - We checked in a little later than usually possible, still Claudia took herself a lot of time to give us information, tips and answers for Rome. Unfortunately, we became sick in the next morning, so we had to stay in the room for basically 4 days. Claudia helped us a lot with everything, especially she let us stay an additional night with very short notice to help us with the situation. Also the room itself was pretty modern, clean and is in a great location!

She did check our comfortability on daily basis and if we were stuck anywhere she was always there to help. The room was neat clean and very spacious and all in all its in a prime location 5-6 minutes from the Roma Termini station, Metro station and 1 minute from the local bus stop.

It's close to 2 metro stations (Termini, Republica) and Termini train station. If you like walking, you can walk to famous touristy spots without taking any transportation to avoid the crowd. The owner Claudia and the staff Jacopo were very accommodating and responsive to all my questions, and even provided maps and recommendations for local restaurants and daily travel plans. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay here.

• Jakub (9/5): Superb - Great localisation, perfect communication with host - Claudia has been extremely helpfull with her recommendations, highlights of things worth seeing in Rome, etc. Apartment is located on a rather loud street, which despite its drawback at night, provides you with plenty of resautrants, caffes, breakfast places, shops, etc. Its a short walk from Rome Termini and you can even walk from the apartment to Vatican in 40 minutes if you enjoy strolls :) Moreover, there is an AC which is crucial when heat waves hit Rome. Lastly, the host has offered us free of charge, daily cleaning services which were lovely! Loved our stay there and would definietly come back! Thank you Claudia! Maybe a kettle and mugs would be useful but besides that, everything was really really good!

• Christos (9/5): Nice stay at Clavdia's - The room was very comfortable in every way, also clean and warm, the bed is big and comfortable, the staff very friendly, the location is near to metro and the shuttle bus for the airport.I will certainly be staying here again. I would prefer extra thick curtains so that no light comes early in the morning, but I know that this isn't a real problem for most of the people.
