• Misty (3/5): Ok place but were had no clue what they were doing.., - The property was fine but I’m not sure if it was a BOOKINGS thing or a motel issue but they royally screwed up the payment. It was reserved under one credit card - we asked to change cards upon arrival. They were TOTALLY confused. Then said they fixed it (updated the card being charged) but never truly did.

• jbcm12 (10/5): Pleasant - A nice place to stay and pet friendly. The morning front desk person gave our dog a treat. Breakfast was very good. The cinnamon rolls were delicious. The scrambled eggs and bacon were delicious as well. The pancake making machine took me a minute to figure out. I would offer be patient. It’s working. The coffee machine was top notch. The furnishings appear new and stylish. Give them a look if you visit Alliance

• Keri (5/5): - It was nice, clean, and easy to access The bed was hard as concrete. The toilet was very low and there were no hand rails to help. Majority of the yogurt in the breakfast area was expired by 10 days.

• Franck (8/5): - Good location and very clean. Staff was really nice. The air conditioning in our room was so loud we could not turn it on. Breakfast was OK.
• Gail Fenwick (7/5): Stressfilled. - Our room was clean quite. Chairs during breakfast were wet. I had to use guest washer and dryer to clean and dry our cloths before attending funeral in Hemingford. I told the receptionist when I went to purchase laundry soap and change. She told me they had a company clean chairs the night before. 🤔 I was very disappointed that they didn't offer to clean and dry our clothes. The ladies bathroom in the lobby that I used while cleaning our cloths had NO toilet paper.

• Blu-Perch (8/5): Good hotel for a short stopover - My husband and I stayed here for an overnight on our way to South Dakota. It was quiet, clean and had your regular fare for breakfast. They also had a gym which was nice to have while travelling.

• Cgent00 (2/5): Zero Customer Service - Front desk clerk never greeted upon arrival, then assigned me to a room that had not been cleaned. After informing him of the mistake, he clearly could care less and reassigned me to a single room even though I had paid for a king. Again, I informed him of the mistake and again he could care less…no apology, no explanation and assigned me for a third time to a different room. I later informed property management about my issues and the lack of customer service or care from the front desk employee. The property manager apologized for the incident and quickly moved on. The zero customer service and lack of care is obviously a culture and starts at the top at this location.

• Nicholas (4/5): - My overnight stay was a nightmare. Literally. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and what made the experience a double-nightmare was the room’s horrific air quality and non-existent air-circulation. I understand the windows cannot open given we were on the 3rd floor but WOW! Stuffy head, clogged nose, and sinus issues were all results from staying at the Holiday Inn in Alliance, NE. I arrived to the hotel in a normal state and within 12hrs, My wife and I felt as if we were leaving the hospital with a prescription, after this experience. Never again.

• Brit (7/5): - Very comfortable. Stains in shower and toilet. Glass doors on shower were almost unable to see through. Inside the elevator had runs all over the stainless like someone didn't dry it after washing it. It just seems like it doesn't carry it's age well.

PS The Kurleg coffee machine in the room was a big plus! We carry 1/2 & 1/2 and our own coffee on trips! My only critique, I'm an old guy with arthritis, the tub was slippery and no grab bar to get in and out. Again, that is the ONLY critique!

The breakfast was very good, tasty and good variety. The woman cooking and taking care of the breakfast was terrific and should be commended. This was the best Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. I was disappointed there was no hot tub and the vending options were a little scarce but it certainly didn't affect our stay.

• Sweep (8/5): Overall, the hotel was great. The staff was great. The food was great. I would say my day was great. - This is a new property so everything was clean and bright and perfect. The room was very spacious could not have asked for more great breakfast and staff was amazingly friendly. The only thing I would add to the property as a hot tub. Possibly some insulation in between floors our neighbors upstairs were quite noisy one day.

• katemG4159BD (10/5): 5 Stars - Traveling from Missouri to South Dakota we decided to forgo our reservation in Thedford. Sadly the hotel there was run down and the restaurant Nextdoor was closed on a Sunday. Thankfully HIE had a room and we were beyond pleased. New, fresh, clean, and quiet. Worked out just fine! Complimentary breakfast bar hosted by Linda was enjoyable.

I picked stickers out of our Bernie doodles legs and face for over an hour. They need to spray or get rid of the weeds.
