- daniel (10/5): Amazing stay felt like home. - Such a great team working at the happy life Jade goes above any place i have stayed to help and to even book and sort tours getting u cold drinks and making sure everything is spot on fresh fruit and water to your room everyday or if you asked. Moon who cleaned room done a great job also and happy to bring fresh towels if you asked Triexi was also helpful when Jade was not around or was busy helping someone else Ruby waitress was a great worker also they all were dont know any other names to mention location is great to the main market and some great food spots. Norah Spa next door is a must if you stay they will give u the best and best value massage in the city ill be back in november and ill be staying here again great value great people

- Michayla (8/5): Wonderful and would stay again. - The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were attentive and more than willing to help with anything they could. The beds were very comfortable, rooms cleaned daily, seamless check-in and checkout experience. The rooftop is quite nice to sit at, cocktails were pretty nice as well. The pool looked very clean and someone was always making sure the area was well maintained. Would definitely stay again. If I was being truly picky I would say it’s just a bit rundown in general but still exceeded expectations, especially at this price point, and adds to its charm. The room we (410), the mini fridge didn’t really keep anything cold, and the rain-shower head was installed too close to the edge of the bath, so the water spray went outside of the shower area; but those are easy fixes.

- W6603ZXjuliek (10/5): Top Notch - We stayed at this well located hotel in District 1 for 2 nights and were immediately taken with the professionalism and sincere kindness of Jade upon check in and everyt tme we returned from sight seeing. What an asset she is to this place. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet on level 8 with lovely views and sunshine. The range of food is very good and had great service from Ruby, John and Lung.. thanks guys! We would happily stay here again!

- Allan (10/5): Overall a nice 7 night stay. A staff member named Jade was the star of our stay. Always pleasant and accommodating, cons - Pleasant hotel just outside the hustle and bustle of District 1. Walking distance to Ben Thanh Market, lots of food and coffee shops nearby, and massage spas of course. The rooms were neat and well kept. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment some mornings, and access to the rooftop pool was challenging and a bit daunting sometimes. The rooftop bar was only attended at certain times of the day, which means you need to walk downstairs to the restaurant to order food and drinks during the day.

- Janelllee123 (9/5): Very central location, lovely rooms and pool area and first class reception staff. - We travelled as a group of old friends and this was the perfect spot for us. We were so lucky to receive wonderful room upgrades which made our trip even more special. We loved the skybar and pool area, such a gem to find in such a central location of HCMC old town. The pools are always small in the narrow buildings, but they have managed to create a great space up there. Breakfast was a large selection, and the egg station was a favorite with eggs cooked to your liking, including omelettes. Trixie and Jade were the most amazing hosts who went over and above helping you have a first class stay. I would have to say the bar manager was the only disappointment in attitude and consistency in pricing, but we refused to let that dull the excellent work done by everyone else at the hotel to make this a wonderful place to stay. Only person not super helpful was the bar manager in the skybar.

Jade was very polite and made us feel home as our flight was late in the evening. She constantly made sure we were comfortable. Anything we asked was not a drama atall. Quang was our room attendant- very proactive, and professional. Tham-catering staff- accomodated our requests. I look forward to staying again at happy life.

- Beverly (9/5): Nice in middle of HCMC - Really nice hotel in the middle of Ho Chi Minh City with a pool. Staff are lovely. The pool is hard to get in and out of, no ladder. The shallow end is only about knee high but too deep to easily get out.

- Dean Louis (9/5): Nice, small hotel with great rooftop pool. - Nice reception area. Comfortable bed and quiet room. Great staff. The pool deck was good and we enjoyed the rooftop cocktails. The little gym was handy and had a nice view. Breakfasts were excellent and the restaurant was nice and bright. 15 minute walk to the river, but very close to the covered market and the art museum, which was excellent. The room was small and a bit tired. The bathroom was tiny and water went onto the floor when using the shower. There was some noise from the adjacent building site, but not bad.

Der var pænt og rent og alt personale, var fantastisk søde og hjælpsomme (speciel tak til Jade, som har hjulpet os meget med transport). Der er en dejlig varieret morgenmadsbuffet med et stort udbud.

The room was clean, and the location was close to tourist attractions. Staff, especially their concierge are really helpful. We like the ambiance of their rooftop bar with the pool, its really relaxing. Just that during our stay, there's a renovation happening at the lobby. And also, no early check-in for us :( albeit I know its upon availability but still I expected just a little.

- John (6/5): - Really nice people in the restaurant, Bit dated, front desk were quite fasidious about the booking procedures, booking was not in the same name as the credit card so could not finalize booking and threatened to cancel the booking, this happened on the day of our arrival while we were still flying in. In the end I just put the rooms into the credit card name and it went through, in all.the years I have booked on this format I have never struck this before. Just created a lot of unnecessary stress.

The prearrival communication was awful, threatening to cancel our booking as our credit card details did not match exactly our booking name. Have never had that issue with booking.com. The whole hotel smelled. Staff were bland and depressing. Breakfast was basic, stale bread. Cocktails on rooftop were terrible.

Staff were great and very helpful. The room and facilities (pool or rooftop bar) were a bit run down compared to the photos online.

- Jane Luby (9/5): Excellent, fairly priced, well located hotel - we could return! - This hotel represents great value for money and had everything we needed for our stay in Ho Chi Minh city. The room was spacious, well furnished, comfortable and clean (special thanks to room attendants Loon and Nga). The air con worked well (which was important as it was very hot outside during our stay!). Breakfast provided varied choice and staff, including Ms Ruby, were very attentive. All of the reception staff were pleasant, particularly Jade who provides a friendly face and anticipates your every need! It was great to have the pool and sky bar to use. The hotel is well located a few minutes from Ben Thanh market and we could walk to key sites like the war remnants museum, post office, independence palace etc in around 20 mins. Jade helps with booking any trips you may require. Just a small point but there were not enough electrical sockets in the bedroom and they were not conveniently located. One was behind the toilet!
- Eveline (4/5): Not worth the money - The location is very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful The price is too high for what it offers. The bathroom floods as soon as you turn on the shower, and if you’re lucky, you might not have cockroaches in your room (we had two). The breakfast isn’t very tasty, the entire hotel feels unfinished as if it’s still under construction, and the photos online look nothing like the reality.

Freundliches Servicepersonal!! 2 Doppelzimmer waren gebucht; eins mit Doppelbett und eins mit zwei Einzelnen; beide zum gleichen Preis!!Das erste entsprach den Beschreibungen der Buchung und war ok. Das zweite Zimmer war wie eine Zelle ohne Fenster !!!!!!!So etwas gibt es zwar im Land , war aber nicht von mir gebucht!!!! Das ganze ist eine absolute Frechheit! Ich fühle mich betrogen!!!! Abgesehen davon ist die Unterkunft extrem hellhörig. Die Zimmertüren haben einen Spalt. Man hört vom Flur jedes Geräusch!!!! Absolute Enttäuschung!!!

- 840miket (10/5): Honey Moon in Southeast Asia - This hotel is very clean and very elegant. Wow! Prices is very affordable. The staff here are very professional and super courteous. They made us felt very special and welcomed the time we stepped up the stairs and entered the lobby. I couldn’t praise them enough. Thank you so very much for their exceptional service. Jade, Linh, Nguyen, and of course I cannot forget to mention Ms.Tham and entire staff here for their job well done! Jade and her staff is always smiling and always trying to make sure that we are having a wonderful stay at this hotel. I hate to say this, but I don’t get this kind of service at many Hotels in the USA. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Ho Chi Minh City/ Saigon.

- Erhard (10/5): Great stay! - We had a great stay! The room was clean, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the famous market. The rooftop bar was fantastic as well, with stunning views and a really enjoyable atmosphere.

- guddo (8/5): Very good location - The hotel is very well located ..central in District 1, very near Ben Thanh market. The rooms however, are very small. Also please check very well while booking, as many of their rooms are without windows. Specially if that is important for you, like it was for me. The staff is not friendly and quite unhelpful. Do not expect smiles or any warmth in hospitality. They offer one free drink per room everyday, but that comes with riders, and is available only after 8 pm. The drinks in the bar are also highly over priced. The location of the hotel is the only attraction.
