- Andrea (8/5): Un lugar limpio, tranquilo y confortable. - La habitación cómoda y limpia. El personal muy atento. Mucho ruido en la noche. Abrían y cerraban puertas, prendían luces. El desayuno puede tener varias alternativas.

- René (8/5): - Tiene bebidas calientes gratis permanentemente. Ideal para descansar. No molestan. No posee parqueadero propio. No posee piscina.

- Margarita (7/5): Good - Location, easy access to the center of the town, good breakfast, friendly staff, the manager assigned to us quiet rooms. In both rooms we booked, we found bedbugs stick to the bed sheets. I notified the management about the issue
- Orlando (5/5): Passable -
- Day (10/5): Great Stay in Fusagasuga - Everything... the included breakfast... the great friendly staff... the location was in the center of everything. 1st room was very quiet... 2nd room with jacuzzi was more noisy but had an incredible view. There was nothing I disliked
- Dario (6/5): Nice facility but too noisy - The facility is clean, comfy beds and kind staff Location is by a main avenue, therefore, it’s noisy and difficult to sleep and rest at.
- Johana (8/5): Very good -
- Estelle (7/5): Clean and well located hostal which is good for one night - - clean hostal in the center of the town
- basic facilities - very noisy with the road , not good insulation
- Troy (6/5): Didn't honor reservation. - After communicating with hotel letting them know I would be arriving late, and they acknowledged that I would be late.. when I arrived they had given my room away. The person that answered the door was kind enough to call a different hotel and get us a room.. I do appreciate that very much or the rating would be much lower.
- Gustavo (9/5): Superb - . .

- NOEL (2/5): - We arrived at 1:00 pm and according to the listing in hotels.com, checking is at noon. The policy at the hotel is check in at 3. No attempt to accommodate us. Policy is policy according to the clerk (who we eventually learned he is also the hotel manager). We chose the room because of the in-room hot tub. Upon check-in, we were told that due to water restrictions in the city, we couldn’t use the hot tub. With no A/C, we had to have the windows open. The room is just above the busiest street in the city with constant diesel smell/noise, horns honking, and people yelling. The shower head was so restricted that the water flow was nothing more than a trickle (no bath tub) and what water did trickle out constantly fluctuated from freezing cold to scalding hot. The complimentary hot breakfast was delicious, though. Overall, I consider this hotel to be the worst I’ve EVER experienced! We have nicknamed it “The Hotel from Hell.
- Marynes (10/5): Wonderful place to stay - It was beautiful everything really clean the Jacuzzi was amazing, several restaurants and shops around and a short walk to the city center! I loved it!
- Scott (8/5): - Great service, very centrally located.
