• Jaydev (1/5): DIAPPOINTED WITH THIS BOOKING PROPERTY - MY BOOKING WERE CHANGED AND SHIFTED TO OTHER HOTEL, SINCE I VISIT FOR BUSINESS TRIP WITH CONFRIRMATION OF MEETING ONE O=BY ONE FOR FULL DAY BUT WHEN I WAS VISITED PROPERTRY TO CHECK IN THEY SAID UR BOOKING IS CANCELLED AND SHOFTED TO OTHER HOTEL, SO I HAVE WASTED MY TIME AND LOOSE OF MY BUSINESS MEETING AS WELL AS BUSINESS CLINT NOT TO MEET THEM ON COMITTED TIME. • Ma Isabel Nicole (1/5): - I booked this in advance and informed of my arrival at 11pm from the airport and was acknowledge when I arrived at the hotel they said they cancelled my booking on that same day in this app and imagine 1am all my luggage and was so tired i have to find another hotel.

At least could have provided the room in mid night Tried to connect with booking.com.but no response.

We made numerous calls to fab hotel but no one answered.after much discussion we were offered a substandard room for the price of a suite.
• Ginson (2/5): Horrible. Never again - Didn't take breakfast Check in process was cumbersome. The guy at the reception was not competent. He didn't know how to check for reception. I did a late check in. Just took the hotel for a couple of hours sleep. My sleep was interrupted and I was asked to go to reception to clarify regarding the booking, even after paying full amount, giving my ID card original and showing the booking number. Too unprofessional. The whole place looked congested and the stairway to hotel was scary. Bathroom unclean

• Ageeks (9/5): Superb - staff are very respectful and helpful also my room was very good for my accommodation purposes also the location was near to my destination which is better for me there isn`t programs preset from the hotel or even recommended, required more items for sell like supermarket inside the place there is loud voices near to my room almost all of the day but it didn`t bother me more breakfast not provided

Cockroaches were roaming inside the room, bed and blanket were stinking. Toilet had a permanent stink. Tea was always served cold, was served idlis soaked in tea for breakfast on the last day.

The location is very good close to JB Nagar metro. There are a lot of food joints around this place. Fab Hotel Veera, It was one of the worst experiences I've had in my lifetime. I booked this hotel through booking.com for 3 days I paid Rs.2400/ day. I stayed in room number 218. The lock of the room was broken it seems. Whenever I want to enter the room I have to call up a room boy for me to enter. Worst experience no.1 The hand shower was leaking. Leaking means the water was not dripping. It was flowing fast. Worst experience no.2 The main tap was broken. But somehow I managed it. Worst experience no3. When I raised this issue during the check- in at the hotel, they said they have informed the plumber and he has not come yet. He didn't turn up all the 3 days. I was asked to adjust. The walls of the rooms were not painted properly and there were a lot of patches in the walls. The fan did not have a regulator. So all the time the fan will run fast. The blankets were not cleaned properly. Good points to be highlighted Hot water was available all the time. I do yoga daily. There was a good big space like an open terrace. So I comfortably did yoga all 3 days. The location is very good close to JB Nagar metro. There are a lot of food joints around this place. The hotel is close to Kannaki wall street and Solicitor plasa and in such pathetic maintenance. According to me the rooms maybe worth Rs.1000/night. I'll never recommend anyone to stay in this Hotel.

• Koustubh (1/5): Avoid it unless desperate - Nothing Dirty bathroom and fittings not working, very very small n congested room. Not even water was given. Please avoid there are many other hotels in Mumbai with atleast decent facilities at same price
