- Sascha (10/5): Stunning clean and amazing owners - It was already the second time I stayed in the apartments. It was absolutely amazing. The apartment was the cleanest we ever saw. The owner was very very nice and help us to check in …also he offered us to leave our luggage for 3 hours after checkout what helped us a lot. To the apartment: The metro and bus is just around the corner . Kitchen is fully equipped with everything …even sponge, towel, dishwasher, washing machine. All Perfect. Thank you very much very much. I will come again. Shower has a lot of pressure and is nicely warm. Towels are lovely. The owner was very helpful and could always be reached by what’s App. Really great. Thank you.

- Radka (10/5): - Výborne zariadený bytík. Nič v ňom nechýbalo. Komplet vybavená kuchyňa, kúpeľňa. Oddelené vecko. Pohodlná posteľ. Privítala nás veľmi milá pani. Počas celého pobytu sme boli s ňou aj s pánom majiteľom v kontakte cez whatsapp. Obaja veľmi ochotní a starostliví. Parkovanie v podzemnej garáži za poplatok, ale určite sa oplatí. Lokalita výborná. Hneď za rohom je stanica metra aj električiek. Dole na kraji budovy je mini obchodík vybavený všetkým, na čo si človek spomenie. Viem si predstaviť tam normálne aj bývať. Izby boli od seba pekne odhlučnené. Celý čas vyzeralo ako keby sme vôbec nemali susedov. Jediné čo sme počuli boli policajné hukačky cez netesniace okná. (Hneď oproti je budova polície) Ale nebolo to nič hrozné. Radi sa tam vrátime, keď sa budeme niekedy opäť chystať do Budapešti 🙂

- Boris (10/5): - Hostiteľ bol ochotný a celková vybavenosť ubytovania bola nad naše očakávania. Pán domáci nám poskytol všetky informácia a bol pripravený pomôcť a sme veľmi radi, že sme mohli byť práve u neho. Priestor bol čistý Ubytovanie je pri policajnej stanici a občasne bolo až moc počuť sirény, ale so štuplami v ušiach je to v pohode. Inak bolo všetko nad naše očakávania

- chanwon (9/5): - 주변에 바로 시내로 이동 가능한 지하철역이 있어서 매우 좋았으며, 생필품 구매가 가능한 슈퍼가 바로 밑에 있었고, 패스트 푸드점이 가까워서 매우 좋았습니다. 룸내부는 청소가 매우 깨끗히 되어 있었습니다. 세탁세제와 주방세제 배치가 완벽하였습니다. 거실에서 테라스로 나가는 창문은 외부 바람이 완전 차단되지 못한 아쉬움은 있었습니다. 룸내 별도의 티슈가 없으므로 챙겨 가는것이 좋겠습니다.

- Vlado (10/5): - Pest side. The flat is close to the tram station. So u can reach Buda side easily. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Very clean and good equipped. Home atmosphere and the host have experience what guests need. Easy to contact and very good communication. We all felt like at home. It was better here than in a 4 star hotel. U have kitchen to prepare your own home food.

- Niklas André (10/5): Modernes top ausgestattetes Apartment in ruhiger innenstadtnaher Seitenstraße. - Die Lage, direkt an der Haltestation Göncz Árpárd Városközpont (super zu erreichen per U-Bahn M3, Tram 1/1A und diverser Stadt- und Regionalbuslinien) ist perfekt gelegen, da man etwas außerhalb der Touristischen Zone der Innenstadt ist, dennoch einen schönen Stadtflair bekommt. An der Ausstattung ist nichts zu bemängeln, bei einem Aufenthalt von > 7 Nächten, werden sogar Handtücher usw. gewechselt, obwohl die Möglichkeit bestünde selbst zu waschen bzw. es mehr als genügend Handtücher gab. Der Vermieter ist auch absolut Freundlich und zuvorkommend (ich erhielt wegen eines defekten Fahrstuhls in meinem Treppenhaus ein anderes Appartement (Upgrade) obwohl der Vermieter natürlich nichts für den Defekt konnte. Das hat mich als Person mit Gehbeeinträchtigung sehr geholfen! Zudem wurde mir der Weg genauestens erklärt, sowie das Appartement einmal gezeigt inkl. Bedienung des Fernsehers und der Klimageräte. Ich werde definitiv nochmal bei Zoltan buchen. Nichts.

- gokhan (10/5): - Perfect place to stay with perfecct host. Close to public transport, restaurants and markets. Well equipped kitchen. Smart tv, fast wifi, washing machine, dish washer and fridge. Comfortable bed. It was a nice experience for us to stay there.

- Karolína (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was great. The owner was very nice, the location is great, close to public transport. We were able to store our luggage after our check-out so we were able to enjoy our last day in Budapest.
- Bogdan (10/5): Perfect location, perfect package, nicest host. - Absolutely best choice - best location, very close to underground, minutes away to downtown. The apartment is very spacious, very clean while the parking spot is a real blessing if you come by car. The staff is very friendly while all necessary details were conveyed regarding apartment amenities, public transportation, groceries’ stores (very nice bakery at ground level :) and so on. Big thanks to Nikoletta, fully indebted for her kindness!!!!! I will return here, very robust package, nicest host ever. Nothing at all
- Kalina (9/5): Superb - Wide and clean apartment on a walking distance from the public transport stations, which is always an extra plus when visiting cities as a tourist. There are two supermarkets nearby and there is also an option to use a garage when you travel by car. The apartment itself is very clean and renovated, with a terrace and all the needed if guests decide to cook or stay longer. Perfect and easy to go communication with the host. The noise from passing ambulances sirens coming from the hospital which is next to the building. Even with the windows closed, they can be heared all night long. Also, the pillows were too bulky and uncomfortable, at least for us. There were no spare ones. I know it’s not a hotel but I would recommend the host to think about additional as an option for the next guests.

It was spotlessly clean and located in a quiet, convenient area just outside the main city – perfect for accessing everything while enjoying a peaceful environment. The host was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, even lending me a plug adapter when I realized I had forgotten mine. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!
