• Mats (2/5): - Detta boende borde inte finnas. Detta är en vanlig lägenhet i en hyresfastighet där man byggt om för att få plats med fler rum. Rummen är otroligt små och det finns rum som inte har fönster ut. Stället är skitigt och sunkigt. När vi väl hittat fram till dörren var den låst. inget tydde på att det fanns något hotell/vandrarhem på platsen. Han som skötte stället svarade inte på telefon. Tack vare bofasta som skulle in i samma trappuppgång kunde vi ta oss in. de hjälpte oss även att hitta "managern". När vi väl fått kontakt fanns inget rum till oss fast vi hade förbetalt ett sådant. Vi blev hänvisade till en säng som stod i någon form av garderob mitt i lägenheten. Vi lämnade stället och tog oss till camping istället. (tält känns både bekvämare och säkrare än detta ställe. Vi blev lovade pengar tillbaks vilket de senare vägrade betala tillbaks."vi blev ju erbjudna en säng" hette det. Jag är medveten om att man får vad man betalar för, detta är ju ett billigt boende, men detta ställe har passerat gränsen för vad som är ett mänskligt boende, Man borde få betalt för att bo där. Jag fattar inte varför Hotels.com har detta boende. Jag har i alla fall tappat förtroendet för dom Hälsningar Mats

• Jostein (2/5): Unngå denne plassen - Her betalte me for eit opphold me ikkje fekk. Måtte booke nytt hotell og det blei dobbel så dyrt. Anbefales vis du vil bli irritert,få hjerteproblemer og kvitta deg med penger
• ahmet (6/5): - They did not have my expedia booking and sold my room. Luckily i had access to their lounge and wi fi. My wife called expedia from South Africa and held for on the phone for close to an hour!!! If you book international, you have to have immediate online help 24/7 via wifi. Writing 2 phone nrs and charges may apply is just rubbing salt in the wound. Calling you on international roaming is NOT AN OPTION!! That is the quickest way to lose customers. It is cheaper to book and pay another hotel, than pay int phone calls. If we have a problem; we should reach you ONLINE IMMEDIATELY, you call us back on wifi (not phone,). We do not hold, you call back after you verify and fix the problem. In short, Willy, Karl's assistant; did not kick me out; asked and cancelled another booking, gave me that clients room. Had to sit on the couch and wait for two hours! Otherwise i would be out on the street, and not bother writing this to you. I hope you have something to make up for this. At this stage, i am not booking expedia anymore.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - I had literally just checked in and the environment that was in the apartment and around was utterly disgusting. I was travelling alone across europe and this was the worst accomodation possible. I had moved out withing 5 mins of entering the place. The host was uncourteous and very rude. I had writtent regarding the same earlier but there was no response. My email address is hunarmahajan23@gmail.com and i will appreciate a message back from the company as i did not stay in the above said accomodation for even one night. This is highly unethical as it was portrayed differently on your website as well.
• Per Ove (8/5): Rimeleg og sentral overnatting - 5 rom delte samme bad/toalett(1rom) og stove m. kj.krok, kan bli trangt om plassen morgen og kveld. Slitt leilighet, klar for oppussing. Øydelagd terassedør, heldigvis i 3.etg. Så eg ikkje fikk besøk utifrå. + for stort kjøleskap og gode kokemuligheter. Sentralt plassert midt i handlegate på Grønland, med kort avstand til t-bane og busstasjon.

• Oscar Hovde (8/5): - Det var en veldig smidig opplevelse. Lett og lettbeint. Ikke noe tilsa at dette var noe annet enn det er. Et guesthouse der jeg kunne komme inn med svært lave skuldre. Helt OK rom, helt OK seng og supersentral beliggenhet. Det passet meg perfekt å ha et rimelig sted å overnatte, uten så mye om og men.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Would not recommend unless you are desperate - It is located in an area that feels unsafe, check in needs a local call to property manager (hard if you have no internet or local mobile). The place smells a lot of cigarettes despite claiming it is non smoking. Room was dirty (old pills on window sill) plus dust everywhere. Long story short, came in saw the place, left 5 minutes after, could not stand it. I have been on shared accommodation and understand that you get what you pay for. But this was not up to a decent standard.
