- Tracy (9/5): Very happy that we stayed at this hotel and would stay here again. - The staff are excellent and their graciousness exceeded expectation. Breakfast: delicious selection of Japanese foods at morning buffet. Appreciated that food items changed each day and were presented in small dishes — Pretty appearance, minimizes waste, and speeds up the buffet line. The hotel was in a great location close to many of the attractions. The floor in the public bath area was a little slippery. There was a slight odor in the bath area that could have benefited from a good scrubbing.

- Cecile (10/5): Excellent choix à Kanazawa - Un bel hotel avec un onsen très agréable au dernier étage offrant vue sur la ville et un emplacement très central pour tout visiter à pieds. Mais le vrai plus, c’est comme dit dans d’autres commentaires, le petit déjeuner extraordinaire avec un large choix de recettes japonaises délicieuses, le tout présenté dans de jolies coupelles. Presque un repas Kaiseki! Des produits plus occidentaux aussi pour les plus frileux. Nous avons aussi testé un soir le restaurant qui était très bien. Dommage pour un hotel de cette qualité que le personnel par ailleurs très agréable ne parle qu’un anglais très limité, mais comme souvent au Japon.

- Nelson (6/5): Hay mejores opciones por este precio - Está bien ubicado El alojamiento por su valor se considera de lo medio alto en Kanazawa y por esos valores creo que se pueden conseguir un mejor hotel, la habitación cumple, pero el baño tenía problemas , la puerta estaba mala, y al baño le falta espacio para este tipo de habitaciones, tienen un problema con el check in ya que todo el mundo espera abajo hasta que sean las 15:00 ya que no importa si estás tu habitación no te dejan hacer el check in antes. El restaurante de abajo es de mala calidad.

- Golfandtravelfan (10/5): Great choice - We stayed here two nights, one in a twin room, one with a king size bed, both really good. 20 minutes walking from the station, five minutes by Taxi. Just around the corner of the great Fish market, where there are excellent restaurants, a decent price, see my other reviews. Comfortable rooms, with a shower in the bath, which I don’t like, but it was ok. Dripcoffee and green tea maker in the room, but there is a Starbucks at five minutes walking. The bath on the top floor is an experience. We did not use the restaurant for breakfast or anything else so I cannot comment on that. For $80 this was a bargain.

The staff are incredibly helpful and make you feel very welcome. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very minor point - the only English speaking TV channel was CNN, but then we didn’t come to Japan to watch TV!
