The atmosphere is warm, peaceful, and very welcoming, making you feel at home from the very first moment. Even though the hotel is small, it has a special charm and a very personal touch. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious food for every taste. The garden adds a very relaxing atmosphere to the hotel. What makes this place truly exceptional, though, are the PEOPLE. The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and always ready to help with anything you may need. Their genuine hospitality made our stay especially memorable. Thanks a lot for making our stay so good!

- Grigorii (8/5): - Очень хорошо расположен в тихом переулке , вообще ни один звук не тревожит. От аэропорта ехать минут 25, вышло меньше 1000₽. Локация гуд. Выход сразу на Руставели, по мне так самый стильная и приятная улица. До старого города идти пешком минут 20-30, но зато красиво и приятно, или прыгнуть на автобус, 1 лари и 10 мин, или там же метро. Рядом много хороших заведений, и чувствуется безопасно. На респепшн все супер милашки, мужчина плохо понимал русский и Английский, позвал девушку, все быстро решили, заселили, посоветовали куда сходить покушать. Номер максимально стандартный, но СУПЕР чисто, просторно, все свежее, удобный шкаф с большим зеркалом, вешалки, большая кровать, розетки, тапочки, холодильник. Ванная приятная, в душе хорошо работает вода, есть фен. И главное балкон - тоже большой, есть деревянный столик и стульчики. Вид на соседние здания, но все равно атмосферно. Убирались каждый раз, когда вывешивали табличку на ручку двери, полностью замена постели, полотенчиков, даже пол мыли! Завтраки уютные, есть яйца, скрембл, ветчина, сыры, выпечка, апельсиновый сок, чай кофе. Внутри отеля очень милый дворик, в солнечную погоду вообще супер чилл. очень слабый вай фай, отсутствие вещей для гардероба (ложка для обуви, гладильная доска и тп.)

- Mariia (9/5): - Сподобалось місце розташування готелю, одразу біля проспекту Руставелі. Персонал дуже любʼязний. У нас в номері не було гарячої води, то вони з радістю поміняли нам номер, він був навіть кращим (доплату не взяли). Сніданки смачні, хоча і не дуже різноманітні, але голодними не залишитися. Окремий плюс за паркінг, він у готелю свій, то ж ваша машина буде у безпеці. Виду на місто не було з балкону, це не прям мінус був для нас, але коли він є то це завжди приємний бонус. Фен у номері працював не зовсім справно, перегрівався і виключався.

- Madina A (10/5): - Доброго времени суток. В этой гостинице останавливались уже несколько раз. Персонал вежливый - всё расскажут, покажут . Главный плюс (для нас) парковка в подвальном гараже. Чистота. Отдельная благодарность персоналу кухни. Завтрак разнообразный, а самое главное ВКУСНЫЙ. Будем здесь останавливаться в будущем.

- Владислава (10/5): Довольны и вернемся снова - Отель расположен в центре, но на тихой улочке и в номере тишина. Номер очень просторный и с большим балконом, так что курящим не придется бегать вниз. Есть стулья и столик для посиделок на балконе. Есть чайник, кофе и чай. В душе отличный напор нормальной горячей воды, которая сразу нагревается. Большой шкаф с зеркальными дверьми. Прекрасный матрас и широченная кровать. Соотношение цена качество просто идеальное. И очень отзывчивый и вежливый персонал.

- Ekaterina (8/5): Good experience in Tbilisi - The hotel is well-positioned next to two major roads, with easy access to public transport and shops. Vere Park, with a great playground, viewpoint and exercise area, is within walking distance, making it perfect for a stay with the kids. The hotel is located at a distance from the major roads, and there is no street noise. The room was spacious and clean. If you need service, you need to ask for your room to be tidied up. Not that it is extremely important, but keep in mind that breakfast is simple and the same every day, so if you stay for longer, you may take advantage of the great cafe nearby Hurma, which has great service and a variety of food for any taste.

- Elena (5/5): Хорошая локация, плохой сервис - Расположение, дизайн. Лифт только до 6 этажа, мы жили на 7. Прошлось просить воду, халаты, чай у персонала каждый день. В последний день пребывания на завтраке была несвежая еда и творог с плесенью. Сначала разрешили сидеть во дворике со своим вином, а когда мы спустились - уже сказали что нельзя.

Дали отличный номер на самом верхнем этаже! По первой просьбе все делали для нас! Даже когда мы поздно ночью приехали и где то в районе ресепшена или у входа в отель мы потеряли шапку, на следующей день нам ее нашли и вернули! Завтраки отличные! Очень чисто в отеле! Персонал на ресепшене очень дружелюбный и помогающий во всем!!!

- Ekaterina (7/5): - Отзывчивый персонал, помогли донести вещи до номера в первый день, заселили чуть раньше в номер. Удобное месторасположение недалеко от филармонии и остановок общественного транспорта. Большая комната и удобная кровать, чисто и есть все необходимое: зубная щётка, фен, гель, шампунь и тп. Завтрак разочаровал, самое обидное, что не включен в стоимость кофе. Сам завтрак с очень ограниченным выбором. Пандус у входной двери слишком крутой и узкий, а подъем высокий, было очень неудобно с двумя чемоданами подниматься. Лифт на последний этаж не едет, с 6 на 7 этаж нужно нести вещи по лестнице. Ну и третье разочарование, это то, что единственный раз, когда я попросила убрать номер (отель предоставляет услуги уборки ежедневно, это был мой выбор, не каждый день пускать уборку), то после обнаружила тряпку у себя в чемодане, такого я конечно не ожидала. - Aleksandr (6/5): Маловерочтно, что омтаноаимся еще раз, вариантов в той же локации много, чем мы собственно и воспользовались - Большой просторный номер, месторасположение очень удобное Раннее заселение только за деньги, вас не заселят, даже при наличии свободных номеров, мы приехали около 8, сказали номер готов, с вас 70% от стоимости суток. Чудовищный завтрак, отсутствует элементарная кофеварка, которая варит обычный фильтр, насыпали в чашку растворимый кофе из банки для всех) причем купить номер без завтрака нельзя. Уборка по просьбе. Большая кровать - это две одноместные, сдвинутые рядом, причем с двумя матрасами, а не с одним, неудобно. Интернет отвратительный. Все время отваливается и очень низкая скорость, за неделю проживания намучились, в лобби повеселее, но там было холодно работать.
