- Nataliia (6/5): - Отель расположен недалеко от моря и пляжа: минут 5 -7 неспешным шагом. Рядом много местных кафе, и, на наше счастье, была Piza Hut, где мы и обедали. Хозяйка отеля была приветлива и доброжелательно реагировала на наши просьбы Найти отель непросто: он расположен в жилом доме, заходить в него нужно через внутренний двор. К сожалению, вывеска отеля, фото номеров очень сильно отличаются от реальности. Ремонт, видимо, не делали ни разу, в коридоре и номерах грязно, мебель и постельное белье очень старые

- Evgeniya (3/5): Отвратительно. - Более менее только расположение Забронировали этот отель, потому что задержали рейс. Выбрали по стоимости, близости к аэропорту и отзывам. Нам нужно было пол ночи провести. Но такого ужаса мы не ожидали! Это просто отвратительное место, даже за бесплатно я бы не согласилась жить здесь. Очень грязно, кровати жесткие, ванная с туалетом убогие и все остальное тоже. Не знаю о какой приветливой хозяйке пишут. Нам повезло застать ее при заселении. Она просто выдала ключ и отправила самих на 4й этаж. Все! Больше мы ее не видели. О том что воду надо брать в холодильнике мы узнали из отзывов. Так называемую кухню о которой пишут в отзывах мы не нашли. Нужна была ложка. Но походив по холлу этого отеля аппетит напрочь пропал от грязи, хлама, который там везде. Одним словом не отель, а гадюшник.
- Evgeniia (9/5): за эту стоимость отель очень понравился - Расположение очень понравилось, для спокойного отдыха на пляже или для посещения экскурсий подходит отлично, если вы не собираетесь проводить в отель номер номере все свое время! до моря идти минут 8, любые автолцсные остановки в пешей доступности, бесплатная вода в холодильнике, кровать показалась очень даже мягкой Вайфай в моей комнате не ловил, мебель и ремонт староват, но за эту стоимость пойдет, тем более что я в номере сидеть у меня не было времени
- Ирина (10/5): - Остановились в этом замечательном отеле и хочу поделиться своими положительными впечатлениями. С первых минут пребывания ощутила атмосферу уюта и гостеприимства, хозяйка встретила нас ночью, мы её представили, что наш рейс задержали и она нас дождалась чтобы заселить. Рядом кафе, аптеки и до моря идти 5 минут. Чистота и порядок впечатляют. В отеле регулярно проводится уборка, санузлы всегда чистые и опрятные. Всегда есть вода в холе в холодильнике. Номера комфортные, с удобными кроватями и свежим постельным бельём. Общие зоны отлично организованы – есть место для отдыха и общения с другими путешественниками. Wi-Fi работает стабильно, что важно для поддержания связи с домом. В целом, пребывание в отеле оставило только приятные впечатления. Соотношение цены и качества на высшем уровне. Однозначно рекомендую это место всем путешественникам, которые ценят комфорт и уют! При следующей поездке обязательно остановлюсь здесь снова.

I really liked the location, it was very close to the beach, took me 3 - 4 minutes walk in my flip-flops to reach the sandy beach and get into the water. A lot of food vendors nearby and a small supermarket quite close (located in a small shopping mall). Excellent value for my money. Next time I come to Sanya I'll book my room there if they'll have one available.
