• Libor (2/5): Disaster - Free cookies and water Clean bed linen and towels. Very complicated check-in. You have to enter everyone's details into the app yourself, scan passports and take selfies from everyone, or they won't let you in. In the extreme heat and with the kids, I spent about 20 minutes on the sidewalk trying to figure it out because the website crashed several times. Never again! The whole house is a poorly repaired old ruin, immediately upon entering the house and the apartment you are hit in the nose by the smell of mold from the walls of the old house. Right next to the bed is falling plaster from mold. The old tiles were painted as camouflage. The apartment is miniature for 4 people. There is no refrigerator!! That was a big disappointment, we were expecting a kitchenette, let alone anything. Noisy air conditioning, it was impossible to sleep at all and without air conditioning the smell of mold was stronger. You can survive staying for one night, but for two days it was more difficult and we were looking forward to leaving.

• Andrade (10/5): Nice cozy room with a Terrace. Cute for couples. - The room was spacious and very clean. The terrace is very nice too. Location is a 30 minute walk to most of Florence attractions. There are close restaurants options too. Lucia is an amazing host. Would book again.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - There was so much less space than in the pictures! We had expected there would be more, since the photo showed a large space near the door. There was no fridge. The air conditioning wasn't very good, and the owner warned us not to turn it up because "it's august, so no one will come to fix it". Communications with the owner said there would be breakfast at the restaurant, however there was only cereal provided in the room. There was no indoor seating area, if we wanted to sit around a table to eat or play games it was in the rain. The air conditioner dripped onto the seats around the table outside. The bed covers were only wide enough to cover half the bed. The bathroom shower had mould, as did a picture in the hallway.
