• Chiho (7/5): - 広い部屋に無料でアプグレしてくれた。フロントスタッフの方々も感じ良かった。 シャワー栓の開閉が硬すぎてシャワーが出せず、スタッフ呼びに行った。工事系のおじさんが来てくれてシャワーは出せるようになったが、今度は完全に水を止めることができず、一晩中ちょろちょろ出しっぱなし状態だった。

• Cai Min (10/5): - Room condition is great. Very clean and comfortable bed. The size of the room is big enough to open my luggage in the room. The staff can communicate in English very well, which is very convenient to a tourist like me. The airport bus is only 300m away from the hotel. Turn left and walk for 2 min for the bus stop. It is also very close to the bus stop and train station which makes going everywhere very simple.

• Jacqueline (10/5): Great trip - The perfect location for us, and a quick walk to the subway. Great view from the 14th floor. Great breakfast, super helpful staff. Quiet room. VERY comfortable bed. Not sure this is a dislike. The roof top bar was under renovation, and we have enjoyed that. But my daughter lives 5 buildings away from the hotel and was able to share some of her haunts.

• Holly (9/5): Great choice in Gangnam! - This an excellent boutique hotel in Gangnam, very close to a metro station and bus stations. Walking distance to COEX. Our room was awkwardly shaped but overall very comfortable with an amazing bathroom. The breakfast is excellent as well with both Korean and Western options.

We stayed in a room w a balcony/terrace & the entrance to that room was big enough to store all of our 6 cases w no problem Also both bathroom & shower room (separate) were big as was the bedroom itself… Last: staff were very nice Not the property as such but breakfast was a little sparse, this is minor but if you’re a big morning eater perhaps skip the hotel breakfast option & go to a nearby coffee shop.

• Nara (10/5): - CI시 직원분들 친절하셨고, 방도 깔끔하고 정돈이 잘 되어 있었음. 실내 디자인도 괜찮았고 침구도 포근해 잘 잤음. 근처에 또 올 일 있다면 재투숙의사 있음.

• ?? (10/5): - 가장 좋았던 점은 침대가 너무너무 폭신해서 꿀잠 잤어요!! 시몬스꺼인지 좋은거 쓰신다던데 진짜 좋더라구요.. 그리고 가운도 엄청 보들보들 따수워요. 여기 투숙하시면 가운은 꼭 입어봐야할 정도.. 체크인 아웃할때 직원들도 너무 친절하시구 지나갈때마다 먼저 웃으면서 인사해주셔서 기분이 좋았답니다! 충전기도 프론트에서 대여가능하고 특히 조식을 하루전날 결제하면 더 저렴하게 먹을 수 있는 것도 좋더라구요. 이번에는 바빠서 못먹었지만 ㅜ 다음 투숙 때는 할인받아서 조식도 이용해볼거에요!

• SANGBAE (6/5): - 인천공항에서 한 방에 연결되는 공항버스가 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 공항버스에서 내려보니 지하철까지 가까워서 교통이 편리해보였습니다. 코엑스 출장차 이용하였는데 코엑스까지도 지하철 한정거장에 버스도 도있고 식후 소화를 위해 걷기에도 거리가 적당ㄹ했습니다. 종합운동장까지도 교통이 편리해 추후 야구보러 올때 서울관광과 겸해 묵으면 좋을것 같았습니다!
• ?? (10/5): - 근처에서 결혼식이 있어 크레센도에서 숙박했어요! 직원분들 너무 친절하시고, 객실도 안락하게 있을거 다 있고(칫솔 치약은 가져감) 저녁에 배달 음식 시켜서 넷플릭스 보면서 먹고 혼자 너무 힐링했습니다! 아침 조식도 좋았어요! 커피나 계란요리 주문하면 만들어주세요! 다음에 또 갈일이 있다면 크레센도에서 투숙하겠습니다!

• JeongHa (10/5): - 지하철 선정릉역 내려서 도보 2분이고 버스 정류장도 바로 앞에 있어서 위치가 진짜 좋았습니다. 체크인 아웃, 마주치는 직원분들 모두 친절했습니다. 침대가 최고입니다. 하루 종일 돌아다녀서 피곤했는데 피로가 싹 풀렸어요. 호캉스처럼 바쁘게 즐기는 게 아니라 편하게 쉴 곳이 필요하시다면 강력 추천합니다.

• Seaside805184 (10/5): A hotel specialized for business travelers - It has excellent accessibility as it is close to the Han River and major attractions in Gangnam. With its sophisticated interior and cozy atmosphere, it offers a comfortable stay. The bedding and rooms are very clean. The staff are friendly, and the restaurant is affordable and delicious.

• David (10/5): Awesome hotel. - One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Fantastic. The staff are super helpful. I highly recommend them. Great bathroom with a hot shower and lots of amenities.

The rooms were very small, there was no space to have my suitcase open, especially having a room with more than one person, the bed was a Meter away from the toilet which when you are sharing the bed and bathroom with someone becomes very awkward and uncomfortable

• John (10/5): I had an all round good relaxing stay in a clean, quiet friendly hotel. - Location was good. Just minutes away from subway station as also minutes away from bus stop for shuttle coach to Airport. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
