Ginger (4/5): - I think it if I spending X amount of money to stay in a hotel for X amount of days. Breakfast should be FREE I should have to spend extra money on it. Being a single mom, and what to save money it was be nice. I don’t know what was wrong with the pool. As my granddaughter went to swim, and felt like there was slime in the pool. Also it don’t have the chlorine smell when you enter the pool area.
Patty (5/5): - It was convenient to the reason we were there. The location is very Central. I specifically requested a handicap room because my husband has mobility issues. The desk clerk could not understand the difference between a mobility disability and hearing impaired. She put us on the fifth floor, the furthest room possible away from the elevator. And when I say furthest away, I mean all the way down the hall, the last room at the end of the hall. If my husband hadn’t brought his wheelchair with him, he would not have been able to get to the room. I specifically requested a mobility handicap room and that was not what we got. At the point that we got into the room and I realized how far it was down the hall and that it was not a handicap room. I was too exhausted to go down and fight the battle so we just had to make it work. But it was a pain in the ass.

Angie (6/5): Holiday Inn, not as advertised. - The room was nice. The hot tube was relaxing. We booked for 3 adults. We found out after we arrived that only 2 of us would be getting a free breakfast, not as advertised. I let my husband and son eat the free breakfast. They said the food was not good and the serving staff was rude.
William (4/5): Just Eh.... - No complimentary breakfast was offered. The TV did stopped working, it was way too small for the cost of the stay. the shampoo bottle kept breaking, No complimentary breakfast, The price was way to expensive for the amenities offered.
Natasha (3/5): Worst Hotel Experiance - It had a swimming pool for my kids. The pool area was so harsh with chlorine, your eyes burn and you cant stay in there for but 20 minutes. The curtins in the room did not close because of the way they are hung up, which caused me to have a street light shining into our room right in our face all night. The restruant was horrible, wait staff took forever and my daughter's cheeseburger came out with moldy bread. We also went down for breakfast and my husband didnt even eat because there was little to no food out on the buffet. They weren't keeping up. $200 for 1 night was absolutely not worth it.

Lage etwas ausserhalb was mir aber gefallen hat. Einmal Zimmer machen vergessen, Badwanne Wasser läuft ganz langsam ab beim Duschen, Wasserstauen im Waschtisch funktioniert nicht.

Breakfast is not included, but you can save a few dollars and pre-pay for the buffet at the restaurant on site. It was pretty average. If I were to go back, I'd take my chances finding a cool diner on the outside to get breakfast instead.

Eric (6/5): - Hotel was comfortable with friendly staff. The shower was very nice with good pressure. If you like a nice hot tub, beware this hot tub did not function properly. I never could get the jets to work and the water was extremely hot. Like too hot. Also there was a strange odor in the room that is hard to explain. I don't think it was me. There is really nothing around the hotel either. So overall it was an 'eh'.

Verified traveler (8/5): Friendly staff, clean rooms, would stay again. - Overall our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The area felt safe. Staff at check in was friendly. Rooms were clean. There were only a couple things that I think could be improved. One, the shower water pressure wasn’t great. When you turn on the shower half of the water still comes out of the faucet. Also, the body wash dispenser was empty which I didn’t discover until I was already in the shower. Other than that everything was great and we would definitely stay again.

Harold (6/5): No breakfast buffet - Everything was acceptable, except for the breakfast buffet. The front desk told us what was available, and the sign outside the restaurant mentioned the breakfast buffet, but when we got inside, there was no breakfast buffet. The server told us there were not enough guests to set up a breakfast buffet, and blamed the front desk for not letting us know.
Emily (10/5): - The reason I gave this property five stars is because of the staff. From the front desk to the restaurant, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Good choice if you are traveling with dogs, there is plenty of green space and a pet relief area. The hotel was very clean and the restaurant food was good. They have some nice outdoor common areas with a fire pit. The rooms to appear to be older and could use some updating, but they were clean and comfortable. The reason I only gave three stars for property condition and facilities was because the pool and hot tub were both closed. Not a major concern for the purpose of my stay. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Shawn (8/5): Pretty nice stay - The stay at this hotel was good overall - plenty of parking, sanitized lobby, clean room, plenty of channels. The restaurant is very convenient as well. My only issue was with the shower because the drain stopper was either broken or insufficient for properly draining the water while we were showering. Nobody wants to stand in a tub full of water while getting clean.

Casaundra (8/5): - I asked for a portacrib for the room when i booked it, again when I called to confirm and had to ask again when we checked in. The hot tub was scalding hot. We had 11 adults in our party and we all thought it was extremely hot. The rooms were clean, the shower had great water pressure. Some of our group didnt like their beds but mine was fine.
Samantha (10/5): Would stay again - Mostly clean except carpet in room seemed sticky underfoot, had to wear sandals or it felt gross and feet black, everything else was clean. Beds were great, pool and hottub were clean but hotub felt like it was 105 at least, way too hot to get in.

Elin (2/5): - I accidentally booked a room in the wrong city (my mistake) through a third party (again, my mistake). When I realized that I made the wrong booking, I reached out to both the hotel and Expedia. I called the hotel and the staff member told me that there was nothing they could do and there were absolutely no refunds. When I called Expedia, the representative contacted the hotel on my behalf to try and cancel the reservation for a refund. Again, they weren't cooperative. I didn't have the funds to not use the reservation, so I ended up commuting 40 minutes each way to get to the hotel from where I was for the weekend. Then, when I got to the hotel, the bed in my room looked like someone had sat or laid on it. There were families on my floor, and I could hear everything from inside of my room. I understand that the booking was my mistake, but I've never dealt with such an inability to accommodate. It was so inconvenient and I wish that I could have stayed near my family.

Kristen (10/5): - The Holiday Inn was quiet and clean with courteous staff. There is not a lot of scenery when looking out the window but I wasn't there for the view. Even though right off the highway, I slept well all three nights. Especially for the price, I will stay here again the next time I am in Jefferson City.

Aimee (4/5): Hot Room - No AC - When we checked in we were not greeted. The rep at the front desk only said sign this and you are floor 2. Nothing more. Our AC did not work in our room. By the time we woke up in the morning it was 81 degrees in our room. When we told the front desk the night of arrival the AC wasn’t working she was not concerned nor was the front desk staff the next morning at checkout - only saying someone was on their way to work on it. The hot tub jets also were not working. Kids did enjoy the pool. Disappointed in our stay to say the least.
