• Paul (10/5): Great place to stay in Ragusa for a few nights. - Ignazio was friendly and helpful, the B&B was in a convenient location just off the main street in the new part of the city, and the room was very comfortable with a great shower. The fridge was pretty much room temperature.
• Manja (10/5): Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Entdeckung von Ragusa - Unser Ansprechpartner Ignazio hat sich im Vorfeld unseres Aufenthaltes sehr freundlich gemeldet und uns mit allen Informationen zur Wohnung versorgt. Auch zwischendurch war er immer erreichbar und hat uns seine Unterstützung angeboten. Die Wohnung entsprach vollends der Beschreibung und den Fotos auf der Buchungsseite. Sie ist modern eingerichtet, gepflegt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für das Frühstück kann man zwischen zwei Caffé gleich um die Ecke wählen. Die Ibla ist mit einem längeren Spaziergang fußläufig über viele Treppen erreichbar. Ein Erlebnis mit immer wieder schönen Aussichten! Alles schön 👌😊

• Carlo (5/5): - The host would not allow me to drop off my luggage early…ignorant…it was a miserable day..waited and was soaked in the rain …very inflexible and should not be in the hospitality business…travelled extensively through Italy …this was definitely the worst experience… there is a much better hotel down the street with much better customer service

Self check-in это конечно хорошо, но хотелось бы личного контакта. Так как то душевнее. А так ни хозяев, ни персонал ни разу и не видела, даже городской налог пришлось оставить на столике. Вызывает также вопросы стеклянная стена между ванной и комнатой. Не все любят принимать душ как на подиуме. А еще за ключами пришлось идти в другой отель. Недалеко, но все же…

• Eduard (4/5): "Adventure" to find the owner and get room's key. - Location Advertised as B&B in reality it's a small room & a coffee at a nearby coffee shop and lots of instructions. If you don't follow instructions to the point you're out of luck to get the room. It appears that the owner charges you beforehand and does not care much after.

El anfitrión genial, nos envió todo tipo de recomendaciones de Ragusa por WhatsApp y aunque la entrada es con código y llave, estuvo pendiente en el momento en que llegamos para asegurarse que no tuviésemos ningún problema. El desayuno es en un bar al lado y tenían opciones sin gluten y sin lácteos. Volveremos. Nada, todo genial.

• Nazli (10/5): Smooth experience in a modern and comfortable room - I spent 3 nights by myself at Casa Qosi and I loved it! First, the whole check-in / Check out experience was really smooth and clear. They use a specific webpage that gives all the details upfront. It was clear and easy. Ignazio has been also very prompt to message me via WhatsApp. The room was accurate to the description. I enjoyed a lot my stay! The room is modernly design and equipment are good quality. The bed was comfortable, the night curtain good enough for a good sleep and the shower power and heating very good. I also loved the balcony with the table that gives to the street (it remains really quite). The B&B is perfectly located in the Nuevo Ragusa close to various cafe, restaurants and the train station. Finally, the breakfast included is very local as you are invited to take it in one of the 2 cafes downstairs. It’s common in Sicily (and is not my first time) so I was not surprise to have a coffee and a brioche / cornetto. The caffe owner was really nice. I definitely recommend this place! Just a detail but the mini fridge system is making some noise.

He was able to provide prompt support whenever I needed one. The location is superb. My stay at the facility was enjoyable and worth every penny I paid. I highly recommend the place. Soap holder inside the shower perhaps?

• Maria (10/5): Charming Room in a Great Location - This modern room (Q2) is not only spotless but also conveniently equipped with a mini fridge (finding cold water in it when checking in on a hot autumn day was a thoughtful touch). The room also has a nice small balcony - perfect for enjoying afternoon snacks (food not included, though:)

• Chris (9/5): A great place to stay if you are coming by train. - This is an excellent place to stay if you are taking the train, which is an excellent way to travel in this part of Italy. The walk to from the station to the B & B is only about 10 minutes with no hills to climb. It is in upper Ragusa, called Ragusa Superiore. It is the city’s more modern part and has a very nice modern street with lovely and fashionable clothing shops, bars and restaurants mostly for local people. They love to get out and walk the main street around the corner in the evening. It also has the ornate Ragusa Cathedral. One has to walk or take a shuttle bus downhill quite a long way to get to the very interesting historic town called Ragusa Ibia. It would be a better place to stay if one arrives by car. However it is a long ways from the train station. While dealings with the owner manager is all by messaging and, if necessary, Whatsapp this works out perfectly OK as he is very helpful and speaks good English. One has breakfast at one of 2 small restaurants around the corner and that works out perfectly well as that is where local people come and go. It is a long way to walk downhill to the old town, Ragusa Ibia.
• Robert (10/5): Choose this B&B. You won't be disappointed. - Decor was new. Designer of B&B arranged everything well including place for luggage.This was best place we stayed on our trip. Location was good. For breakfast we went to restaurant next door.

Ignazio, the owner, is very kind As always in Sicily, when there is an elevator it is not at the entrance, in this case 10 steps which is not reported on the web. That's a problems for seniors of people with knee problems The bed is very low and soft, with the same problem Not place for leaving gel when you are taking a shower. Not glass for drinking. You have not any map or informations about transport in the town or between the 2 parts of the city, up and down, Ragusa Ibla and Ragusa Superiore. Not information about shuttle free bus in summer between then, with stop at 650m of the B$B.
