• Elisa (5/5): Peccato! - La location è bella, la struttura è immersa nel verde ed è davvero molto vicino a Castiglione del Lago. Sicuramente d'estate con la piscina attiva si crea un ambiente molto piacevole. La colazione è buona ed abbastanza ricca. La struttura è poco curata, la nostra casetta per quanto molto spaziosa era davvero trascurata. Le tavolette del wc (di legno) erano tutte spezzate e appuntite, non ci si poteva sedere sopra. Alle porte delle stanze c'erano delle ragnatele, il divano nel salotto aveva una tappezzeria datata e con numerose macchie che davano una sensazione di sporco moto spiacevole. Nei bagni non c'erano saponi, nella cucinetta non c'erano né saponi con cui lavare le stoviglie né spugnette (non obbligatorie certo ma per una struttura di prezzo medio dovrebbero). Tutto dava la sensazione di essere trascurato e un po' datato.. ad esempio il cartello che indicava il luogo dove fare colazione era sbiadito ed arrugginito nei bordi. Peccato, perché la struttura ha un bel potenziale. Inoltre, al momento della prenotazione mi è stato ricordato più volte che il cane doveva essere sempre legato per non dare fastidio agli altri ospiti. Nessun problema ovviamente, figuriamoci. Peccato che il cane della proprietaria fosse costantemente libero anche nella sala colazioni, creando purtroppo situazioni spiacevoli. Infine, devo purtroppo sottolineare che questa recensione viene fatta per la seconda volta. Nella prima avevo omesso dei dettagli per gentilezza che in questa sede non mi sento di trascurare verso gli altri futuri ospiti. A seguito della vecchia recensione dove avevo dato un voto assolutamente buono nonostante tutto sono stata chiamata PIÚ VOLTE DI SEGUITO dalla proprietaria, che ha ritenuto assolutamente lecito, di domenica mattina, chiamarmi per dirmi di modificare assolutamente la mia recensione perché poco positiva in vista della bella stagione. Io sinceramente lo trovo ASSURDO, non mi era mai capitata una cosa del genere!

Le stanze danno l'impressione di essere trascurate, ci sono delle cose che andrebbero davvero sistemate con un pochino di manutenzione in più e un pizzico di cura.

• Ac (10/5): - Excelente lugar para meterte en la Toscana y descansar para seguir el camino al Norte. Daniela fue muy amable, el piso estuvo muy completo con todos los servicios necesarios. El desayuno muy completo. Por favor confirmar hora de llegada antes, nosotros no lo hicimos y esperamos unos minutos, pero facilitaría tu check in si lo haces.

• Indra (5/5): - De locatie was super en heeft veel potentieel. Het bed was ok. Het ontbijt was ok. Het appartement was niet proper. Ook het terrein was niet onderhouden. Het appartement was gehorig, je kon alles van de buren horen. We moesten ons uur van aankomst doorgeven, maar hebben zeker drie kwartier moeten wachten. Het ontbijt was ok en vrij uitgebreid, maar tassen en koffiemachine waren niet proper. Sapjes was in plastic beker ipv in een glas. De ontbijtruimte was niet proper. Het water can de douche was moeilijk te regelen en soms heel koud.

La signora che ci ha accolto è stata disponibile e molto gentile, anche durante la colazione è stata davvero cordiale ed affabile cercando di soddisfare eventuali richieste, merita un Dieci! Molto bello lo spazio esterno. La colazione buona, un po’ di tutto, anche i dolci preparati in casa. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo eccellente.

• Heike (10/5): - Die Lage war Top. Super für Ausflüge, und zum relaxen. Ein wunderbarer Pool der immer zugänglich ist. Wir sind sogar nachts geschwommen nach einem langen Ausflug nach Rom. Alles sauber. Unser Hund konnte sich frei bewegen und überall hin. Der Garten ist riesig und wunderschön. Alles bewachsen und sehr idyllisch. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Daniela ist die Perle der Unterkunft. Sie ist da und hilft einem sofort . Sehr lieb und fürsorglich. Die Aussicht ist der Hammer. Alles top. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Der Urlaub war zu kurz ;-)

Daniela la proprietaria è una persona gentilissima e molto disponibile la mattina prepara delle buonissime torte per la colazione che ti fa sentire come a casa .

• Doreen (8/5): Beautiful area, beautiful properties, authentic Tuscan retreat - This is a very private retreat-like setting, perfect distance from the lake and activities, but completely serene on a private rural road outside and away from everything. However, the setup is like a small resort property with plenty of outdoor space for all guests to enjoy nature, the pool, kids areas, picnic areas and communal opportunities without any imposition or lack of space and privacy. It is a true Tuscan experience, very well done, beautiful gardens and surroundings, friendly staff. We actually had some one-time type glitches with our reservation, but the staff handled it thoroughly, professionally, and exceptionally. We are very satisfied.
