- Rebecca (10/5): Kind staff and comfortable room. - The owner was kind and helped me with bags—going to and leaving the hotel. Normally, they only help when you're entering so this showed their good character. Powerful shower pressure and good wifi. There's a desk in the room! They let me heat up my food before leaving. There were "massage" parlors dedicated to Korean men around. Made me feel a little strange. Don't let this pit you off. The area is safe. I simply don't like seeing scantily-clad women hanging around outside during the evening. There is a construction site across the street, but I didn't hear anything. I asked around and they apparently work from Monday-Saturday from roughly 5:00-19:00.

- Jens (9/5): Sauberes Hotel zu Hostelpreisen - Ich habe letztlich ein privates Zimmer zu Hostelpreisen bekommen. Es war sehr sauber, die Lage ist gut und ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Ich musste im Verlauf das Hotel wechseln, da ich spontan länger im Da Nang bleiben wollte und dieses Hotel ausgebucht war - das neue konnte bei leicht höherem Preis in keinster Weise mithalten. Alles wunderbar!

- Елизавета (5/5): - Спустя 4 дня мы наконец то увидили наш номер. Который соответствовал описанию при бронировании. В день заселения нашего номера не было. Спустя 2 дня его так же не было. Отговаривались, что что-то с водой. Пытались просить отменить бронь. Потому что якобы не могут посчитать разницу между низшей категории номера, куда нас сначала поселили, и нашим номером. В общем из 6 дней в выбранном нами номером мы прожили только 3.
- Vlad (10/5): - Гостиница находится в тихом спальном районе, но недалеко от пляжа. Приветливый и доброжелательный персонал (привет, Там 🌹) и хозяева. Помогут с арендой мотобайка и обменом денег. Комната 501, на 5 этаже, есть лифт. Просторная комната с большой кроватью и балконом с видом на улицу. Есть сейф. Розетки расположены удобно, с обоих сторон кровати. Есть ванна, а не просто душевая. Ежедневная уборка в комнате со сменой белья.

- Anna (3/5): - The room itself was pleasant and clean. The hotel staff on site were very kind and polite. However, the room did not match the description. Instead of a city view, the window faced a corridor wall, and there was no breakfast available despite photos and a “good breakfast” mention in the listing. When I raised these issues, the owner (who spoke to me by phone) told me that if I didn’t like it, I could sleep somewhere else and that it was not a problem for him. I found this response unprofessional and disappointing.

- Tâm (10/5): - Khách sạn đúng mô tả trên booking, nhận xét của mọi người đều chính xác, tôi rất hài lòng và chân thành cảm ơn khách sạn rất nhiều! Một góp ý nhỏ như sau: việc phải chờ đến 18h mới xác nhận hoàn tất đặt phòng và khách phải gọi cho khách sạn trước để xác nhận khiến khách chưa được thoải mái lắm. Hơn nữa tin nhắn: (sau 18h nếu khách sạn không liên lạc được với khách và khách không gọi báo cho khách sạn để hoàn tất thì việc đặt phòng sẽ bị hủy). Tâm lý khách rất khó chịu: vì thực tế tôi vẫn chờ được xác nhận hoàn tất sớm để còn làm việc khác, chờ hơn 18h lại để khách phải lo lắng và canh giờ để gọi trước cho khách sạn, khiến khách nghĩ có lẽ khách sạn không cần khách. Với mong muốn khách sạn được hoàn hảo và phát triển hơn nên tôi có góp ý dài dòng, mong các Anh/Chị có gì không hài lòng xin hãy bỏ qua! Một lần nữa xin cảm ơn tất cả các Anh/Chị rất nhiều!

Общалась с ними через переводчик, отлично понимали друг друга. Кондиционер был в номере. Но я его не включала, вентилятора на стене хватало Жалко что рядом нет кафешек и магазинов. Надо ходить долго до пляжа..

- Martin (10/5): Doporučuji - Krásný hotel se super personálem, taková rodinná atmosféra, možnost půjčení si motorky přímo v hotelu. Parkování v ceně hotelu. Doporučuji Vše v pořádku, jediná věc, co bych vytkl byla vyšší vlhkost pokoje, kterou jsem vyřešil delším odvětráváním z koupelny. Vzhledem k vysoké vlhkosti venku je to ale pochopitelné.

- Kulig (9/5): Great value for money - Great value for money, really clean hotel in a good location (close to Son Tra peninsula and the beach). Good hospitality and they accommodated our very late arrival without an issue with just a message from us earlier (we arrived at 2 am due to flight delays). Clean towels and bed made everyday was a very nice surprise, also the bathroom had all the necessities like toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel in case you did not bring your own.
- V (9/5): Wonderful little hotel near the beach. - Lovely staff! Helped me with my luggage and check-in (I arrived very late at night) and were very patient about payment. The room itself is incredible value for money, very clean, good size, and well-equipped. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Da Nang! It's also not too far from the beach (~15 minute walk) but is a slightly longer walk to other destinations (e.g. Dragon Bridge and associated market). Very quiet area, had good quality sleep. N/A, very much enjoyed my stay and would come again!

- Sophie JT (7/5): Pleasant place for the night - The hotel was clean and they gave us coffee and fruit before an early trip at 7am. They cleaned the room whenever asked and the shower was the best shower we've had during our time in SEA. Room size was also good and had space for lots of luggage. Communication was a bit challenging and one of the staff members, although friendly, laughed whenever she spoke to us, which made us a bit uncomfortable. When we got back around 11pm the entrance was locked and we had the wake the male owner up (who was sleeping on the floor) so we could get in. A key system would work better I think. There is significant building work going on opposite the hotel which will continue for months, as it's only just begun. It blocked off the road and started at 7am and finished at 9pm. Makes for a poor atmosphere unfortunately.

- Mark (10/5): Kind & helpful staff - great value! - We had a wonderful stay at Tabii Hotel. The hosts were so kind and welcoming. The room was basic, but clean and as described. While the hotel is slightly out of the centre, there are plenty of coffee shops/restaurants near by with a more local feel. We really enjoyed our 4x nights here. Great value for money!

- Emma (9/5): Très bon séjour grâce aux sourires et à la gentillesse des hôtes - Nous avons séjourné avec une amie durant 2 nuit. Le personnel était d'une grande gentillesse, toujours à l'écoute. Nous avons eu un café et des fruits au réveil, ce qui n'a fait qu'améliorer notre expérience. Merci pour tout, si nous revenons à Da Nang nous reviendrons dans cet établissement. La douche était bouchée et la fenêtre de la chambre donnée sur un mur. Mais ça n'empêchait pas celle-ci d'être lumineuse et très agréable.
- Evgenii (10/5): - В принципе, если не придираться к мелочам в виде муравьев (в Азии это в целом норма) все понравилось и персонал и обслуживание номеров, соотношение цена/качество имеет идеальный баланс. В номере имеется все необходимое. Пару минусов отмечу в соответствующем разделе. Расположение можно считать как плюсом так и минусом, но район застраивается, скоро будет не узнать. Для любителей пеших прогулок самое то, тихо, если не трать во внимание стройку. Один раз застал в коридоре таракана,но догнал и ликвидировал, но с учётом того что они бегают по улицам, не удивительно что он спокойно мог забежать. В номере их замечено не было. Ну и к сожалению, мне достался номер без окон на улицу (только в коридор) так что приходилось постоянно спать с занавешенным окном, чтобы не чувствовать себя рыбой в аквариуме.

- Thảo (10/5): - Khách sạn siu tuyệt vời luôn ạ, từ chị chủ và 2 chị nhân viên đều rất thân thiện đến căn phòng tụi em ở rất sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi luôn í🤩 Phải nói là với giá cả hợp lí như thế thì rất đáng để mn có thể ở lại đây ạ😚 Rất rcm mn đến đây vì phải nói là siu ưng luôn ạ, hong có gì để chê luôn í, khách sạn 10đ hong có nhưng 🤭💗

- Saki (8/5): コスパ最高！中心地から離れていて静かに過ごせる。 - バスタブがあってお湯を張って身体をほぐすことができた。依頼すると部屋の掃除、タオル交換を毎日してくれた。水を2本ずつくれた。 ビーチやダナン中心地まで徒歩圏内。 床に埃あり。エアコンのフィルターに埃あり。 小さな虫がテーブルの上に無数にいた(コンセントに挿す虫除けを付けたらいなくなった) 最終日の夜中に部屋に5cmくらいのムカデが出た。
- Aaron (9/5): - Het personeel is buitengewoon vriendelijk. Ondanks dat niet iedereen Engels kon, hebben wij alsnog goed kunnen communiceren. Kamers waren schoon, groot en confortabel. Scooter hadden ze te leen en ze hebben geholpen met vervoer naar Hoi An. Het is aan te raden!

- 宏嗣 (10/5): ダナンでコスパが最高なホテル - スタッフの方がとても親切で実家に帰った気持ちでした。清掃も丁寧で、ウォッシュレットも付いていて、値段が安いので、とてもありがたいです。次に来る時もタビーホテルに泊まります。 特にありません

- bk (9/5): - 日本人の方がオーナーでとても親切な方でした。 朝7時頃から夜は何時迄 かわかりませんが夕方以降も居ること多かったと思います。 自分の部屋はお湯が出なかった。
